My favorite thing to do is get enough points for gift cards to bn.com, then get dvds that I want. Sometimes, tho', I'm not sure that the many frustrations I encounter are worth it. I can't open many of the websites that I like to buy from when I go through their webpage or bonusmail, I often have to request my points, which I can't do until 30 days are up, then have to wait at least 5 more days for my points.Their customer service rates lowest of any online company I've ever encountered.
