CrystaBush says "Playing Volleyball Doesn't Have To Hurt Or Bruise!" about Tachikara SV12R "Super-Soft" Indoor/Outdoor Volleyball

Tachikara "Super-Soft" SV12R — Indoor/Outdoor Volleyball This regulation size Volleyball is a must have for Volleyball players! Although it's not allowed to use in games, it is perfect for a friendly game amongst friends and family. It's "super-soft" feel won't hurt arms and even the small family members can bump it over the net without hurting their little arms. — My family plays volleyball all summer long and were getting a lot of bruising from bumping the regular volleyball and it was hard for the young children to play with us. My friend found this ball at a Dicks Sporting Goods and brought along one weekend and it was the perfect solution to our problems. — The kids can play, my 4 year old can get it over the net, and Mom isn't left with bruises down her arms! — These balls aren't allowed in real games. At least not where I play but they are perfect for family fun games! —...

I have been playing with this brand of volleyball for seven years. As long as people do not kick the ball it will last for about four plus years. The bladder of the ball can get weak after someone kicks it like a soccer ball. It is padded nicely. This makes it less abrasive on your arms. It is an A++...

Nicole says "The softest volleyball I've ever had the pleasure of spiking!" about Tachikara SV-5WS Composite Indoor Volleyball

The Case — I played volleyball all through high school, and I remember vividly that when we'd have away games, there were times that the other teams' volleyballs would be so terrible that we'd try to avoid spiking and serving during warm-ups! There's nothing worse than an unyielding volleyball. If you play, you accept that your hands and wrists will start to smart from the repeated smacks, but an inflexible ball makes that pain ten times more intense. I was always relieved when we had our home games, because I knew that at home, we'd only be using Tachikara. — The Good — Tachikara volleyballs are sooo soft! They've got great padding across every inch of the ball, and unlike some brands, it doesn't affect the bounce. You still get a crisp pop of the ball off your bump or serve, but you barely feel it. And as a hitter, it's definitely a plus! Also, the grip is wonderful. I can't tell you how many times I've seen...
