Element.. It is a skate company. It makes boards,wheels,trucks and also bearing.But Element is not the only skate company...Here is a few other Birdhouse, World Industries, Plan B that is just some there are alot more brands of skating but I ride with Element..There is people who skate who get sponcered by different things like you can get sponcered by Drinks, Accessorise for skateboards, hats, boards and tons of other things..If you want to be a skater when you get older your dream would be to get sponcered.That would be just the start of you career..There is tons of tricks but that would be a whole new section.So buy a board and get out there and skate!!!

I am a pro master aged Disc golfer(40-50 years old) and have been playing Disc golf for over 20 years and over the years i have tried different brands of discs but i always ended up going back to throwing Innova Champion Discs, thier called champion for a reason. More disc golf champions have won tournements throwing Innova than any other brand of plastic. A few examples are the greatest disc golfer in the world the 12 time world and 5 time US Disc golf champion Ken Climo only plays with and is sponsered by Innova Campion Discs. Barry Schultz is a 2 time world champion he also depends on Innova Discs to help him win his tornements. And the current distance record of 810 ft was thrown with a Innova disc.

hokies are my favorite shool in america but there football team needs to finish seasons becuase we cants take it as hokie fans. ryan williams is the greatest running back in the nation watch out this year and next year because he will go to the nfl in the next two years. whooh! tyrod taylor needs to step up or he will not have a chance in the national football league.Beamer you will be our coach until you pass away in victory stadium at age 95 im behind you all the way. i hope bud foster don't ever leave because our defense is our backbone every season no matter how garbage the offense is. Virginia Tech needs to finish lane stadium by tying in the sides of the stadium and turning it into a dome,next year watch out because we will go to the national championship GO hokies! i hope we finish the season strong but no matter what i will always be hokie at heart! and no matter if we cant ever win a national championship

I bowl in Houston,Texas with fouthteen teens . We do lose teams every year and gain some but can't get over the fourthteen teams. We pay $17 dollars per week for 35 weeks. I'm strictly too old, too fat & too out-of-shape to compete in something like this. However, it does bring in millions of dollars to the Missouri economy and is a sight to be seen for all cycling fans. Many are touting this as the second biggest bike race in the world...second only to the Tour de France. More info can be found on the web @ tourofmissouri.com.

This year (2009) they are starting in St. Louis & heading west to Kansas City...in a round-about way. A straight shot from St. Louis to K.C. is only 250 miles. These cyclist are covering 612 miles in 7 days. That averages to over 80 miles a day. JEEZ!

Today (Sept. 7, 2009) was stage one; ten laps around a seven mile course = SEVENTY MILES! Starting from downtown St. Louis at Market and 7th St. they rode a little east, then south along Broadway past the famous AB Brewery, then back west to my neighborhood & finally back north & east to downtown.

These guys were averaging about 16.5 minutes per lap. That equates...

That is the question the opening song asks you. T.J. Storm has created a high energy aerobic exercise program using kung fu strikes to hip hop music. This is one video that will get you moving. I do not recommend it, if you have bad knees. Kung fu has always been hard on the knees. It is a set of videos. The first one shows you how to do the various strikes properly and gives you a chance to practise them. The second tape is the actual exercise tape. The final tape is the applications tape, where it shows you how to defend yourself with the moves you've learned from the tape. It's not a substitute kung fu teacher, but it does give you a little start, interest, and lots exercise.

Trudeau insulated water bottle 14 oz/400ml, you get 16oz if it is filled completely to the top. It is safe for food but is not recommended for the dishwasher or the microwave. I bought this water bottle because it claimed to keep things cold for a long time and didn't create condensation on the outside due to the double layer, with a pop out straw. It was also purple and only $7.99.

It did keep things cold for a little longer than the rest of my water bottles but I didn't find it long enough to get excited about. It was nice that you didn't have the water build up on the outside. The grips on the side was nice when I was hiking it didn't slip around like the others. I liked the soft pop out straw it made it easy to hike with.

So why two stars then? It was better than most of my water bottles but I am a heavy duty hiker and camper. This water bottle only lasted four days before it had a crack and then a break on the outer layer. This was disappointing since my other...

