Do not order mattress from this company ! Where to start let's see if you order over the phone and they offer you a "free" bed set mattress cover, sheets etc. do not accept what they do not tell you is if you open it and then proceed to send the mattress back you are charged $150 this set is not worth that. Now when you need to send it back you are required to find a mattress box this is a very hard thing to do, so then you find boxes big enough to cover and cut and tape together the best you can not to get charged up to 50% of the mattress cost if anything is wrong with mattress. Now you wait for days on end for a RMA # from cust. service who suck, they then receive the mattress and inspect it and then make a decision whether or not you will be refunded the entire purchase amount and I will just let you know know this company will find something wrong with the mattress just for them to recover their shipping cost to you and picking it up for return. do not order from here they...

My wife and I have had our Tempur-pedic Grand bed now for over 6 years. We like it better than our spring mattress; but even after the break in period, I still have lower back discomfort. I am wondering if I it's me or is there others with the same problem. I bought the bed with the proper lower box (spring) support. I made sure I had plenty of slats for supporting the mattress/box on my bed frame. I've tried numerous pillows Tempur-pedic and traditional types.

Any inputs from others with the same situation would be greatly appreciated.

After years of poor sleep and many mattresses, I purchased the Sleep Number queen size mattress. It has been wonderful and I am only sorry that I didn't purchase one sooner. I had tried hard mattress, soft mattresses and everything in between. What I discovered is that my husband likes a firm mattress whereas I like a softer mattress. With the Sleep number we can have both. It has one control with dual buttons so we can each set our side to the level we need, and if we change our minds about what we need on a particular night, we can just switch to a new level. When we bought ours we only bought the mattress and put it atop the foundation box from our regular mattress set which was only a couple of years old. That saved us quite a bit of money. And although we looked at the mattresses in the store we ordered online which was an additional savings. It came quickly and we set it up ourselves. The instructions were easy to follow and we had it set up in short order. I have only......

I have had a kingsdown mattress for 7 years the last 3 years I have been very uncomforable every night due to a huge sag in the middle of the bed. I requested a warrenty kit and followed the step by step instructions. A few weeks later they sent me a letter telling me our claim was being denied. They went on to tell me that there seamed to be nothing structurally wrong with the mattress and that they do not warant comfort. To me a mattress's number one quality should be comfort. Further more they requested my original sales slip and never returned it. So now I can not make any future claims. I did enjoy my mattress for the first 4 years that it provided comfort, but am now VERY dissatisfied with Kingsdown. If you wish to have a mattress that is of high quality, but very uncomfortable to sleep on buy Kingsdown, however if you wish to sleep comfortably all night take your buisness elsewhere; maybe to a mattress manufacturer that warrents comfort.

The pillow top comfort mattress held up for only 7 months before breaking down. It's supposed to be a ten year mattress by the salesmens words. It was very comfortable when we first brought it home. It was our first pillow top experience aside from out of town trips and sleeping on them in hotels.

The biggest reason we wanted this mattress is because of a pleasant night's sleep in a motel on an out of town trip. It was so nice that we wrote down the type of mattress it was.

Our salesman was a nice guy and shaved a few hundred dollars off the price but I have to admit when I spend over $500 on a mattress and box springs it had better last longer than 9 months.

I am not up on what good bed are or not, I can say this to a perspective buyer. Watch out for this particular model as it is pretty low grade for the normal price of $700 in the store. I will be sure to save my money if I have to for a board for the extra support needed while I use the matress for ten years like they say the product...

My wife and I purchased the Kingsdown body system after trying our sons bed, he was away so we tried his bed and were like OMG this is the best matress we have ever slept on. We both slept throught the night. I fall asleep on my back and wake up in the same position, it is nothing like it anywere. We were considering one of those sleep number beds, please its an air mattress, how can air give you support. The "choose your own level of comfort" is nothing but a gimic. The testing machine they had were we bought the bed is a true test for support level. Good luck choosing, but consider this bed anyone that complains about this bed, probably were too cheap to buy it in the first palce and would complain anyway! You never get what you dont pay for.

Instead of purchasing an expensive foam mattress or a mattress with a built-in topper, I decided to buy a normal mattress and add the Serta 3" mattress topper. First of all, what a savings and secondly, how comfortable! The best thing is I can flip my mattress and not worry about the mattress topper, because I can simply put it back on the mattress. I've had my mattress topper for a year or so now and I can tell you that it hasn't lost any of it's "squishy-ness". It hasn't flattened out anywhere...it's just like new. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for comfort without the expensive price tag. The nice thing is - if I happen to drive to stay at a family member's house, I can fold it up and take it with me, to put on top of the bed they provide me. Of course, it's a little bulky to put in the trunk, but it's obviously smaller than driving with a mattress on top of the car ;-)

i bought my american signature home queen pillow top mattress about 3 months ago, when i first sat on it in the store it felt very comfortable. when it was delivered it was very nice to sleep on i loved this mattress and got a good night sleep on it every night. but now it seems like within the past month, i have been waking up in the middle of the night because i am uncomfortable, when i wake up in the morning my back is very sore. sometimes im in so much pain that my boyfriend has to help me get out of bed and im still very young and im not out of shape, and medically im very healthy, so i really think its this mattress. if you are thinking about buying this mattress i would get some other peoples opinions first because it may just be me. all people are better using different kinds of mattresses so maybe the american signature home queen pillowtop is just not the right kind of mattress for me

My fiancee and i bought an mattress from a discounter, I personally will never ever by another unless it was brand new direct from the manufacturer or store..sleeping is hell the middle of the mattress now dips in after only having it for 6 months ..not soft anymore plus payed a good amount of money to a discounter obviously for nothing if i could return it i would. So if anyone needs a mattress save your money and go to an actual mattress store and look at it your self..do not and i repeat do not buy from a dicounter not a mattress...............

