DigitalDuffer says "Add some launch and distance to your fairway woods!" about Cleveland Cleveland Launcher 15 degree Fairway Wood

I spent months looking for a new 3 wood. In fact i think I drove the guys at Golf Galaxy a little crazy about it. Everday, I was in he cage tryng new and used 3 woods. Finally, I narrowed it down to a Callaway and a number of 3 woods by Cleveland. I absolutely loved the stiff shaft (something you definately need if you have a fast swing speed-like me) and the launch angle I was getting from the 13 degree club, but was also hitting the 15 degree in a regular shaft and a stiff shaft fairly well. Eventually, my favorite salesman convinced me that once I got the club in real conditions, I'd be topping the ball and yanking it all over the place. I wasn't sure, but trusted him and finally settled on the 15 degree stiff. First time out i absolutely hated the club, came over the top each time and punched it down the fairway 50 feet (not the 240 I was getting in the cage). I worked at the range and still was topping it more an more. Then suddenly, after a month of work, I said to...
...

tk2427 says "Great club with price points for all" about TaylorMade TaylorMade Burner

The Taylormade Burner series of drivers has something for everyone. Price and options for the novice to course pro.

I have the Taylormade Tour Burner TP and love it. I have been using the driver for about a year and love the look a feel when I play. I don't get out to play much but have been trying to improve my swing and accuracy. Upgrading to this 450cc has helped both my mental and physical game.

Owning a quality name brand club has helped my mental game. The new style driver with the large head will give you confidence.

Working with the club and having to adjust stance, swing, and grip after upgrading from persimmon head woods has forced me to take a good look at my swing and work to improve.

I am so impressed with the driver I am looking to upgrade my other clubs and seriously considering other clubs in the Burner line.
...

Have you ever had to walk around to the other side of your golf bag to get to a club? Ever listen to your clubs rattle around on the back of a golf cart? The Bag Boy Revolver Pro solves all of those issues. My clubs slide into seperator holes and lock in so they don't rattle around. I can easily access any club simply by rotating the top of the bag which makes getting to my clubs fast. THis bag also features 8 pockets. (A personal dry pocket for wallet etc... 4 oversize pockets, A cooler, and 3 additional pockets for misc. storage) It comes in a few different colors and is easy to travel with.
...

jchriswright2 says "Customer satisfaction not a priority" about Golf Buddy Golf Buddy Plus GPS

My overall rating of the Golf Buddy Plus is poor. They advertise it as being durable. The definition of durable is "lasting for a long time". I bought my GPS on July 30th, 2009 and it lasted until September 18th, 2009. The first thing that went wrong was the plastic cover for the UBS port. It fell off and was lost. I accidently dropped the unit on my foot and then it slid to the ground. The "Mark" button broke. I called Golf Buddy and explained and they asked me to send it back for repair. I received a call from Jason who explained that they do not carry that part any longer and could not fix it. They gave me two options. They could send the unit back to me as is (Broken) or I could pay an additional $100 plus shipping and get a new Golf Buddy Plus. Somehow this doesn't seem fair. I feel the right thing to do is replace it at no cost and revoke the warranty on the new one. They do not back their product what so ever. I handled this unit very carefully except for this unfortunate accident....
...

I went golfing about two weeks ago with some friends. I forgot on my way to the course that I had know more golf balls. Usually I buy the same standered golf balls. That would be Pro-V One's. I have been a fan of this golf balls for a very long time.People try to get me to try new one's, but I am just stuck in my ways. Anyhow we get to the course that is in the middle of nowhere and I decide to purchuse my Pro-V's at the pro shop. When I get in there I realize I had left my bank card with my wife. O shot, know what am I going to do. It's already tee time. So my buddy gives a box of his Nike One Platinum golf balls. I am so sure that my game will be at fault for this, but o'well I will give it a shot. Next thing I know I am having the best game I have had in many years. I had to admit to my buddy who is always teasing me about not trying diffrent golf balls, that these New Nike One Platinum golf balls are great. So know I belive I am going to have to switch after all these years because...
...