I love kiteboarding or kitesurfing as some call this extreme water sport. I learned to kitesurf (and so did my 12yo girl) in the Dominican Republic Cabarete Kite Beach at Kitexcite - A Best KiteBoarding School and the only Best Kiteboarding official retailer on Kite Beach.

Why are Kitexcite the best for learning how to kitesurf? Because they have most experience, were the first to teach kiteboarding in Caribbean and also Stefan, the German guy who owns the school, cares very much about safety.

So he invented the kitesurfing Radio Helmet. This enables kite surfing students to hear the instructor when practicing in the water. So it saves lots of time, mistakes and makes it much safer to learn kiteboarding and less scary for my girl. Ah, yes, and since it saves time it means it costs us less to learn kiteboarding, since we need less hours. Time is always money, isn't it?

Baseball. A game that has been played since last century. It is called America's pastime. Great players have played this great game including Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Nolan Ryan, and much more. It was a great until this era. The Mitchell Report comes out and sais that over 100 players in the Major League Baseball Association including Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, Miguel Tejada,and more have taken perfomance enhancing drugs [steroids]. They hid it all these years taking steroids, cheating yhe sport and themselves. Why did they do it? They obviosly had the talent, but that was their mistake. They have upseted so many people including their fans, their peers, and most inportantly themselves. Nobody that has taken steroids should go to the hall of fame because they cheated the game. It is not fair that these people can get away with this stuff. I say you should be banned from playing major league baseball if you take drugs. If you can't play fairly, don't play at all.

I had bought trackpass for one year. I did not use it much. They auto renewed it for me. I called within 24 hours and asked them to cancel my subscription. They complied. At the end of the conversavation as a after thought I asked if the refund would go to my paypal account. They then informed me the cancellation would be effective in 364 days and there would be no refund. Asking for the supervisor yielded no response. Supervisors do not take calls. I later learned I could have asked them to change my subscription to a six month renewal and get a refund for half the year. I called back and asked to cancel the cancellation and reduce my subscription. This call was made within and hour of the first call. I was then told I was correct that I could have done that but they do not allow you to cancel cancellations. Incidental six months is roughly $30 and a year is $70 so much for the longer contract being cheaper. Be careful with this company their policies do not reflect good customer service....

The Crosman M70 Pulse is a fast firing, full auto, mini MP5 Airsoft Gun. With 175 fps it doesnt have very good range, and it doesnt have the best accuracy but it is better than most pistols. It can hold 250 6mm plastic BBs which is very good for a mini. It stings but does not break skin, great with a stick target. It jams alot and shoots two at a time alot of times.

The sights are cheapy but help only a little. i suggest getting the COLT DELTA ELITE airsoft pistol....

If you have a pool at your home chances are you like finding different ways of making your pool more entertaining. However if you have an above ground pool you might want to stay away from inflatable slides. They are too big and too dangerous for above ground pools, because they move and because there is not a lot of space and if it moves someone could get injured.

That being said we did purchase the Aviva Sports Slider Island Inflatable Water Slide for our above ground pool. This might be good for a really large built in pool and I mean large or for lake use. This is best suited for lake use, mainly because the slide actually has nothing to hold in place and does move around. So it can move if someone is not doing it properly and you can end up sliding down or falling off it and hitting your self the side of the pool. This is really why it is best for lakes. You could creative and tie it but that will put pressure on it and could possibly shorten the life of the slide or pop...

Study the stats - particularly those of the numerous Heisman contenders and their teams: OU, TX and TX Tech - and you'll have to agree. No other conference compares this year. Perhaps the most exciting team to watch has been Texas Tech.

Texas Tech has Heart & Talent
The magic between QB Graham Harrell and the receiver he most often connects with, Michael Crabtree, has really been amazing to watch. These two guys are so in synch you can't even believe what you're seeing. It's just beautiful football - countless long, long Harrell passes that Crabtree snatches and scores on. And Harrell is so darn cool under pressure, in his pocket, thanks to his linemen who protect him. So far, the only team to breach this nearly impenetrable pocket has been my own team, Oklahoma. But ironically, I took no pleasure...

