Sat, 22 Dec 2007 18:44:35 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Swiffer-WetJet--28972-review-5eca2 cher0712 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Dyson-DC14-Animal-Vacuum-review-0eaa4 I was so excited when I purchased the Dyson DC14 machine, but that didn't last long.  It was great for about a month then it seemed to leave behind hair in the carpet - the suction isn't that wonderful and gets worse as your vacuum ages.  It's also very clumsy and heavy.  The hose is a big pain to use and then put back.  Oh, and for all the allergy sufferers...it's great until you need to empty the bin - no matter what you do if you have bad allergies the dust is going to get you...bags are so much better for the real allergy sufferer. I wish I had read consumer reports before I purchased this machine because I would have saved myself over $500.  Oh, well back to my Electrolux canister with the bags...at least that one cleans. I donated my Dyson DC14 machine to a local non-profit because I figured they would be happy not spending money on bags and only have light cleaning needs, which is what this machine can handle....
