The Air Climber Deluxe isn't terrible but it's a tad on the loud side. It got my heart rate up, made me sweat, and wow could I feel it in my legs! The more I used it the more definition I got but it mainly came in my calves and not as much in my thighs as I would have liked. All in all going up and down stairs would do the same but with this I can watch t.v. at the same time. It sounds lazy but if I watched tv I actually excersised longer.
...

shiloefarm says "Back taxing imbalance." about As Seen On TV AirClimber Deluxe System

I bought one of these airclimbers and was eager to use it, especially during the winter months when we are limited to the amount of outdoor walking we can accomplish in sub-zero temperatures. However, after only few days of using the equipment, I noticed that I was beginning to develop lower back pains. Despite being cognisant and cautious about my posture and body mechanics while using this exercise equipment, I still find that it is causing stress upon my lower back because of how one has to maintain balance without hand holds....

KIWIDABABYGENIUS says "MY 54 YR OLD MOM LOOOOVES IT!!!!!!" about As Seen On TV AirClimber Deluxe System

My mom recently purchased one of these and she loves it! Everytime I come home she is on that thing. She does it for hours while she watches television. It works all of her muscle groups and it is not too strenuous for her bad knees. I want to try it out, but she is ALWAYS on it. It comes with cookbooks and other things to help you begin a weight management plan. She had just purchased another product that I won't name, it arrived weeks before, now it just sits there collecting dust. She looks like she is more toned to me and she definitely has more energy. She says that working out forces her to eat better because she can't do all that working out and then eat all that bad stuff.
...

Quick View: I need another exercise "gadget" like I need another pair of shoes but here I am reviewing another new gadget. This time, though, this one is really worth the money. It works well and gives me a great cardio work out without a lot of impact on my knees, which is always a concern.

About As Seen on TV AirClimber Deluxe System

The AirClimber is a stepper. It is constructed of all plastic and is light - about 13 pounds. The stepper is different because it uses air to cushion your steps and simulates climbing rather than just walking on a flat surface. The climber has two large foot beds and will hold people up to 300 pounds. It comes with an elastic band/tube with handles that attaches under the climber and you can use to do all sorts of upper body work while stepping. There is a resistance dial that you can turn up or down. Turning it down makes the stepping easy while turning the resistance up makes it a real challenge to step and builds muscles as well as gives a cardio workout.......

catoblue says "Easy to Use, But Not For Everyone" about Tony Little Rock 'n' Roll Stepper

I bought this stepper because it looked like fun and seemed to be something an older woman with arthritis could do. Well, it was fun. I could use it for a good ten minutes at a time. However, my arthritic ankles and feet could not handle this for longer periods of time, which are really what is needed for good calorie burn and muscle strenghthening....
