I hired Top Relocation to move me from Michigan to California. Not only did they NEVER get my things to me (at least not physically), but left them in Michigan for two months. I lost my job due to my equipment being held hostage and I had to move back to Michigan and pay an additional $6000 for that. These people have POOR customer service, POOR communication skills, and, as I have recently learned lie to cover theirselves (I'm involved in an investigation now with the Department of Transportation). If you are moving and ever want to see your things again, DON'T USE TOP RELOCATION!!...

I have been collecting several different types of movies for quite some time, always having to go to e-bay or amazon and having a hard time finding what I wanted. However, as soon as I started going to the FYE in Traverse City, MI, I started having conversations with an employee named Josh. He is TRULY a wonderful person. When I come in with a list of movies or CDs that I want, he drops everything and helps me find what I'm looking for; sometimes the process takes upwards of an hour. I should mention that all the other employees at this FYE are wonderful also. I have never seen any of them be anything but professional and friendly (and believe me, I'm there A LOT).

I moved to Michigan last year and needed to buy new beds for my kids. As I was shopping around, my kids dragged me into the Sleep Number store. I figured they would be too expensive, but thought I'd check them out anyway. It ended up that they were less expensive than all the other beds I had been looking at and that I would not have to set it up myself. When the beds are delivered, the company actually set them up for me. I received GREAT customer service and, to this day, every time I go to the mall, the salesman who sold me the beds still says hi and asks how I'm doing. ...
