chemist2006 says "All computer users should own at least one Apple computer." about Apple iMac Desktop Computer

I have 2 Macs: laptop G4 (bought in 2005) and desktop iMAC (bought in 2007). If there is one thing I am glad not to have is a PC and all the issues that come with them. My first computer was a PC and while in grad school a colleague convinced me to try a Mac to see the versatility and user friendly system that they are. On top of not having to be concerned about viruses I was able to adapt immediately and am looking at upgrading my laptop. MACS offer just as much if not more to a computer user. The initial costs are more but the computer comes with so much software that you are not in need of purchasing any more unless you are looking at doing more. The only software I had to purchase was Microsoft Office for MAC and the cost was no more that the PC version. I can do so much more and I always can get help from the many websites that are MAC help oriented. I am able to access the Internet using Safari (MAC Internet) or Mozilla Firefox. There is still so much for me to learn and I wish...
...

chemist2006 says "I was amazed at how well this product worked for my son." about Proactiv Solution Acne Treatment

You know how you see an ad on TV or in the paper and there are famous people claiming the wonders of the product. Well you have to see it to believe it and I took Proactiv to the challenge of clearing up my son's acne. After trying several other products I figured it was worth the effort to give the initial trial package deal a go to see how well the claims were. My son had beautiful skin until he reached puberty and then his skin changed and the breakout were bad. I feared that he would end up with scarring and wanted to try over the counter before I went to a dermatologist. So we purchased the trial offer package and followed the directions. After 2 weeks his skin was so much clearer and pimple-free and I was sold! He uses the system faithfully and maintains a clear complexion. When he misses a step his face will flair up and then he follows the steps to a clearer complexion. As the weather warms (we live in the Northeast where winter ends sometime in April) and he sweats more often...
...

chemist2006 says "I love these products and buy them every year at the fair" about Doughmakers cookie sheet

I never thought I would ever change bakeware products after years of using the teflon coated ones and glass products. But after deciding that I needed to update my old bakeware with new ones I was using I came across the Doughmakers brand while walking through the local county fair booth building. My Mom had mentioned that she had a Doughmaker cake pan and loved it. the difference was that you have to use butter or a solid greasing agent like Crisco or a shortening to grease the pans as they have a finish that looks like a stone patio with all the shapes fitting together and leaving an uneven finish for the shortening to sit in to keep the bake good from sticking. These pans are sturdy and very thick and not cheap by no means but are worth the money. The product itself comes out of Ohio and reminded me of Amish people (not that I know if they use these or not). I have gone back to the fair the past few years and buy more pieces and look forward to getting rid of the old stuff I have.
...
