Just need to say that I have used Union Pet Resort long before it was Union Pet Resort and I can only say that these are the most caring and compassionate people and only care about taking the best care of everyones pets. I am sure that they have bad days and get busy and things get behind but don't we all. But I can only say to anyone who may be searching for a kennel or grooming service that of the several different management/owners that I have stayed through, this is truly the best. You should not believe everything you read and check them out for yourself. You won't be sorry....

We followed Dr. Sue Liszewski to her own clinic (TLC FIRST) from two others she's been at over the past years with through several pets. She now has her own first class, well designed facility, conveniently located (for us). What's really striking about her is the obvious care she puts into her work. She's an excellent diagnostician and surgeon, but she also gets down on the floor with her patients, talking to them, petting them, and making them feel more at ease during what is usually a streesful visit. Her own very friendly dog Zeke is frequently on hand to keep an eye on all activities in the clinic.

She also is in touch with the owner's viewpoint, and tailors her care to individual needs. The only downside so far with TLC First is that the (newly paved) parking lot is in the alley so you need to bring your pet around the block to the front (I'd recommend calling from a cel when you reach the lot to see if they can open the back door when necessary with very old or sick pets).

I have been taking my pets to Companion Animal Hospital for 8 years now. The entire staff is wonderful, and Dr. Story is the most kind, compassionate vet one could ever hope for. I recently had to go through having a cat hit by a car, and it did not end well. However, Dr. Story's caring and compassion helped me through the otherwise horrible experience. As sad as I am, I am able to look back and know that he did absolutely everything he could, and he gave me advice based on what he would do if that were his own pet. You can tell that he does this purely out of his love for animals, and not to get rich.

You can also get pet supplies there for a fraction of what you will find elsewhere. I just can't say enough about this vet. They have even helped me out with free advice on rescued wild animals like baby doves and bunny rabbits. I am truly grateful to have them!

I read the other review here before we chose Vet Express. It's very close to our home, so that is nice, but even if we lived much farther away, we'd still bring our animals to see Dr. Lisa Chambers. She and her staff are full of helpful information, patient, thorough, and were very kind to us and our cats! I feel very comfortable bringing our animals back as they need care in the future. We've really found a gem here in Locust Grove....

I called to get my dog's cherry eye fixed. The staff at Bartow Animal Care Hospital was very professional and thorough. Dr. Cash had extensive knowledge on how to perform surgery on my dog's eye. He didn't try to charge extra unnecessary fees that other clinics charge. He has performed two other surgeries - neutering and umbilical hernia and my precious dog is doing wonderful. Dr. Cash shows alot of patience and compassion when dealing with animals. I would recommend Dr. Cash to everyone who wants an experienced vet. I drive over 30 miles - one way - to see Dr. Cash because he is the BEST!!

This year seemed to be an unfortunate year for our animals, health wise. It seems like we've had to take our dogs to the vet this year way more often than years prior. Luckily, we have a fabulous vet clinic that I have got to rave about!

It starts on a sad note, when my dad's old Boxer needed put down because of internal bleeding. While Pete, the Boxer lasted 3 years longer than average, no dog lover wants to have to euthanise their dog. However, he was having multiple problems that were causing him pain and we didn't want him to be in pain any more. Not only did Dr. summers do what was necessary, he did it with such care for my father's emotional hurt. When all was said and done, we received cremated Pete in a beautiful cedar box with a death certificate and an added note signed by the entire staff at the Banning Veterinary Hospital sending my ad their condolenses. That was the most sweetest gesture we've ever received from any customer service anywhere!

Dr. Wayne, of Countryside Vets is simply the best - he tells you the real story, every time. I've brought all of my pets to him - several rabbits and our new shepherd pup - Dr. Wayne is truly conerned about each and every one of them. Our six month old puppy is at Dr. Wayne's right now, being spayed, before we leave NJ and move south - we just didn't want to take a chance with someone else.

I recently visited Canterbury and also had a great experience! the facility was so clean, the staff were very informative. Dr. Estra really took her time with my dog Rock. Rocky is a senior guy who had been very uncomfortable for a few weeks. Dr. Estra Created a Treatment plan and explained every step, I really felt like she cared about Rocky's specific needs. I am happy to report he is doing Great! thank you Dr. Estra!

This animal clinic has a large staff that is qualified and takes the time to explain everything. They offer late appointments and Saturdays. My Dachshund is very picky and they work very well with him. They have good prices and I have been satisfied with them.

Rudd Nelson is by far the best vet on the east side. My 8 year old bassett hound has been going to him since he was 8 weeks old and has been the ONLY person that I have ever trusted with him. Unlike other places my dog has been, I have never picked my baby up in worse condition than I dropped him off in when he has been entrusted to Rudd. He is ALWAYS available and now that we have added a rescue bassett to our family is even more reliable as the one who takes care of my babies when they need it. I cannot disagree more with anyone who thinks he is not accessable or does not have the pets best interest in mind when he walks through the door each day. Thanks for being the Best!...

