Well I sure was in for a surprise when it did NOT do what it stated. I followed the diet plan as directed and was very disappointed. I did not lose tthe weight that they stated I would lose nor did I even come close. I'm sorry fellow dieters but if you are looking for a diet that works this is NOT the one for you.... The air flow that it puts out is high and very cool. The room I had it in was approximately 14 x 24 and it cooled the room with more than enough air to spare. It is a great looking unit in that it fits most windows and can be easily installed....
