      <description>&lt;p&gt;I received the Zojirushi Bread Machine for Christmas from my mom in 2006.&#160; I had used a west bend bread maker for about 7 years previously, but the little belt finally wore out on the bottom, so into the trash it went.&#160; I am a serious bread maker, so after doing online research the Zo seemed the way to go.&#160; I mostly use it for making dough, be it bread or pizza crust.&#160; At first I made the entire loaf in the machine, but even though it boasts that it makes a normal looking and shaped loaf, to me the crust was still too tough, even using the low setting.&#160; I like to make all the bread we use, and having crusts too thick my family just didn't want to use it for everyday sandwiches and the like.&#160; I decided to try making the bread dough just using the dough setting, and then taking the dough out and putting it in a regular pan and finishing in the oven.&#160; That's the way I've been doing it for over a year now.
