I have used some of Paula's Choice products. I don't love them all. But who loves every product in any given line?

The AHA and BHA products for exfoliation and radience are excellent and contain a high enough concentraiton of the active ingredient to be effective without irritation.

I also like the mositurizers for dry skin. Very effective at keeping the moisture level up and dry skin feeling comfortable all day.

The Moisture Boost Hydrating Toner is great for winter skin to help combat the extra level of dryness some of us experience in colder climates. This product also contains actives, antioxidants to combat free radicals and cell communicating ingredients to boost collagen production.

I have not been terribly impressed with any of the make-up offered. Lip gloss has no staying power and even though samples of foundation are offered at a small cost, I have yet to find a match.

Paula's reviews of other products can sometimes be harsh, and I have found in the case of one product line...

I use Arbonne products almost everyday. The products have great results, are gentle on the skin, and are most importantly, cruelty-free. I became interested in Arbonne when I learned that they are a cruelty-free company and you can sometimes get a good deal on the products on Ebay. I tried a skin tonic, and transforming lift gelee and was very impressed with how well they worked and how well my skin responded to these products. Arbonne makes high quality products and offers a wide range of products to try. These products are not inexpensive by any means, but if you want to indulge yourself and your skin, you should give Arbonne a try and know that you are using an animal friendly product, which rocks!!

I have suffered from acne since I started puberty 7 years ago at 14 years old. Several dermatologists have tried several different treatments that included the controversial Acutane pill, dry ice treatments, and even some clinical trials. Nothing seems to affect my breakouts. So, I decided to go ahead and fork over the cash for the 30 day trial of the Proactive 3 step treatment.

After the first week, I noticed no results. My face felt very slimy after each treatment. When the product was used up and my 30 days over, I am seeing worse breakouts than before. Also, I have never had blackheads before, but since I started Proactive, I am having trouble with those now too.

I called customer service to cancell my subscription (if you don't cancel they will keep sending you product and billing you for it once per month) and the woman argued with me about my cancellation. She said that it often takes 6 weeks to notice any improvment with Proactive. Well, a 30 day trial doesn't reall...

The old Satin Hands set from years ago came in a white tube (remember that one?) and honestly I didn't like it. The scrub felt pasty and sometimes dried out my my hands. I didn't like the smell either. It supposedly had no smell but to me it smelled like cement. Yuck. I moved on.

I found the all new and much improved Satin Hands set by the sink at a friend's house and with her blessings used it. This one I liked a lot. Now I have my own.

The Satin Hands Pampering set comes with three products, the Satin Hands Satin Smoothie Hand Scrub, the Satin Hands Hand Cream and the Mary Kay Emollient Night Cream.

The set comes in peach. It is both peach scented and peach colored. It makes no big difference to me but really I am a lavendar scent fan and peach is not my favorite color. Dermoligica Solar Defense SPF 30 is a sun screen that you can add to other products you use on your face. You can add it to moisturizer, or to a liquid foundation, you can even use it straight from the bottle.

Although you can do this with other sun screens I appreciate this product because it is designed to be blended in with other products so the blending is smoother. A famous book that reviews makeup suggests that Dermalogica products are somehow lacking because their most popular moisturizer does not have SPF protection. That is actually one of the reasons I like their products. When you want SPF you can add it in to your moisturizer.

This product blends well on the face and does not leave a white film as other sun screens can. It provides UVA and UVB protection, and contains Vitamins C and E, as well as green tea and grape seed extract.

Dermalogica products are generally only available from a spa or salon.

Avon Anew products are simply some of the very best facial skin care products available.

I am a 61 year old woman who, for most of her life, neglected good skin care. I've spent the last 10 to 15 years searching for the best products to repair the damage and minimize any further unnecessary aging and abuse deterioration.

I have tried a very substantial sampling of the skin care products available in all but the very most expensive price range. I have found the Avon Anew products in general to be as good as or better than any others I've tried and I am particularly impressed by the Avon Anew Force Extra products.

I am currently using the Avon Anew Force Extra Triple Lifting Day & Night Cremes, Anew Luminosity Ultra Creme, and Anew Force Extra Eye Cream. I immediately noticed a visible improvement in the appearance of my skin, which many other brands promise but do not always deliver.

Though I'll probably still try other brands occasionally, I won't be surprised if none of them out-perform...

I have used Clinique products for years. My skin (face) was always more toward the oily/combination side but not dry. People have always told me I have 'great skin'. I am not sure if it was age, climate change, hard water or a combination of the three but when we moved to Oklahoma my skin (face) freaked out. It started flaking all the time and I had red splotches usually under the flaking.

It was as if I was a snake shedding its skin. And on top of that, the redness was even worse especially for someone who always had 'great skin'. I sure did not appreciate what that meant until my skin turned on me. The more I tried to moisturize or 'descale' it or cover it with make up it seemed the worse I made it. I tried a several different products and nothing worked. Then Clinique came out with their Redness Solutions line and I thought I would give it a try - possibly it would solve one of my issues. I have been dealing with dry, flaky, rough feeling heels latelly and even though I sand them down with a stone after each shower my heels were still appearing dry and flaky by the end of the day- I had tried vaseline and aquaphor on my heels but it did not help. I decided to buy a sample foot lotion from Dr Scholl's""For her Ultra Overnight foot cream"" that you apply at night from Target about a week ago to see if this would help my heels- I finally remembered to apply it to my heels last night and I was happy to discover my heels soft and smooth in the morning! I am so please with the result after just one application that I am going to buy the product- The creamy lotion felt great on my feet and was absorbed quickly- It has a nice soothing scent that was nice to smell while in bed- The blend of aloe and palm oil seems to really work- My heels still feel smooth even after showering. and do not appear white, flaky or dry!

