Fri, 30 Nov 2007 14:52:11 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Harry-Potter-and-the-Order-of-the-Phoenix--135190-review-95032 clee2830 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/Capital-One-MasterCard-review-d7040 <p>This card was easy to get, but when I called to try to get a lower interest rate, they wouldn't budge.  I had 3 years of solid payments, none late, and they wouldn't budge.  Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.</p><p>I had some car repairs where I had to use this card and that ran up my balance.  In trying to pay it off, I wanted to save as much money as possible.  What consumer isn't trying to save money.  I feel that good customer service is essential regardless of what business you're in.  When they wouldn't lower my interest rate (21.5%), I felt I had no choice but to take advantage of another offer (0% for 6 months).  You'd think that with so much competition with credit card companies, they would be more customer friendly.  I guess Capital One doesn't need to be customer friendly as long as they get their money.</p>...
