i purchased my gown in january and did so many changes to my gown i practicaly rebuilt the dress i decided on a private lable gown i ordered it with a bodice of one gown skirt of another neckline of another and a train of another it was a little bit of a stretch to imagine everything all put together but i guess i have a mind for design and making my gown just creates more excitement i cant wait...ill be the only one to have my gown...Thank you for working with me enzo im very particular and they catered to my every need!!

i went on my search for my gown about a year ago and finaly seeing the finished product was no dissapointment. i purchased my gown and began my wait...stressfull as the planning was it was well worth it. Im so thankful for the amazing experience that i had with enzo bridal and my girlfriend is getting married in 2011 i cant wait to take her shopping at enzo's they had amazing packages that i wish i couldve gone with but i had already booked with another photographer if i couldve backed out of my order i wouldve because their house photographer had some of the most amazing work ive ever seen.

i want everyone to know i had the most wonderful experience at enzo bridal. Almost everyone at my wedding asked me... where did you get that gown? They all absolutely loved it which made me feel wonderful!

Lets all agree, all brides realize that enzo has the biggest selection and best prices anywhere! I would know i received many nick names for my barging over the course of time i spent looking for my gown.

Further more i think that Bridezilla comments should be kept were they originated... with the Bridezilla!

Maybe these people dont want you to look the best that you can look! FOOD FOR THOUGHT!?!?!?!?

My family warned me about Enzo Bridal when i began to shop...mind you none of them even stepped foot beyond their doors..They said if you go there your looking to be misrable......Soo what i did being the kind of person i am i went their out of curiousity to see for myself what the fuss was about. Upon my entering Enzo's i was greeted by the manager she introduced herself and the girl that was to be helping me in my search for my gown. i thought okay so far... not too bad. then i began to look around and saw how large the selection of gowns was as a matter of fact they had the most gowns ive ever seen in one store. I was in shopping haven! Needless to say later that week i brought back my maid of honor and my mother and purchased a gown. They treated me the best out of all the bridal shops that i had visited and had the most to offer me as a new bride. i recieved countless discounts that in all paid for my gown and more i dont know how they do it but im more then willing to accept all...

My sister got married a while ago and I just walked in to the closest dress shop that I could find to get my dress altered: WORD TO THE WISE: don't, don't, don't do that- there is some sort of evil, trans-dimensional portal involved with weddings, so you should get good recommendations and possibly some holy water before giving your dress over to someone who obviously thinks you are an uncouth troglodyte who doesn't know when she's being messed with. All I needed was a one inch hem on the dress and for some reason this one inch took three months and when I went in to try it on the woman at the shop said "Oh, I decided not to hem the underskirt, I guess I'll have to keep it for another month so I can do that." After I explained that I had a wedding to go to in a week she very kindly said "That will be an extra rush fee, then." Huh. In the end I believe I was charged a dollar for each stitch of the hem and I still give the building a nasty look whenever I drive by.

I came into Enzo's looking to find the dress of my dreams and with out a doubt i found and purchased it. I experiance outstanding coustomer service and to be quite honest dont understand why people are trashing them. Enzo bridal went out of their way to make my day special for me with all the gifts i recieved it was like getting my gown for free. Especialy with the economy the way it is, they work with you inorder to help you afford the gown and services that you really want. If you treat people with respect they're bound to show you the same and girls just because your haveing a rough time dont take it out on the people trying to make your day the best it can be!

First of all, Let me just say.. all the reviews that are positive about this "shop" either just ordered thier dress and dont know the hell they are about to pay for it... OR are close family and friends of the awful, horrible people that work there. The dress selection is great... it is the possiblity that you might never get that dress that you love and ordered that is the issue. You have enough to worry about planning your wedding!!!! You dont need thoughtless, mean, unethical people not doing what you pay them to do! and then could care less when you are upset about it. I really wish my best friend would of looked at these reviews before she went there. These reviews are NOT over reacting. Horrible, horrible service. Could care less about the customer. Once they get your money they dont give you another second thought. It is 3 wks before the wedding and the bridesmaids dresses are lost and NOBODY seems to care. They keep giving us a nonchalant attitude! They were supposed...

Enzo's bridal is the worst store in Monmouth county. They are liars and cheats. I have contacted the better business on them and have also contacted the shame on you news program to do a story on their business. The executive producer from the show contacted me and we have been working on all the details to do the show and expose the FRAUD owner, steve. Everyone will soon see what horrible customer service you give and never return to your shop. In addition, I have contacted app.com about my experience there and I expect them to also run a story on what a poorly run business they have. The media is supportive of cracking down on people trying to ruin bride's dreams! KARMA IS A BITCH!

I went to Enzo Bridal store in Manalapan, NJ and found my dream gown. All of my dreams ended there. I went for my first fitting and my wedding gown was dirty, had a seam taken out of it and had beading falling off the gown. Plus, it was a size 8 and I am a size 12. They insisted the gown was shipped as new directly from the manufacturer.

Actually, they were trying to sell me the same gown I had tried on off the sales rack 4 months earlier. I asked for the shipping paperwork from the manufacturer which they could not produce. They told me they would fix the gown and it would be beautiful. The con artist owner, Steve, called me to pick up my gown and he said it was beautiful. I went in a week later and they still tried to sell me the same dirty gown off the sales rack. They had the nerve to tell me that I had gained weight and that is why it did not fit. I checked my file and the original shipping invoice to order my new wedding gown was never sent to the manufacturer. ...

