Sun, 29 Jun 2008 01:58:42 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/GoTo-Meeting-review-8ee00 LisaCarey 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/GoTo-Meeting-review-4012 <p> </p><p>I have used GoTo Meeting for the last year or so and I have been very pleased with it.  For those of you who do not know, GoTo Meeting allows a presenter to display the contents of his/her screen to other people.  All that is required is that the audience install a small Java plug in that takes only a few minutes.   </p><p><br/>The service is only $49 a month.  It has allowed me to present powerpoint presentations and do demos our our web site to prospetive partners and customers.  There are other services such as WebEx, Live Meeting and Zoho presenter.  I have been on the receiving end of those web conferencing solutions and don't find them as elegant or light weight as GoTo Meeting. </p><p>It is possible to host an immediate meeting on the spur of the moment or schedule one and have a Outlook schedule request sent out.  Currently they do not have it working with Outlook 2007 which is a negative, but I suspect they will get it working soon. </p>...
