childlikefaith says "Great place for meeting peopls" about Bloopdiary

I've been on Bloopdiary for about four years and absolutely love it. You can keep your own online diary and make friends. The format is much better than Livejournal, MySpace, or Facebook. It is very user friendly.

You can create a public diary, members only, exclusive friends list, or a private diary that only you can see. Post pictures, poems, memories, or just your day to day life. There is no limit to what you can do.
...

childlikefaith says "Jump to the moon" about Hart Toys Moon Shoes

I got my seven and nine year old daughters each a pair of these for Christmas. I could tell that they were potentially dangerous, so after putting them together, I had them practice walking in them on the carpet before jumping. After they got used to them, they had an easy time bouncing around and loved them. It is eight months later, and they still love them. My older daughter has broken a few rubber bands, but there are plenty of extra ones in the box.

A couple words of advice:

1. have the kids get used to them on the carpet before taking them outside

2. helmets and sturdy shoes should be word at all times

3. Parents, stay close to the kids just in case

4. No bouncing on grass or uneven ground

...

childlikefaith says "Easy to use for Beautiful pictures" about Canon PowerShot A630

I had been using my daughter's 4 Megapixel camera to take pictures of my kids' sporting events and our Scout troop, but the pictures just weren't sharp enough. I saw an advertisement for this camera and liked the price, so I bought it along with a 2GB memory card which is necessary to store more than about ten pictures.

The book of instructions is HUGE, but for taking every day pictures, it is pretty simple to just put it on "auto" mode and point and shoot. My kids and I were taking pictures within ten minutes of taking it out of the box. The instructions are a bit confusing for manually focusing, but once I messed with it a bit, it was pretty easy.

I am VERY happy with this purchase. It is well worth the money and takes beautiful pictures. I'm also very happy that I bought the carrying case with it because I would hate to scratch up this nice of a camera.
...
