I knew that I was going to be doing a lot of traveling over the summer and be quite busy. In the past I would just carry extra washclothes in individual ziploc baggies with me, but I thought I would try something different so that I wouldn't have to worry about the water and I could easliy clean my face at a rest stop and just throw the cloth away without having to worry about a spoiling washcloth in a baggie to carry back home with me. So I went out after seeing several commercials for quick and easy facial cloths that are pre-moistened. I purchased the Oil of Olay Daily Facials Express Cloths. I wasn't impressed at all. By the time I got to the bottom of the baggie that resealed, the cloths were a bit on the dry side, so I still needed to add water in order to wash my face. I used them for 4 days while I was campling and my face broke out like never before. I was given a sample of the Renergie Microlift for eyes about a year ago. I didn't think that I really needed any extra help because I had beautiful eyes, but as I became much busier in life and was getting less sleep, the undereye bags began to pop out. I tried using the cold gel mask, but they didn't seem to help with anything except make my face cold. I remembered seeing my grandmother place fresh cucumbers over her eyes, but that didn't seem to help. Then I remembered putting the sample jar in a box in the closet for future use. I pulled it out. At first I didn't see much in the way of any type of results, but after about 10 days of continuous use, I noticed that the bag color began to fade and my skin was tightening back up. I began getting many compliments that I was looking younger. I hadn't changed anything in my life, except for using the Microlift Eye Cream. My husband and I decided this year with our tax money that we would purchase a nice set of pots and pans. Before we were just buying single pieces of non-stick pans to satisfy our cooking needs, but we really wanted a nice set that we wouldn't have to replace any time soon and would look nice displayed in our kitchen. We set out and looked over so many different brands. We decided on the Analon Advanced for the durability, and comtemporary design. We have cooked almost everything, even burnt food a couple of times because we got busy and forgot, and we had no problems with cleaning them. They have been dropped by kids pulling them out of the cabinet and no dents and scratches have managed to become of them. We both feel that the pans heat evenly so that not just one area of the pan is getting hot and the food is all the same temperature. My husband and I were tired of always feeling like we were purchasing nylon utensils for our non-stick pans to cook with. We had purchased other several brands of expensive cooking utensils, and still managed to seem like we were throwing money out the door. We went to a home store and started looking and comparing cooking utensils again. We were not only in the market for utensils, but also a new set of pots and pans. After spending several hours looking, we decided to go with the Calphalon Nylon Utensils and purchased a complete package set with crock. The set looks really nice and blends well with our stainless steel and black kitchen appliances. We have been using these for about 6 months and are quite happy with the money we spent. We have since gone back and purchased individual pieces and the value of paying anywhere from $6 to $15 per item is well worth it. I have naturally curly often times un-managable hair and live in a climate where the weather is always changing. You never know what the weather will be like. I had seen many commercials for the shampoo and conditioner and how it somehow works with the different weather to help manage the frizz associated with dry conditions and the poofing associated with humidity problems. I thought that the shampoo would help me to reduce the amount of time I had to spend on controlling my hair for weather situations and allow me to use less products on my hair to achieve a desirable outcome. I used both the shampoo and conditioner and the outcome wasn't nearly what I had expected. Yes, it allowed me a little more time to fix my hair and didn't have to rush to it right away and throw gel on it. I have naturally curly mid length hair that I am always fighting the weather with. I bought the Palm Centro phone from my wireless carrier. I was in need of a phone that had easy text messaging and also provide me with email, internet, and calendar. This phone has all of that and much more. It has so many features, that I still haven't figured out how to use all of them. It has a full keypad that is set-up just likea keyboard, which is great for me with all the typing I do. The texting feature, is set up more like a chat, so if it takes someone a day or two to respond, I'm not trying to figure out what we were talking about. The calendar function is easy to use and I am able to set up different time frames for reminders. I am able to keep track of birthdays and anniversaries by autimatically including this information with the person's phone number, it is saved to my calendar. It saves on double entry. I was recently needing to purchase a compact digital camera and debated on many brands. I wanted something that would be consumer friendly and provide me good quality photographs on a budget. I came across the Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital Elph camera. This camera comes in 5 different colors, so you are able to choose the color that suits your personality, I chose the pink myself. This camera with it's 8 mega pixels and 3x optical and 4x digital zoom with many preset modes has been perfect. I am always taking pictures and the battery life seems to last longer than most batteries. It is so compact, that I am able to carry it with me everywhere I go. It easily slides into a pocket of my purse or into the back pocket of jeans or shorts that I'm wearing, without creating a huge bulge. As I walked into the store, I was in search of a new shampoo. My old shampoo had a formula change and was making my hair very dry and brittle. For years I had worn a different brand of mascara and then one day when making a purhase of Lancome's Photogenic foundation, I was given a samples of some of their other make-up to complete the look - eyeshadow, lipstick, and mascara. At first I was skeptical of trying the mascara, but finally one weekend it came out of the bag and I managed to convince myself to try it. What would trying the mascara hurt. I was worried about clumpy build up and what if it didn't dry very well. On went the mascara and I haven't switched back to the old since.

My fears are all pushed to the side. It doesn't leave a massive build up and I like the curve of the brush. I am able to curl my lashes and apply and not worry about my lashes not getting covered or too much coverage. I don't have the problems with big blobs and dries rather quickly.

I myself am not real big on drinking heavy spirits and bourbon because of the smell, roughness, and burning sensation after the drink has gone down your throat. After recently getting my hair highlighted and making the decision to try the Pantene Blonde Color Expressions Shampoo and Conditioner, hoping that it would extend the life of the highlights and keep them fresh, I wouldn't do it again. I don't feel that for the money I spent on the shampoo and conditioner was worth it. My highlights didn't stay looking fresh any longer than if I would have used my normal shampoo. I also felt that they shampoo made my hair very dry and therefore I had to use extra conditioner to provide the extra moisture. Where I can normally buy a regular size bottle of shampoo and conditioner about every 6 weeks, with Pantene Color Expressions, I used a bottle of conditioner in 3 weeks.

If you are trying to watch your money and stick to a budget, don't waste your money.
