Movies http://www.viewpoints.com/The-Secret-Life-of-Bees--166415-review-37fb5 <p> I have literally flipped past this movie more than 15 times and thought who cares about bees, never even read the info on it and then November 23 2009 there was absolutely nothing to watch so i scanned through channels 500 and up and ran across The Secret Life Of Bees yet once again and i really opened the info and never knew that dakota fanning played in it, and that alone made me wanna watch it cause she is just a great lil actress and when i watched it ima tell you i just balled my head off, i mean i cried like i was pregnant all over again. I Love how they come together in the movie and the Love thats a lot more than i ever got when i was a child. this is a great movie, if you havnt seen it yet....WATCH IT. please do watch it. also i thought the wall was a really good idea. i wanna put one of them up in my back yard and just cry and cry and cry some more. i thank whoever wrote this movie cause its one of the best i hve ever seen.</p>... Well I few years ago I fell in love with another good movie called Lucky 7 with Kim Pressley and Patrick Dempsey excellant movie and very fun to watch.  If you have every seen it you will see that it is a good feeling movie. Sun, 22 Nov 2009 20:08:57 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Best-Romantic-Comedies-My-Top-List-review-a9440 bath2458 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/Transformers-Revenge-of-the-Fallen-review-cc590 <p>I loved Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen!!  This movie made me laugh, made me cry and had me sitting on the edge of my seat.  It was totally entertaining and that is what I go for in a movie.  The characters and plot are of course totally unlikely to be real but that is what I want in a movie.  I want to be entertained, not think about real life.  I routed for the robots and the main characters and booed the bad robots.  I cried when Optimus "died" and the main character "died", I laughed at the dogs and the hilarious things said by the characters and I sat on the edge of my seat with my breath held during the battle between the good guys and the bad guys.  I loved the movie so much that I bought it on blue ray and will watch it over and over again.  Even the dog made me laugh with his shinanigans!!  And I felt for the girl every time the main character didn't get a chance to say I love you.  If you just want to be entertained, this is a great movie!</p>... I went to see it in the theater and was definitely impressed and satisfied with the experience. If you liked the first movie then you will almost certainly enjoy this one. I would recommend it to everyone. Me and my signifancant other love to watch movies, The movies are just $1 plus tax and is way cheaper than Blockbuster or any movie rental business. You get new releases for just $1 but if you are late returning it the next day, you are charged another $1 plus tax. It maxes out a $22 if never returned. The will deduct from your checking account so make sure you return the movie back to any redbox by 9pm the next day.</p> <p>You can also enter in your email address at the redbox and it will send you confirmation to your email to let you know what day and time you rented it and when you return the dvd it will send to your email, confirmation that it was returned and it will send you a reciept of how much they charged you.</p> <p>You can also get free movie codes by requesting it on the website. The cons are that when you are waiting for your movie to come out of the machine it is really slow.</p>... Like getting there and them not having anything you want.  Another thing I love about the redbox, is that when you rent a movie and want to return it, you can drop it off at any redbox.  In the town i live in we have one at our Mcdonalds, and our walmart.  I love how easy it is/</p>... I love a good action film and <em><strong>Transformers, Revenge of the Fallen</strong></em> is a good, fun action film. But this movie was slammed by the critics even after it became the highest grossing film of the summer. They missed one crucial point about this movie. This is a movie about a TOY! How can anyone expect it to be more that it was. They slammed the actors but they were just what the script called for. They needed a female lead that is HOT. Megan Fox on a motor cycle meets this requirement. They need a male lead who keeps being put in totally unreal situations and somehow manages to come through. Shia LaBeouf meets this requirement while providing a combination of laughs and crazy stunts. There is eye candy for the men so it might be nice to have eye candy for the women. Josh Duhamel fits this category and is very likable at the same time. And finally the special affects. The Transformers. They were amazingly done. The details,...</p>... Even though she knows  John <strong>Travolta made over 10 movies this is her movie for here with him in it. She even searched the interent for records, posters, books and trading cards with John Travolta and this movie. John Travolta was a doll to her. The way how he looked in the movie Grease was heaven for my daughter. Acting bad but he was good in the 50s was something my daughter enjoyed watching. I would recommend people to watch Grease with John Travolta. He may have come out with other movies but Grease would always be my first choose.<br/></strong></p>... This is definitely the type of movie you want to experience in a theater for maximum effect, however, this reviewer watched the DVD version and can verify it still is great movie to put in your rental queue. The opening scene with the cursed kid might be a little intense for 10 yr olds, however the rest of the movie is mostly just suspense, surprise, loud noises, hallucinations, and good old fashion scary stuff. Alison Lohman in her role as the super ambitious bank loan officer employee Christine, who gets cursed in the line of duty, is fairly good - she has the sweet innocent look. I loved the rainy scene in the cemetery, where she's wallowing in the mud trying to get out of a dug up grave. Justin Long, as her boyfriend Clay, is pretty much talent wasted in his minor role in this horror movie (see Jeepers Creepers) - although he does get to give his patented horrified look in the last...</p>... As a romance, it fails since there is no chemistry between Anne Hathaway and Patrick Wilson. As a supernatural thriller it fails because there's nothing spooky or even thrilling about the plot - the movie story leads you down an erroneously path, when it's fairly obvious that's not what the movie is about. The big "payoff" at the end is really not much of a surprise. The movie pace is excruciatingly slow, as the supposed mystery is playing out. Anne Hathaway is either a terrible actress, or is just so miscast in the therapist role it appears that way. Patrick Wilson comes off as some sort of unpredictable nut case, not any kind of believable character in the story context. Most of the other supporting actors - David Morse, Dianne Wiest, and Cle DuVall in particular - did have good performances and carried the movie for me. The plane crash special effects were laughable, and most of the cinematography pretty ordinary. And the soundtrack music...</p>... I never liked his cocky demeanor, or how increasingly aggressive he became (it's one thing to fight for a living, it's another to be a bully ), and like most everyone else, I looked at his downfall as sad, but not wholly undeserved. But halfway through this film, I found myself having turned around almost completely. Not to say that this documentary presents him in a particularly flattering light; in fact for much of the film, Tyson himself lays bare all of his worst moments, in a sort of matter-of-fact way that shows a man in his 40's who has spent alot of time coming to terms with the sins of his youth. The film is bare-bones; in essense it is just Tyson himself, sitting in an sofa chair, going through the major events of his life, sparringly intercut with clips for matches, previous interviews, and news footage.
