clam says "Is there no good customer service anymore???" about Delta Airlines

Extremely rude attendants at the ticket counter, who knows nothing about anything! The flight was delayed, and the attendant could not provide any information. Despite that I knew I was going to miss my connection, their response was "there's nothing we can do until you get there." No rebooking of flights, looking at other airline's flight availablity, or assistant at all. I asked for a customer service number that I can call, and they can't even locate that! I will never fly this airline again, nor do I recommend it to anyone!...

clam says "Great way to earn gift certificates!" about MyPoints

Great web site. Have been a member for years and love the opportunity to earn gift certificates for everyday things that I do online anyway. My only complaint is that a lot of the surveys don't work. Either they've already received enough responses, or the link doesn't work....

clam says "Save your money." about Apple - iPod Nano (2 GB) MP3 Player

This iPod has a very slim, sleek design that makes it very attractive as an MP3 player. However, it is overpriced, compared to many other MP3 players with the same amount of storage space. It also tends to crash a lot, and require resetting. The earbuds are uncomfortable and do not fit well. ...

clam says "Poor customer service is leading to multiple bankruptcies." about United Airlines

No communication on cause of delays. 2 hrs of waiting on the plane, not knowing what the hold-up is due to. Missed connection flight, and no compensation provided! United didn't even provide a meal voucher for the evening's dinner! Such poor service is the reason why so many airlines are going bankrupt, while more personable, customer-oriented airlines are making profits!...

clam says "Rip-off!" about National Car Rental

I rented a one way rental. When I got to the drop off location at my stated drop off time, the location was closed (an hour earlier than the website stated). After calling National's customer service hotline, they gave me a 2nd drop off location that's suppose to be open. Upon arrival, this location was also closed! After calling National's customer service hotline again and the location from which I originally picked up the car, no one can provide any assistance other than to keep the car until the next day when someone is working at the drop off location! The next day, going to the 2nd drop off location provided, they took the car. However, they charged me for the extra day that I kept it, plus a $75 fee for not dropping it off at my originally stated location. When I complained, they said that they are only responsible for collecting the fees. I'll have to take up any charge discrepancies with the place I originally rented the car from. Well, after 3 calls to the......
