      <description>I recently ordered two separate flower arrangements for my mom and mother-in-law. In placing my online order, the site went down before I could completed the order for my other-in-law. I went back in to place the order for her and soon after received 3 emails for confirmations. I only placed 2 orders; however, it appears that when the site closed out it had already taken my original order. So, my mother-in-law ended up with 2 orders of flowers. Not that she minded; however, I was charged for both orders. I called Customer Service and they could easily see what had happened; however, the said they could not credit my account for the double order. I shop with 1-800 Flowers all the time and I expected them to be a bit more proactive when they could see what had happened. Needless to say, they did not crdit back my account. So, from the original 2 orders I was placing, I ended up with 3 and was charged for 3. They have always been very good, which is why I use them so often. This definitley...... </description>
