I ordered from Bloomex for my mother who was recovering from breast cancer. It was December so I ordered her a Large Poinsettia basket. The basket arrived but it was tiny and without the poinsettia.

I sent my complaint and the photo of the substandard basket to bloomex and got no response.

I sent a second email. No response.

Then I Googled the company and see that they had been given an F by the BBB of Canada. My fault, I should have researched them first.

Maybe they are fine if nothing goes wrong but with a bunch of other companies to choose from I will NEVER be foolish and use this unprofessional company again!

Val's Flower shop in downtown Easley, SC provides beautiful flower arrangements for every budget. I believe that it has just moved to a newer location in the Doodle Station near main street. I have recieved flowers from Val's on several occasions and they have always been beautiful and lasted several days. I would definately encourage residents of Easley to consider Val's for their floral arrangement needs. I have always been pleased with the orders I have received. For Valentines Day last year, I recieved a beautiful bouquet of long stem red roses that lasted for over a week. It was nice to have a beautiful bouquet that did not wilt one day after purchasing. And for my birthday, I recieved a bouquet of giant stargazers lilies that were larger than I had ever seen. Val's Flower shop appears to take pride in their products and makes sure that their customers are pleased with their bouquets. I hope to recieve many more bouquets from Val's in the future! They always have the prettiest flowers...

What a scam!

Bloomex failed to even attempt a delivery (this is after I confirmed with an agent that the order was complete and possible. I also received an automatic confirmation that the arrangement was OK and scheduled).

Two days later, Bloomex stated it wasn't delivered and that they would have to cancel and charge a $10 cancellation fee! (It was explained to me that the cancellation fee was normally much more, and they were charging me just $10 as an act of kindness).

As that was clearly unacceptable, I asked them to instead try delivery again, and an order did arrive, one week later, incomplete. No balloons, totally different flower arrangement, and a substituted vase. Stay away!

On April 25th I ordered a gift basket from BLOOMEX to be delivered to cousins whose mom had just passed away. I asked the agent where they were located in Ontario and she assured me it was in Beamsville where the basket was to be delivered. I realized I was too late for same day delivery but was guaranteed the gift would be delivered on Monday the 27th of April. I received emails confirming my order etc. Monday around noon I received an email stating the status of the order had changed and would not be delivered until Tuesday. Totally unacceptable. I called customer service several times and could only speak to a plastic box but eventually I did leave a message requesting they phone me back, as they said they would do. No call came. I finally emailed back and said we might have to consider cancelling the order and ordering elsewhere and would they please advise as to what was happening. Still no response until later in the afternoon another email which led me to think...

I ordered a gift basket for my sister in law and brother for the birth of their daughter. I decided to go with Bloomex in Calgary as their prices were really decent, and they could deliver it next day. I ordered the chocolates lovers- her favourite now that she had given birth she could eat again. I got email notifications of the updates with my order. Within an hour of placing my order, a customer service rep called and said they were sold out of chocolate crackers/cookies, and asked to substitute with a large box of truffles. I agreed. Although I didn't see the basket, I received great reviews about it.

I ordered a classic fruit basket for a friend who was just diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer, and she did not receive the bouquet of flowers that was supposed to be in the basket, as my sister was there to see basket when it arrived. I called customer service, and she said I had to get my friend to take a picture of the basket to prove that the flowers were missing. I 'm sorry I am not about to ask her to do that in such a fragile time of her life! The customer service agent told me she was the manager, and they stand 100% behind their policy and that anyone could call in and say they were missing something from their basket... I will never order from Bloomex again- I'm completely disgusted in this moment!...

My husband and I moved from Aurora Illinois five years ago,leaving behind loved ones who still deserve to be pampered and spoiled once in awhile....Schaefer's has been able to fill in for us when we can't make the trip,I know I can depend on them to furnish the finest,freshest flowers available,in addition to the fast ,friendly service!

My girlfriends and I used to love going to Schaefer's just about this time of year,when you are ready to pack up the boots,hats and gloves and smell the fresh earth and the bounty of flowers it has to offer.Schaefer's isn't just of Florest,they grow a vast majority of their working stock in huge green-houses on their property.It is a sweet escape from the chores of everday living,a fragrant interlude.Thank you Schaefer's for being there whenever I have needed you!!! I had a wonderful experience with Bloomex in Vancouver BC. I wanted to order flowers to be delivered to my elderly stepmom as a get well for her recent surgery. I found Bloomex.ca online, and their site was easy to navigate. I found the perfect bouquet of yellows and reds, very cheery. I placed my order in the morning and my stepmom called me in the evening to say the flowers had been delivered to the her at the retirement home. I was impressed with the fast and efficient service of Bloomex. I will recommend them to others, and continue to engage their services.

I found a coupon code for a 15% discount off Bloomex flowers from a member on viewpoints. I decided to order flowers and a gift basket for family in Edmonton, AB. When I checked out www.bloomex.ca I was amazed at their pricing- I got a huge bouquet of flowers, with a vase for $45. I also got a nice chocolate and cheese gift basket for $45. At check out, I saved another $8 from the coupon code. My entire order was under $90 ..and NO handling charge. I was told the flowers were beautiful, but the favourite was the gift basket...the truffles won them over! ...

