Our phone service is spotty, and the free phones are free for a reason. I'm ready for a service that will give me a good price on a phone anytime, even if it isn't time to renew, or let me use any phone I choose to buy somewhere else. And what about those miscelaneous charges that keep popping up on my bill if I don't call to complain?...
