LoveisJoy says "This Office-in-a-Box is a Keeper" about Eldon File Keeper Box Office

For less than $20, I purchased the Eldon File Keeper Box Office to organize my home office paperwork. I discovered that by downsizing and rearranging my home files, I could eliminate my bulky, utilitarian file cabinet and replace it with a compact plastic unit that tucks neatly under my desk.
The Eldon File Keeper is literally like having an office in a box. The top is made of a sturdy, molded plastic material and doubles as a see through storage tray. I keep paper clips, rubber bands, pens, an eraser, and a small pack of post it notes tucked neatly in the compartments. The lid can either be taken completely off of the base, or left in place and snapped tightly shut for those time you want to carry it by the attached handle.

The main portion of the unit houses letter size hanging file folders. Because the box is made of plastic, there are no metal brackets to warp or bend. All of my hanging folders fit perfectly into the molded grooves, and I simply organize and label them...
...

Needing to get more organized in my office, I went to Office Depot to purchase a few stacking trays in order to keep my paperwork more available and controlled. The main goal was to have something that could serve as an in-box, out-box, and additional storage for other files I was working on, or had just been finished. What I ended up purchasing was the product depicted in the photograph, a set of 6 side-load stacking trays meant to stack on your desk.

All of the trays were packed into one box, and additionally easy to set up right after being opened. Each one is black, and has space to hold about 500 sheets of paper snuggly. The trays connect to each other using slots grooved into the right, left, and back sides of the tray. Paper is placed in the tray either through the front, or if it is a tray on top of the stack, you can just set it right in there. It seems like the easiest product in the world to use, and I didn't think I would come across any problems. I was wrong.

When...
...