This FT-9 Tour Driver is a great club and its better than most of the drivers on the market. Its very straight, consistant and very long. This club will help the low handicapper golfer out. It has me winning tourneys and I am more confident off the tee than I ever have in my life. The feel and the look of the club is great. I recently had the FT-5 Tour driver and the feel was horrible couldn't wait to get rid of this club. Ever since I got this new driver I have been outdriving almost every golfer I have played with. This club is outstanding and I would reccomend this club to anyone who has played callaway. This is the best they have ever made and this driver hits the ball much farther than all the other drivers including taylormade. So if you are out and need a driver get this one the price is kinda high but you get what you pay for. Highly reccomended for people who struggle off the tee. Great club nice sound and feel
...

I have been playing golf for my entire life now, and have just recently been getting good. I have started playing the titleist Pro V1 golf ball and it is by far the best ball that I have ever played. It has such a soft cover, so it gives you tremendous feel around and on the greens. The core is solid enough to give you great distance, but soft enough to give you tremendous spin and very soft landing shots on the greens. The cover is tough enough that it does not get cut very easily. It is the best ball ever.
...

These Callaway Tour Irons are absolutely great and solid. I have never hit irons as far as I hit these irons. These irons I would reccomend for the golfer who plays a good bit and is a low handicapper. They are not forgiving at all but they are solid as hell. You have to be a good golfer to use these but when you get use to these bad boys you will be a consistant golfer. These irons are very expensive but they will help your golf game out if you are a good iron player. I never ever liked Callaway irons because of how big the top of them are but on these ones its more thin. These irons are a little longer than my king cobra tour irons but they are much prettier looking and hit the ball a consistant distance for me. These irons are forged and have the project X shafts which I like alot. These shafts hit the ball higher which makes them hit a perfect hight. I have never had irons that looked this nice and hit the ball where I want it to go. Would definitely reccomend...
...

This FT-9 Tour Neutral Driver is 9.5 degrees in loft and it replaced my FT-5 Tour Driver. This club is the easiest to hit straight and farther than ever. I have never seen a club that the ball has shot off this club like you need no effort to hit. This club is great for low handicappers but if your a high handicapper I would reccomend the FT-9 regular driver. This club was expensive but had a nice offer with two fairway woods for $1 each for buying this driver. I am so surprised how far this club hits the ball. This club is a nice looking club and is made for anyone who likes feel and control. This club can be purchased with a combination of shafts and other stufff. I just went with the stiff shaft the fujikura Pro-Com 65 and It's been great for me. Thanks callaway I have never hit the ball as straight and as far as I do now. This club is amazing and you guys are on top and have me where I would purchase a driver next year also.
...

ThreexDad37 says "Victory Red. Is it in you?" about Nike Victory Red Staff Bag

I absolutely love this Victory Red Staff Bag by Nike. It is lightweight with enough room to carry all your golfing essentials. It features 7 pockets, including two for valuables, a removable panel for personalization (which I fully intend to do), a heavy duty padded shoulder strap, beautiful black leather, with silver and Victory Red trim. The latches are very heavy duty and durable, with a polished chrome finish. The zippers are all heavy duty zippers and zipper pulls.

The side pockets are a little harder to get your hand into. They are expandable so I'm sure with more use it will become easier to get in and out of those pockets. The three front pockets are all very spacious and easily accessible. The bottom pocket is deep enough to hold your bottles of water, food, or dozens of loose golf balls. The middle pocket is deep enough as well for bottles of water, a few sleeves of golf balls, or even a few dozen loose balls. The front pocket is basically deep enough for gloves, tees, or smaller...
...

I absolutely love this Nike SQ Sumo 460 driver. From the minute I took the first swing with this club I saw longer drives. Straighter drives came after lessons. This club has a nice sweet spot and when you hit that spot you'll definitely be able to tell the difference. It makes a very distinct sound when you catch it clean. I have hit drives of 335, 340, 344 yards with this club. It brought a new level of confidence to my driving game. The shaft comes in regular, stiff, extra-stiff, senior, and ladies flex and can be upgraded if you don't like the stock yellow and gray mitsubishi diamana. The grip isn't too bad. It did wear a little faster than I would have thought. But overall it's holdin gup okay. I can't seem to work the ball too much with this club (and I heard before I bought it that it was hard to work shots with). Then again, working the ball with a driver isn't really something I have wanted to do as part of my golf game. If you need confidence in a club try this one. I paid $89......

