I only placed 2 orders; however, it appears that when the site closed out it had already taken my original order. So, my mother-in-law ended up with 2 orders of flowers. Not that she minded; however, I was charged for both orders. I called Customer Service and they could easily see what had happened; however, the said they could not credit my account for the double order.
