Furthermore, apparently the technician work-log was falsified so my original and repeated request for a HDTV box was not logged. My request to speak to a customer service supervisor was not honored and in fact Pavlov Media refused to give me the full name of the supervisor nor give me their corporate address so I can write a letter of protest. The techs maybe English-fluent but they sure don't understand or care to understand what the consumer is saying. I believe the only reason they remain in business is because they somehow manage to land an exclusive contract with the rental management firm. Pavlov places a cap on the amount of bytes that can be transferred in a 24 hour period to 256 mb. Technically, it is unlimited, but after 256 mb, you loose priority and the internet speed is deplorable. I play video games online sometimes, and I have never experienced such a terrible connection, rendering Pavlov virtually useless in internet gaming due to its frequent blips and interruptions in service.
