      <description>Tracfone is great when you have an emergency or your regular phone service goes on the blink.&amp;nbsp; The only draw back is the minutes go quickly and it never fails that when you need the minutes you are running low.&amp;nbsp; Best suggestion to anyone purchasing a Tracfone, be sure you buy double minutes up front so that each additional purchase will be double the amount purchased.&amp;nbsp; I wish someone had told me. &amp;mdash; &amp;nbsp;Michelle &amp;mdash;... </description>

      <description>I don't know what I was thinking adding Time Warner Cable's digital phone service.&amp;nbsp; I was already unhappy with the quality of my cable, but the Telemarketer that called convinced me that I'd save a lot of money by switching.&amp;nbsp; So I gave up Embarq phone service, which I was very happy with, to save a few dollars and have digital phone installed.&amp;nbsp;  &amp;mdash; What the telemarketer didn't inform me was that I would be paying out a $ 70.00 install fee!!&amp;nbsp; No one told me about that, so imagine my surprise when I opened up my first bill.&amp;nbsp; Ouch.&amp;nbsp; Secondly, MY TELEPHONE HAS HORRIBLE CONNECTION NOW!&amp;nbsp; Before installing the digital phone I had crystal clear connection, no it sounds like I'm talking in a wind storm.&amp;nbsp; The connection is fuzzy, and every so often the phone just disconnects in the middle of my phone call.&amp;nbsp; Other times, I'm unable to pick up the phone and dial a number.&amp;nbsp; I have to hang up, dial, hang up, dial.....until I get a connection... </description>

      <description>We used to have Alltel when we lived in WV.&amp;nbsp; Then we moved to IN and was always roaming.&amp;nbsp; IN didn't even have a retail store in the state, and we had just bought a new phone that needed replaced.&amp;nbsp;  &amp;mdash; Anyway in order to keep service we would have to upgrade to an expensive plan.&amp;nbsp; If not they would charge us $200 per phone (x 2) disconnect because we "signed a contract" yet they don't keep a copy of that contract?&amp;nbsp; WTH? &amp;mdash; So they can't prove it, yet we still have to pay it.&amp;nbsp; They wouldn't let us out of it, still charged us the $400!&amp;nbsp; On top of that, it took more then 6 months to get my phone back because they lost ours!&amp;nbsp;  &amp;mdash; BOO Alltel! &amp;mdash;... </description>

      <description>Tracfone has insanely poor&amp;nbsp;customer service. They can not do simple tasks, put you on hold incessantly, and do not speak legible English. &amp;mdash; I&amp;nbsp;have been&amp;nbsp;shipped&amp;nbsp;4 phones. We have&amp;nbsp;spent&amp;nbsp;countless hours on the phone&amp;nbsp;just trying to receive a phone that worked&amp;nbsp; (two phones&amp;nbsp;didn't work out of the box&amp;nbsp;and one quit after 2 weeks, the newest works--so far) and to&amp;nbsp;each&amp;nbsp;phone activated due to technical issues.&amp;nbsp;I had to correct the problems on their end&amp;nbsp;with my ideas.  &amp;mdash; They are pulling their customer service reps from the bottom of the barrel. I would not recommend this company for prepaid cell phone service unless you enjoy wretched customer service. As soon as my current minutes are done I will be&amp;nbsp;giving my business to&amp;nbsp;another prepaid company.  &amp;mdash; If you decide to go with Tracfone---all I can say is I hope you never have to call and interact with customer service and if you do---I wish you "good... </description>

      <description>My husband and I recently changed our cell phone service to Qwest. We recieved great customer service when we purchased our new plan. The cost is managable. I wouldn't say it's "cheap", but it's definately not too expensive. We've had a few problems with dropped calls and the internet service provided to our phones is not always reliable. The text options on my particular phone (W385) are somewhat lacking. Overall, it hasn't been a bad phone. I don't know that I would recommend it, per se, but it is an ok phone if you don't mind dropped calls and tempermental internet service.... </description>

      <description>We've got 2 phones in our household with the same problem.  Both screens just all of a sudden went blank.  Took both in and it took a minimum of 4 weeks to get them back.  One after being sent out for the second time they said was unfixable due to a hairline crack in the phone, the other came back and 1 day later the screen went blank.  I'm worried we take the second one in to US Cellular it will come back as unfixable due to a hair line crack.  It is quetionable to us as to whether this crack was there in the first place.  We ended up having to buy a new phone outright for $379 from US Cellular because the phone was only 6 months old and the insurance had only been on for 30 days.  Be careful when you have to send you phones into US Cellular to be fixed and be sure their costumer service people look over the phone with you to document that there is no visible damage to the phone BEFORE they send it... </description>

