cheviotgirl says "Sure they are simple, but they are so cruchy and corny!" about Kelloggs Corn Flakes

There are som many cereals to choose from! I mean there is about 4 diffrent versions of luky charms -chocolate, berry, special marshmallows, low sugar. Why do we need so amy different special K`s, Fruit loops, granolas, and rice cripsies? Me I like to stick with the bascis: corn flakes.

although they are not glamoruse or very unique when compared to the other cereals the y are very healthy and much less expensive.

The nutrition facts on the other cereals should cause you to shudder. The amount of sugar is unreal. But corn flake is just good old corn not much sugar or fat. This also make for a much more filling breakfast. When you eat the other sugar loaded ones you are hungry a few hours later, but with corn flake you are garrenteend energy all morning.

The price is also very important. The special cereals are very expensive! and when you open the box you relize they they have cheated you even more because the box is not even full! But when you buy corn flakes you always get your moneys...
...

I started taking fish oil to help with my dry skin and hair. I am a very big bargin shopper and will always compare prices and I often end up buying store brand everything. However at Wal-Mart this one was cheaper that the store brand.

This one also offered 20% more free! That was instant plus for them. I also noticed that this one has a bigger bottle and that means I have to rember to buy more less often and that is always a help.

I have been impressed with results so far. My skin has improved and I have even gotton a few zits on my face because it is no longer dry. I had no trouble with the pills upsetting my stomach but I do recomend taking them after a medium size meal or snack just to me safe.

Some fish oils will give you a fishy after taste I have not had a problem with that at all. I have no after taste at all.

They are nice soft gell pills, although large I have had no problem swallowing them and I am not a expert at swallowing pills.

Over all this has been a good...
...
