I heard hype of this new restaurant located in Orangeburg, and I finally decided to follow the recommendations and try it for myself. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by two lovely hostesses who immediately told me that my reserved table was ready, and I was walking down the short hallway with a color changing waterfall at the end. The food and service were both <em>astonishing</em>. The waitress knew exactly what recommendations to list based not only on the chef's recommendations, but also her own personal favorites.<br/><br/>I started with the famed "Macaroni and Cheese," which is an appetizer of butter poached lobster and orzo pasta, topped with a spoonful of delicious caviar. This appetizer, might I add, is the best appetizer I've ever had! I ordered the Grilled Bison Strip Loin, while my partner......
