Even the kids in my class can move this bag when they kick it. The base is not strong enough for a man to kick at all. I am a woman and when I kick the Wavemaster I can feel the core of the bag. The padding is not enough. One of the men in class cracked the base the first night we used it. Unless you are not going to be hitting the bag with any force I would not recommend it. A hanging bag is still better and more durable. If you have anywhere to hang a bag at home I would suggest doing so instead of buying a freestanding...
