I have destoyed more than one fruit or vegetable using other peelers or - God forbid - a paring knife, but this with this peeler, I can get close, uniform peels. If I go to someone's house and am preparing my part of the meal there, I even carry it with me, just in case they aren't smart enough to have one!</p>...