Major League Baseball

How I loved the game of baseball. All I ever wanted to be was a major leaguer. As a kid, I use to idolize the players, had their cards, and waited breathlessly for the World Series to come. I loved Duke Snider, hated Mickey Mantle and wished that Sandy Koufax would pitch every game, but things have changed.

Baseball players are now mercenaries. They play for the team that pays the most. There is no loyality anymore. The game is played for money and the bigger the city, the more money they can spend on free agents. Worst of all, the games are played at night and little kids can no longer identify with their heroes. It is no wonder, I see kids in the street with hockey sticks or soccer balls. When I am in the park, I don't see four or five kids playing catch or hitting the ball around. Money rules and the game is no longer number one in the hearts of our children. Even this review goes under the word, Miscellaneous.

The Marlin Model 30A, in 30-30 chambering, replaced the Model 30, and was manufactured from 1973-1983. It was basically a Model 30 with a full length tubular magazine. It was originally marketed under the 'Glenfield' brand name, but the Glenfield line was dropped in later years, and the Marlin name was used. The Model 30A came in both a straight-stock, and pistol-grip stock versions. All were chambered for the Winchester 30-30 cartridge.

In all, around 300,000 Model 30As were produced before being replaced by the Model 30AS in 1983, and the Model 336, which is still being produced. The Model 30AS is identicle to the Model 30A, except that it has a cross-bolt safety.

The Marlin Model 30A is almost identicle to the current Marlin Model 336, the differences being cosmetic, such as no checkering on the stock. Both are side-ejecting.

Skeet is one of my very favorite shooting sports. It's a fun and challenging way to hone your shotgun skills and you don't actually have to kill anything even as the sport mimics the kinds of gun movement and eye tracking skills you'd use if you were actually out hunting. Skeet shooting develops your physical and hand-eye coordination skills and requires sharp eyes, quick judgment and outstanding gun control skills.

The way the game works is that there are two points from which clay targets are launched. One is elevated about 10 feet off the ground and is called the "high house", the other launches at about table level and is called the "low house". Shooters stand at positions along an arc: the idea being that they need to develop skills handling targets coming from different points flying along different trajectories. Targets are launched when the shooter calls for them, though in the Olympics, the pull can be delayed and the shooter has to start with the gun held down, while in American......

The Los Angeles Clippers, they need to do a whole lot better this year. They added Baron Davis to the roster, but gave up Elton Brand to Philadelphia. Wow!! That shocked me the most. Then, Cory Magettee signs with the defending champs, Boston Celtics. Now, the two teammates that were with the organization for a long time, have departured. Now, B-Diddy from the Golden State Warriors will be the starting point guard for the Clippers. As you know, he was the starting guard for the UCLA Bruins back in the late 1990's. So, now he is back home in Los Angeles, where he always wanted to play. Now, the Clippers can get better and battle the defending Western Conference Champs, Los Angeles Lakers, all they can handle. Even though, the Lakers are the best team in the Western Conference right now, no team unless its either San Antonio, Phoenix, and uprising New Orleans can give it to them. The Clippers on the other hand, just have to get better for the upcoming season.

It's not unusual for me to go walking in the evening, especially when the dog needs to ''go outside''. One thing I'm always concerned about while walking after dark or in poor visibility weather is if cars, motorcycles, and bicycles can see me. One thing that helps is wearing reflective bands.

The Nathan Reflex Slap Bands is something I have started wearing when walking outdoors at night. They are sold in a package of two and can be worn on your wrist or ankles.

These reflective bands have a yellowish tint and light up brightly when struck by lights. According to the manufacturer the reflective material can be seen up to 400 feet away. This should catch the eye of motorists and help avoid an accident.

The Nathan Reflex Slap Bands are a full foot long but curled up in a circle. You just unfurl it and slap it around your wrist or ankle or even attached to a backpack. One drawback is that these reflective bands cannot be adjusted to make is looser (they fit snuggly). At least...

I think this guy could turn into a solid quarterback in the NFL and he should be one of the front runners this year for the heisman trophy.