I placed an order for flowers through Bloomex Canada. The operator was great, she helped me pick out the perfect bouquet. When I asked if I could request specific colours, she told me I could, I was happy to hear this because my sister's favourite colors are orange and blue, so I only wanted orange and blue flowers. As the agent was placing my order, we were chit chatting, and I mentioned that I was a student finishing up my thesis. The agent mentioned they have special discounts for students. She entered the coupon code on the order and I got a rebate of my Bloomex flowers! (I don't know what it is but if you call their number, the agents know about it).

I didn't see the flowers, but my sister told me they were very grand! So I was very pleased that it could make her day brighter. : )

I ordered flowers from Bloomex in Kitchener, Ontario to be delivered to my aunt. She had just undergone surgery and was slowly recovering, and couldn't leave the house. I wanted to send her a cheer me up gift of colourful flowers. I decided to go through Bloomex.ca, and I am glad I did! The agent on the phone was patience and took the time to get my entire message on the card.

I received an email with the details of what I ordered and noticed that the girl spelled my aunt's name wrong (Chelsey with a "y" and not an "a" at the end). I called the customer service line, and they changed the spelling right away and sent me another email with the corrected version. I liked the updates via email. My aunt told me the flowers were absolutely stunning, and that they made her week...she looks at them and smiles now.

THANK YOU SO MUCH BLOOMEX FOR MAKING MY AUNT SMILE DURING A DIFFICULT TIME!!...

I ordered the Brighten Your Day bouquet from Bloomex Canada's website. I specifically chose it because it was a large bouquet and it supported the Cancer Society. My wife had gotten a promotion at work, and I wanted to let her know how proud I was of her, so I sent this bouquet to her work. My wife calls me to thank me, the flowers were truly beautiful, she said all the girls in her office were envious of her. I had found bloomex from another member on viewpoints, so I though I would give them a try, I looked up coupons also, and found a coupon for 10% off, by entering "deal" in the coupon field before checking out.

Overall, I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to friends also.

        Petal Pusher Florist in Green Bay, Wi is fabulous. The always have the most unique gifts and most spectacular arrangements.

       They did the flowers for my sisters wedding and the were awesome. The look and feel you got when you walked into the reception hall was great. Everyone was talking about the flowers all night long.

        Since then I always order my flowers from them. They are always fresh and always spectacular. Great staff and great customer service. A++

Just Flowers is a web site that invites people to order flowers online and gives them the temptation of a small discount. They advertise that they will deliver within 4 hours of your order. They do NOT tell you that they are on the West Coast and won't even read your order for 3 more hours (if you're on the East Coast). That was the first scam.

I paid $5.00 for them to deliver within 4 hours (the impression is that it's free). It wasn't.

Not only were my flowers to my sick son in Tampa not delivered on the day I had paid $5.00 extra to have them delivered, but they weren't delivered until Sunday night.

At that time, the lowers delivered were 'sparse and bedraggled' according to my daughter-in-law. The florist refused to deliver a replacement, as you told me they would, instead doing a delaying action calling repeatedly, wanting me to state 'specifically' what was wrong with the flowers. Finally, after he had been dismissed, still with no flowers, they left a hand-written note...

I ordered flowers online through bloomex to be delivered to my mother in Montreal. The site was easy to use, they had soooo much selection, I called an agent to place my order because I had a few questions. The girl was so pleasant and took the time to go through everything with me. I was really surprised about 2 things- the first is this company doesn't charge a "user fee" the way FTD and 1-800 flowers does, there is absolutely no $15 extra charge to use their services. I placed my order with the agent at 10am, and my flowers were delivered by 2pm that day! My mom cliams they are absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend them. Their prices are really good too.

I ordered the 12 Extra long stemmed red roses at www.bloomex.ca for $40.

After having dead flowers delivered by 1-800-flowers, I decided to call a local florist that my Mom said always had nice flowers. When I called, the young lady who answered the phone was so helpful. She answered all my questions and said she had the flowers I wanted in stock. I was not able to see the flowers as I live 1200 miles south of them. My Mom just loved the flowers and I will use Colonial Florist again and again. Mom said there were so many flowers she was thinking of putting them in another vase. Thank you Colonial for making Mothers Day a beautiful one for Mom....

We grew up in the small town of Tomah, WI and due to job transfers have moved about. Keeping in touch with our parents was important to us. One of the ways we did that was to periodically send them flowers so they knew we were thinking of them. J-J's played a big part in keeping us connected. Instead of using FTD we called personnally and ordered. We never had a delay in delivery and always heard that what we ordered was top quality. Now we have only an Aunt in Tomah but have continued to use J-J's to keep in touch with her. Their personal, professional service is much appreciated.

I got my mother a fabulous floral arrangement from Pennypack Flowers. She loved them. The flowers were fresh and bright and the arrangement was superb. The service is excellent and you cannot find any other florist with such reasonable prices. I highly recommend them....
