Great equipment and easy to use, but think there are some out there that are just as good with a lower price tag. If you are willing to pay the price, than you are getting a great piece of equipment, but if you can't afford it, do some research and I'm sure you will find a great machine with similar features that will do just...

JovialCougar says "Finally, a recumbent exercise bike that I like" about Vision Fitness R2700HRTExercise Bike

Recumbent exercise bikes are supposed to be more comfortable to ride than upright exercise bikes. They provide back support while your legs are extended forward to do the pedaling. Also they are built lower to the ground so are easier to get on and get off. Despite those advantages I often had trouble finding a recumbent exercise bike that was comfortable, until I started using the Vision Fitness Recumbent Exercise Bike Model R2700HRT. This exercise bike truly is comfortable to ride, and does not have some of the shortcomings I have experienced in other models. — First off I like the Vision Fitness Recumbent Exercise Bike Model R2700HRT because the seatback is firmly padded yet comfortable. I get good, solid back support, but it's not stiff like a board. The seat's position is easily adjusted on a sliding track to get the proper distance from the pedals. Also, the seat does not shake hardly at all when pedaling. On many recumbent exercise bikes I have ridden,...

Jo says "The Push Up Pro is a Con" about Jack Zatorski's Push Up Pro

To the PointI bought Jack Zatorski's Push Up Pro for my husband for Father's Day. I thought it might be fun for him on days he can't go to the gym. Push ups are challenging (to say the least) for me but I thought of myself as well! When I asked him how much he would pay for the Push Up Pro he said $12.00. In fact I paid $20.00 in a drugstore, which isn't a lot of money but I am not recommending these rotating push up grips. — A Closer View — The Push Up Pro is said to work more muscles and reduce strain on the joints. As a retired personal trainer and one who takes classes it's common practice to use weights if you have problems with your wrists. I hold onto the weights which cushion my wrists and take pressure off of them when I do push ups. Jack Zatorski decided that making these plastic 7 1/4 inch in diameter Grips rotate not only to relieve the strain but because they rotate work more muscle groups according to the booklet. — — My Experience — I...

I am a firm believer in walking at least an hour a day (OK- less if I absolutely don't have time, but the incline is UP for the whole walk then!) My Proform worked wonderful for the first few months, but then I noticed an issue with the motor suddenly switching from smooth to sluggish and jerking back and forth from there to fast and slow again. If I kept the speed down- at around 4 mph- then it would usually come out of it, but if I tried to speed up past that, it would start again. Then this past winter my power incline just gave out! It would drop me instead of lifting as it usually did. Granted I weigh 150 lbs, but that shouldn't be a strain for this machine! One time I raised it before getting on the treadmill and it "overextended" and then wouldn't come back down. Thankfully my husband is very gifted in the repair department and was able to fix the problem- in fact he made it better than the original since he put a stop on it that...

Quick View: Hooping is back! But this isn't your kid's hula hoop! These weighted, thickly padded hoops present areal challenge, not so much in actually keeping the hoop in motion, but in breathing and hooping at the same time. This is a REAL workout and anyone who scoffs at it should try it before they snicker! — — About the Sports-Hoop Acu Hoop - 3 lb. weight — — These hoops come in different weights and sizes. I chose mine based on my weight, height, and the fact that I wanted a faster paced workout rather than a slower one. That is why I bought the three pound weighted hoop. — — This hoop comes in multicolored pieces which snap together to make one big padded hoop. REALLY big. I didn't realize how big the hoop was going to be. I have to hoop in the yard! — — Once you assemble it, it can always be taken apart for storage or travel. Although the whole hoop only weighs 3.3 pounds, when you have that thing busting against your ribs,...

I Have used this treadmill and really like it. I am a daily walker, and run three to four times a week.

The quality of exercise bikes sure does vary a lot. Some are sturdily built, have good features, and are comfortable to use. Others are kind of junky and make you want to flee the exercise room for a big bowl of ice cream! Fortunately the Vision Fitness exercise bikes in the workout room of my apartment complex are all on the good side. — I most often use the Vision Fitness upright exercise bike model E3700HRT. This exercise bike has a variety of programming features which allow you to easily vary your workout and keep track (if you want to) statistics related to your routine. The continual-feedback console clearly labels several steps needed to program the machine, such as: Choosing the type of workout you want, level of difficulty, your weight, and length of exercise time. — The type of workout chosen will vary the machines mechanisms. For example, if you chose a 'Hill' workout (which I like the best) the difficulty of pedaling will vary up and down, as if you were...