I found that in the process of tring on more and more gowns that you just keep getting more and more confused. I was every where and no shop had a selection even half as large as Enzo's. i must have tried on over 100 dresses and ended up purchasing the first one i tried on at their salon. i couldnt have lucked out more. i got a great deal on my gown and flowers through them and now its up to my hubbie to be to work on the tuxedos he gets one for free and well the grooms men aren't complaining about thier cost either. im extatic to do all my buisness with enzos. My girlfriend reccomended them and im so glad i listened!...

I purchased my gown at Enzo's last year it was a long time coming with the planing of my wedding and by the time i had relized the jitters had set in. Enzo Bridal brought many stunning gowns to my attention and i had never thought that on my first trip out i would have stumbled upon my gown. Its a week since my wedding now and i have to say everyting went so fantasticly smooth. Everyone in my wedding mentioned how fantastic my gown looked on it was so affordable and i couldnt say how happy i was was with my experiance at Enzo's and would recomend them to anyone looking for quality service....

We walked in early to our appointment to look for bridesmaid dresses. I had 6 of my 8 bridesmaids with me. They had a very large selection! They were really nice and 3 of the people working asked if they could help with anything. The person assigned to us did her best to help find dresses that suited our interest. The only issue I had was at the end when we were getting ready to leave, I asked for a list of style numbers and designers of the dresses we liked so when we came back we knew exactly which dresses those were and when I got home to find pictures on the Internet to show my fiance to get his opinion none of the designer style numbers matched. I had to go through all the sites and find the dresses myself. So I was a little frustrated.

Enzo Bridal was my first and only shop that i went to. Im so glad i gave them a shot. It was early Saturday and i was driving to work when i spotted them on Rout nine i was so exited to check out what they had to offer. Everything from their outstanding window display to their selection did not disappoint. Upon my arrival i was informed that their were over 1000 wedding gowns for my shopping pleasure. I was ecstatic to say the least.

They have great pricing here i thought to get what i wanted i was going to have to spend a fortune. Later that evening i left with the gown of my dreams. Who wouldve thought. The dress is stunning its by allure style 8513 and it was only 795 that gown is stunning and so appropriate for my beach wedding. Im not getting married until August of 2110 but i cant even begin to describe how great it feels to have found my dream gown.

I hope everyone is as luck as me. I highly recommend stopping in at Enzo's the staff was friendly and very helpful i couldnt...

My daughter MADE AN APPOINTMENT before we came to the shop. They were packed. They were also undergoing painting or something and were trying to squeeze customers into tiny 'dressing rooms' normally used, I suspect, for alterations. The main bridal salon was closed. Everyone was in a front room along with the gowns.... no room to walk.

We were told 'just a minute' too many times to count... as the minutes for our 1 O'clock appointment ticked well past 1:45. We were told they had a large number of walk-ins and they never turn them away (so why, I wonder, do they even MAKE appointments).

When we FINALLY got an (apologetic) salesperson, she left after helping my daughter into two gowns... saying she would be back "IN A MINUTE". After waiting a VERY LONG time my daughter got dressed to leave. The salesperson shows up again apologizing for the wait and explaining she needed to get a deposit from an earlier sale. (this is a valid excuse?).

These were all very expensive gowns, and deserved a staff......

The owner of enzo bridal made a special call to accomadate me. Im getting married this week and he sold me a floor modle that he just got in now they are awaiting a new gown to replace it that will take about8 months.I was so thankful and my alterations are almost finished and they look fantastic. The sample that i purchased was a larger size about a 14 and im a size2. I dont think there is anyone out there that could do a more spectacular job in customer survice or in alterations.Enzo's if your reading this thank you so much you made my dreams a reality....

When i came to enzos i had no idea as to what i wanted. The staff worked with me and hand picked certain styles to my taste. I enjoyed my experiance fully and wouldnt changed it for anything. Whats even better is their expanding and will now be offering everything you could possibly need for the wedding if you need a specific item for your wedding inquire at enzo's if you cant purchase it through them you wont be able to purchase it anywhere. The discounts you will recieve for being a bride are spectacular and bring your cost of your gown down to practicaly nothing.I was treated like a princess and wouldnt have it any other way. Stop in and check it out for yourself if you dont belive me but i would recomend them to anyone who wants to be treated like a princess....

I hired Debi Lily and A Perfect Event for wedding consultant services for my wedding and found that soon after signing her contract and giving an extremely large deposit ($3,500), that her and her team were not easily accessible to answer questions and address concerns.

Their company made poor, obvious mistakes with our wedding details and I never felt as if they were on our side when negotiating with vendors, hotels and reception venues. They did not like when we were persistent with trying to get better deals on these.

Within a short period of time, we realized they were not the planners for us and had to cancel their services. Their company claims to have spent a total of 9 hours working on our account (which is not even possible) and refused to give us back any of our deposit stating it was non-refundable. The contract is not 100%,clear but states that if the contract is cancelled, you only pay for the hours worked at a rate of $175. 9 hours x $175 does not equal $3,500!! ......

I cannot believe the way the staff, including the manager treated me as a customer. They were not only rude, but they belittled me and made me feel like I was nothing. I am not a princess, nor do I think I am something special. But I was preparing for a very special day and I do not understand why they were so negative and cruel. I was promised a dress within 4 months and over 9 months I still did not have the dress OR A PHONE CALL. I would call repeatedly and they would laugh at me as if I was crazy for thinking I should have my dress. DO NOT GO HERE....I'm only trying to save you the stress and heartache that I had experienced....

I've been searching for a bridal shop that would accomidate me.Im a mother of the bride and have been looking for a gown for some time now. I just happened to come across Enzo Bridal one day on my way to the freehold mall and figured i should just go in to browse. The sales staff was so kind and helpful, I had every question answered. To top it off they event had someone to take care of my alterations on site. The alterations were outstanding and i reccomend them to anyone looking for great service.