We bought a Tempurpedic King Size mattress 3 years ago and I am so glad we did. I have back trouble and since I have bought this mattress I have been so comfortable and sleep so well every night. The advertisement is correct, you can get up and not wake your partner. It is not too firm and not too soft, just perfect. When you first get it, you have to walk up and down on it to get it ready to sleep on because it is hard as a rock, but once it has been broke in, it is just the best bed you have ever slept on in your life. It is very expensive, but worth every penny. It has a 20 year warranty and I will never be sorry that I purchased this bed.

I bought the spring air mattress two weeks ago and I have never had such a good night's rest. I have had back problems for quite some time now and have never really been able to sleep thru the night. I have tried other mattresses and mattress pads and never got good results until now. The first night on the bed was like heaven. I was so suprised when I got up the next morning that I didn't awake during the night. I don't have to take any sleeping pills any more to help me sleep thru the night. I just lay down on this awsome bed and i am able to sleep thru the whole night without waking up with back pain. I am in love with my new bed. A friend mentioned to me about a company that sells quality memory foam beds exactly like the name brands. So I checked out Select Foams website and saw they had a trail period for free with only return shipping that you would have to cover. I tried it and the next day I called Select Foam up and purchased another one for my guest bedroom. I fell in love with the bed the first night. What can I say? We were so tired of waking up restless. So we purchased an Angel Bed after much careful searching, researching and praying! Out of all the mattresses we looked into; Angel Beds had the best quality, value and comfort.

We bought a King Size Sealy Destiny Bay Pillow Top at the Bedding Experts in Highland Park, Illinois in March 2008. The bed was fine for about 2 months but gradually became lumpy and developed impressions where we slept. After about 6 months, my wife began sleeping in a different room because the bed became so uncomfortable for her. We called bedding experts and they told us that there had to be at least a 1 1/2" depression in the bed before they would come out and examine it. I continued to sleep in the bed without my wife, turning the mattress every few weeks. About 3 months ago, after the bed had developed 2 canoe-like impressions (I'm 6'-5" and weigh 285#) we called Bedding Experts to come out and check the mattress which cost us $99.00. Although we had purchased a mattress cover, there were 3 quarter to dollar coin sized wine and coffee stains on the mattress. We bought the twin serta mattress at a discount store for $99.00 for my 3 year old son. We didn't need a box spring for his bed, so it worked out good that you could just buy this mattress seperately. My son has been sleeping on it for 6 months now without any problems. I have also sat and layed down on the mattress and it was very hard and springy to me! I think for my son who only weighs 36 pounds the mattress is perfect but would not recommend it for an adult or anyone who weights more then 75 pounds! If you are looking for a kids mattress or extra mattress this would be perfect however, I would not sugguest getting it for a permant adult mattress. The price was also resonable but for a few dollars more, you could get a much softer and less springy mattress. Aside from that, so far we have have no problems or issues with the mattress, it fits the sheets nice, it doesn't smell funny or have any material issues.

I researched mattresses online before trying them in-store, and I liked what I had read about the Simmons BeautyRest mattress sets. I found one at Macys that was comfortable for the few minutes I was on it, and it was normally $2000, on sale for about $1400 after taxes and delivery fees. I decided to splurge because I wanted something nice that would last a long time.

At first it was very comfortable; I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, it was so soft, yet it felt supportive enough that I didn't have any back pain.

After about 6 months, I noticed the pillowtop was starting to become flat where I normally slept (on one side next to my alarm clock). I decided to rotate the mattress and sleep on the other half so I didn't keep flattening only 1 side. That side also fell flat after a few months.

After about 1 year of use, the coils started to squeak--every time I got in or out of the bed, or even rolled over. It even wakes me up at night if I roll over and hear the squeak.

My husband and I both have back problems and a conventional mattress was not working for us anymore. We had been looking at several different mattresses over the course of six months when we stumbled upon the Select Comfort store in our local mall.

The salespeople let us try every style of mattress, and did not put any pressure on us to buy while we tried them. It did not take us long to decide that this was the mattress for us. Once we had found our own sleep number it was like floating on a cloud. We then took turns laying on the special bed they had set up to a computer and sensors, to see just how the bed eliminated pressure points by distributing ones weight over a larger surface area.

We went with the pillow top because we own both cats and dogs and felt that would give more protection to the air bladders, as well as being more comfortable for us. My husband and I where suffering from back, neck, and leg pain. The pain was getting worse no matter what we did. I been having a good night sleep for the past four months. I have to say, that I believe I made an excellent decision to purchase this mattress. The price was right and the quality is undeniable. You just sink into the mattress and fall into dream land. It is comparable to what I believe sleeping on a cloud would feel like. So relaxing, just looking at it make you want to take a nap. There is really no transfer motion. The motion of your partners movements really do not affect you. No noisy springs and lumps in your back and side. Just a nice big comfortable pillow.
