      <description>I researched HDTVs for almost a year before I settled on this one. It was reassuring to have Consumer Reports magazine agree with me, when they rated it a Best Buy in their Nove 2007 issue. &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; I purchased this at TV at Fry's for $999, which was a great price at the time (of course, the price will probably go down now). I've had it for a couple months, and couldn't be happier. No regrets at all. I haven't found any flaws in the picture, even when using special test patterns. No dead/stuck pixels, no shadows, no clouds.&amp;nbsp; And the sound is great, too. &amp;mdash; This TV has many adjustments possible (more than typical TVs).&amp;nbsp; I had to fiddle with the picture adjustments a bit (using a DVD with test patterns/photos on it) to get the picture just the way I liked it. &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; My wife originally thought HDTV was a bunch of hype, but now she can't believe the difference, and we can't stand watching regular TV anymore. &amp;mdash;... </description>