I have been a faithful user of the Isomers line for about 5 years. I buy the product at ShopNBC where it is sold exclusively. It is packaged simply in glass jars. Shelf life 2 years. All science based. Very simple to use, serums go on first, creams second. You cannot mess up. The line is extensive, however, I have narrowed down what is best for me at 54, being the R series. I have been using the Accelerated Recovery Serum nightly however it is normally used for 14 nights for a boost. It is incredible. Matrixyl is a higher concentration than other formulas on market and sold without other fillers. Her neck cream is incredible. My neck looks great, better than my sister who is 9 years younger and gets every injection known to mankind. Carnostine+ is one of my fav moisturizers and costs 1/3 than a comparative retail product and in trials performed 60%+ better. Ok...so a little about me (well...my skin anyways). I have the weirdest skin ever. Most of my face has normal skin. But..other parts, like around the outer edges of my eyes and around my nose are super sensitive to everything: the weather, touching, putting on makeup, and creams too. I cant even blow my nose without getting dry skin for a few days. For the past two years I was using a cream that only made my skin slightly better (the dry parts), but ended up making the rest of my skin kind of greasy after I put it on. This past month I went back to my dermatologist and he told me about a new cream to use and gave me a sample to try right away. I was amazed. Promiseb is a topical cream that is meant to treat Seborrheic Dermatitis (otherwise known as flaky skin). The first day I saw results and it has only gotten better...plus the cream absorbs pretty quickly into the skin and helps on contact...even when I have makeup on.

I tried the eternal minerals mud mask on a trial basis after I had tried everything else that I knew to try. including my vicodine pain pills. Not only did this begin clearing up the dry calloused feet I have, but it also took away the terrible arthritis pain that I have in my foot. I use it twice a day and it gives me the releif I need to do all the walking I have to do. I was really not willing to beleive that it was going to work but it did. I paid $60.00 for a 2 month supply and thought my money was well spent.I tried alot of products before finding this one and nothing was working. This mask is made from the mud from the dead sea which is known for its healing powers. At first Ireally did not beleive in that but after trying the product for myself I ahv to say I think it was a miracle. This is the only eleif I have been able to find and you can use it on any part of your body. It is wondefull.

I was intersted in the Arbonne NutriMin C antiaging body care system for my poor saggy tummy from having three wonderful children. This is a two step system. First is the REactivating Body Serum then the REfinish Hydrating Body Lotion. The lotion looks and feels more like a cream though. It's thick and rich. The serum works to tighten you skin and the lotion plumps up the skin. I hear it does wonders for crepey skin on the neck and chest. I definitely noticed some change after just a few days and a marked difference after a few weeks. It won't help very much with stretch marks, but the loose saggy skin it can do wonders for. The biggest down size to this product is the cost. It's really pricey. (It's gonna run you about $80 for the two together) Still WAY cheaper than a tummy tuck though. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some help for their sagging, bagging and creping.

The Arbonne NutraMinC RE9 Skin set is the best! I have used a number of different products and not one of them really grabbed my attention. They were all just okay, but I never really noticed any difference with any of them. I was given a sample of the Arbonne RE9 Skin set my another parent at my daughters preschool and I was hooked after the first day! My skin was noticeably softer, in fact I could not stop touching my face, it felt so good. My skin also felt alot firmer. I was amazed! It does not feel heavy or thick on my skin and it absorbs nicely. The sample that I was given I was able to make it last for a little over a week. A little bit goes a long long way and still makes a world of difference!

When I purchaed the NutraMinC RE9 skin care line I was also given a free bottle of 'face lift' serum. The first time that I tried it I had received a number of compliments on how good I looked and was told that my make-up looked great, etc. Arbonne NutraMinC RE9 is wonderful. ...

i tried the ponds age defying cream first without much success.

i then switched to the serum, paying 75% extra.

the clear serum feels smooth to the skin and glides on nicely. However, there is almost no improvement and the price is not justified.

it may work on some skins but it definitely did nothing for mine. On the positive side, it didnt hurt the skin either.

I definitely feel that the cream is a btter alternative to the serum, but the cream would be suitable to use at night when it would be able to soak into the skin.

Ever since I was little I can remember my grandma swearing by Jergens brand, claiming it to be the best lotion ever made. Now I know for myself. Even though I have recently started using Jergens Shea butter; I fell in love with it the first time I tried it. The smell is great and not too overpowering. It gives you a feeling of freshness every time you use it .

I have been using Reverse by Rodan & Fields since April. It is now the end of August. Alright, I am a busy mother of an 11 year old active, middle school child, and a demanding 2 1/2 year old. So my morning routine needs to be simple, short, & sweet. My co-worker brought in a sample of the Bare Minerals facial powder for me to try out. I gave it a whirl, and absolutely loved it! It is so natural looking and feeling on my skin. It is a simple, virtually fool proof application process. I found a deal on QVC, where I received an entire starter kit for $60.00. The kit included Brushes, eye shadows, liners, the base , and a finishing powder. A great bargain, and wonderful product for some one with combination oily/dry skin like myself. My face doesn't feel too dry or oily by the end of the day. The one thing that I do not like, is the fact that it can rub off on to your clothes. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a little help evening out their skin tone:)