I bought these($12.95 per box) to replace the spikes in my Nike Air Zoom Elite golf shoes. These spikes are very hard to replace in the shoes. They come with an extremely cheap wrench that bends easily when turning the spike. The wrench also tends to slip out of the holes and can damage the spike itself. The package comes with enough spikes to replace the spikes on both shoes and I still had a four extras. They held up very nicely today on the course. I could feel the difference in grip with the new spikes in. I would say unless you just have no other choice, buy the spikes that screw into the shoe. These will frustrate you easily just as they did me!...

I have two of these gloves. One black and one white. They both feel very soft on the hands and are sustain great grip on the club. The white glove is definitely the softer of the two and the more durable one. I have actually worn a hole in the thumb and palm of the black glove. If you like Nike products (as I do) then definitely try these out....

ThreexDad37 says "Play it if you dare!-updated" about Nike One Platinum

I have only played this ball once. I bought a dozen after I won a local putting contest. This ball is really soft off the club face and is super long. But to be honest I had trouble keeping this ball on the course. I liked the Nike One Black better but then again as I said I've only played this ball once. I'll try it out more and update this review.

I can tell you that this ball is perfect for autographs. I have one autographed by Anthony Kim and one autographed by Carl Pettersson

UPDATE:

I played the Nike One Platinum exclusively today and I have to say my opinion of it has changed. I had no problem at all keeping this ball in play (I did lose onen because I jerked it way left). Some of the best shots I have hit in a few weeks. This ball feels extremely soft off the club face. The only drawback is that it doesn't get much roll from what I could tell. Around the greens this is the ball to have. It checks up nicely on pitch shots. It turned out to be a joy playing this ball!!
...

ThreexDad37 says "The most comfortable golf shoes" about Nike Air Zoom Elite

These are the most comfortable shoes to play golf in. I regularly walk the 9 hole course near my home and I never have a problem with comfort in these shoes. The air cushion sole is easy on the heels and they feel padded from heel to toe. I have the black and silver pair and they are definitely easy on the eyes as well. The other colors aren't too bad either. They come in white on white, white and black, and a brown, red and white combo. Need a great shoe? Grab a pair of these....

ThreexDad37 says "Definitely a long ball" about Nike One Black

After several tests with different golf balls I came to the Nike One Black. I gained more distance than ever and more control than I could have dreamed of. The ball really flies off the tee. I hit my first 300 (335 exactly) yard drive with this ball! I was amazed at how the technology of this plays to the players advantage. I played an entire tournament round at Grand Cypress Resort with this ball and hit 11 out of 18 fairways and 2 out of 4 par three greens in regulation! The best performing ball I have every played!...

ThreexDad37 says "Versatility of an iron, distance of a wood." about Nike Slingshot Hybrid

I bought the Nike Slingshot 2 hybrid off ebay for $20 and the 3 hybrid from the PGA Tour Superstore for $67 and I have been pleased with both every since. These clubs have the versatility of an iron and the distance of a fairway wood. They will get you out of deep rough with no problem and at the same time they are great off the tee or fairway! This hybrid series will not disappoint....

ThreexDad37 says "confidence boosting putter." about Nike OZ T-100

I picked this putter up off of ebay for $40.00 and I can say that I was impressed the minute I saw it. It has a nice see through Nike grip. It does get a little slippery in the summer months when you tend to perspire more. I dropped more putts with this putter the first time I took it out on the course than any putter I've touched. It's easy to line up. There is a 100g weight on the back to keep your swing nice and smooth. You'll love this putter!
...

ThreexDad37 says "One of the best clubs to improve your game." about Nike Slingshot 4D Irons

These are the best clubs you can play to improve your game. They are very forgiving, and fairly easy to swing. You'll love the ball fight these clubs will provide. They will definitely give you a boost of confidence! They are easy going on the eyes as well. The cavity back design is an extra boost to get your shots to fly higher and land softer....
