We had bought it from Best Buy with the insurance, thankfully. We had to return it three times and the last time I just went with Bissell. There are many things that if they go wrong with this machine it will not run. Some of these are just small plastic pieces. The dirty water return unit is pretty much like a plastic milk carton but not as durable. If you will use this unit weekly it will not last.... It will impress your friends with its performance and results. It is something people like to watch make the coffee and will wow them with its outstanding flavor. Great coffee becomes even better with the fresh grinding. There is no spilling of grounds either like there is if you ues a seperate grinder. Less mess better coffee....