We lost our email addresses, we lost our channels and the good price that Adelphia offered. We now pay $180 for service that used to be $110, and in this economy that is A LOT!       <description>Comcast Cable is the only cable we have which is the only reason I subscribe. There service is good   but there is no denying that they are very expensive and the customer service sucks. It literally took me over 1 year of dealing with them to correct an error in my bill. Of course you have to pay the bill upfront in order to not be disconnected. In the space of 3 hours they charged me for watching 12 pay per view movie!!!!!! On top of that the movies were all purchased within 2 and 3 minutes apart!!!! I had to argue with them for close to 1 year and deal with ncustomer service for hours at a time for each call. Eventually my account was credited the entire amount and I assume they finally realized I was not going to just lay down and pay the bill and shut up. Every since then I am sorry but I do not like the company, but as I said they nare the only company we can use.... </description>

(Less than one minute but charged for two.)&amp;nbsp;Later, when my disability checks started to come in, I asked Verizon for a credit plan again.&amp;nbsp; NOPE!&amp;nbsp; Shot down. &amp;mdash; T-Mobile was advertising heavily in the St. Louis area.&amp;nbsp; So, off I went to one of their stores.&amp;nbsp; Within 5 minutes I was approved and had a new phone for FREE.&amp;nbsp; With Verizon, if I wanted a new phone, I had to pay LIST PRICE! &amp;mdash; I currently have a SAMSUNG T319.&amp;nbsp; They tossed in a free carrying case, a free home charger &amp; car charger.&amp;nbsp; Granted it's not the most advanced phone in... </description>

      <description>Comcast cable SUCKS. I have been with comcast for at least a year. I was with time warner cable until comcast took over and comcast is no better than time warner. I have all the cable chanels that are available through comcast and all my movie channels freeze up in the middle of a movie. My lower channels are fuzzy. Every time that I call and report it they say they need to change the cable boxes which they do and it does not fix the problem or they will say they need to add some device to my cable boxes which they have done and still have the same problem. They have done nothing to fix my problem, but set up an appointment for someone to come out to not fix it again. I am ready to go to some other type of service. They do not care about their customers or their concerns. They want you to pay for... </description>

      <description>Mediacom "Customer Service" is an oxymoron.&amp;nbsp; Service outages occur in my area every time the wind blows more than 20 mph.&amp;nbsp; I have had to call more than 10 times in the past month and have never had to wait less than 15 minutes to speak to a human being.&amp;nbsp; I called 4 different times to get my cable buried but it never happened.&amp;nbsp; I was told I could not speak to a supervisor.&amp;nbsp; I never received a response to 2 different emails to "customer service" even though the web page guarantees a response within 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; The web page is a "black hole" of endless loops to nowhere.&amp;nbsp; It's nearly impossible to cancel service so I guess I'll just pull the cable from my house myself. &amp;mdash;... </description>

      <description>My experiences with boost mobile have been terrible. They have worst customer service ever. They are rude and treat you like you've done somthing wrong when they've mad the mistake. They charged my credit&amp;nbsp;card twice and I had to sit on the phone for literaly over 2 hours just to get it straight, and they still didn't fix it. I had to go to my bank and dispute it. I have been charged for more minutes than were actualy used. Also, it is $1 a day for unlimited chirping, and I am often charged $1 twice for one day. My phone is supposed to have picture mail but I can only recieve pictures because when I try to send them I always get an error message from their network.... </description>

      <description>Sorry Comcast, but cable internet service slows down as more people in the area start to use it. At full capacity, it's the same speed as DSL. Plus, if you need a boost program, you're not that fast to begin with. All a boost program does is reload a web page in your history faster. New pages will not load faster. With a Dedicated Service Line, there's plenty of speed for our desktop and 3 laptops in this house (when friend visits and uses our wireless network). Finally, I'm ready to take those two derned turtles and make soup out of them! DSL is fast, reliable, and not subject to satellite interruptions when there's weather problems! &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; This is the only aspect of ATT services that I have no complaints over. &amp;mdash;... </description>