We recently moved to Madison and chose Truesdell because of its location and Saturday hours. We have only been in one time (for one of our cats), but the experience was so great I wanted to add in a review. The vet tech took the time to talk to us about possible reasons for our cat's illness, documenting everything in a laptop right in the examination room. When the doctor came in, the vet tech went through the material with her, so she was immediately up to speed. Although this was not a speedy visit, the doc took the time to thoroughly examine our kitty, even turning out the lights to examine his eyes. They were able to immediately examine the "samples" we brought from home, and we left feeling great about the experience. We recieved a follow-up call the next business day (Monday) to see how our cat was doing and to see if we had any additional problems or questions.

The service we recieved at Truesdell was the most thorough I've seen in my 6 yrs and 4 states of pet ownership...

I am writing this review to help you save your animal from the hands of this vet. This so called veterinarian gave a sick animal a rabies shot. At the time I did not know that you were not to give a sick animal any vaccines. My cat had cancer. He gave her the shot and 3 days later she couldnt walk. She died a few days later. I was told by the animal control shelter he should not have given her the shot and that he should have known better as they excuse animals from rabies shot when they are sick. Oh I know you all thinking well she had cancer...but that is not what killed her. It was the shot. Also I want to warn you that this place is owned by Dwaine Smith. He is the office manager and he is always charging you extra on food. I dont know how many times I have caught him charging me the price on food. I have also been charged for services I did not recieve. He cant keep a vet there long. They quit after about a year or so. He has had so many different vets there you cant keep up. I finally...

Whiskers to Tails, in Pasadena, CA, is a great place to go for your cat's next check-up. The first place in town that I went to was horrible (I can't even remember the name of it), because my cat is a little feisty and the doctor acted offended by him. However, Dr. Iburg at Whiskers is great! Thomas, my cat, kept hissing at her and trying to bite or scratch because he was terrified, but she just smiled and said she was used to it....and that calmed me down as well!

The waiting room is adorable, because there are cats that live there that are just hanging around the room, sitting in the chairs and waiting to be petted. Its really cute and homey. Not too expensive either, which is nice. I will go here, and only here, anytime my kitty needs something from our favorite vet!

I used to take my pets to another vet but had problems with the vets. They would tell us we needed certain things done that were not needed and were costly. Vet care is always expensive as it is. When my cat Socks got very sick, I needed a good vet and one that understood cats. I had seen Cat Hospital of Tucson in passing several times. It was near my home. I called them and they gave me an immediate appt (as Socks was VERY sick).

Unfortunately my Socks died that day at the Hospital. It turned out he had severe lung disease. But the staff there was VERY supportive and caring. They did all they could to save him. I was grieving VERY badly and they allowed me to hold my cat after he died and comforted me.

The day after my loss the hospital called to ask me if I was doing ok after the loss of my cat. A week after my visit I got a letter in the mail from them sending condolences on my loss and suggesting places I could get grief counseling if I needed it. After that I...

I have recently been seeing Dr. Decort at Kingston Animal Hospital since being a client of the clinic since 1994. At first I was wary of seeing a new Dr. (he's only been there since April of '08), but was quickly allayed my worried. He spent more than the 15 minute appt. with me and my dog, and was so attentive and caring. I could tell that he was a very compassionate Dr. who was striving to find out what was wrong with my dog. It turns out she had Cushings Disease, and he as since treated and completly cured her. Dr. Decort is truly a blessing in this community!!!...

We had an appointment at Ardmore Vet Clinic based on the recommendation of a family who had adopted one of our rescues that we brought back from a facility in NJ. Since we had heard other good reports in the past, we decided to give them a shot. There are several panes of broken glass that need repair in the windows. The floors look as if they could use a great scrub down. Their waiting area is a decent size and that is a good thing for maneuvering with various pets around. The receptionist was competent but not outwardly friendly unlike the one who scheduled the appointment for us. When we were called back to the treatment/exam room, I was surprised that we were asked to relinquish our dog so he could go see the vet. We are used to vets coming to the exam room to see the animal. SInce our dog did go willingly with the tech, while I did not like hearing that we could not be present (how would we know what they did, if a doctor even saw our dog, or what we would be paying for), I did allow......

I bought my puppy from petland a year and a half ago and I loved the experience. I got a nice lady to help me out with buying it, and she helped me find all the supplies I needed to get my puppy. The puppy was a little bit pricey but with all the stuff it came with it was worth it. I got my puppy and took him to the free vet check they offered and it came out the the dog had a hernia, so i contacted petland that the dog needed surgery to get it fixed. The next day , they refunded me the money for all of the expenses of the surgery. Today i have a healthy Peke-a-poo that I love and pamper. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I first saw Dr. Nelson because my little princess Chloe, a 9 month old mini dobe, jack russel mix was showing signs of pregnancy. Fist off she was to young to be having children, she might die during pregnancy, and secondly the only daddy could have been her brother. Spaying a dog while she is already pregnant is a very risky procedure that no doctor wanted to take on. The clock was ticking and finally I was highly recommended to Dr. Nelson because he specializes in high risk procedures.

I expected the procedure would be pricey but Chloe was too young to be a mama and I wasn't ready to lose her or take on a litter of inbred dogs. He only charged me around $175 I believe for the procedure which anywhere else would have been upwards of $500.

A year later my indoor/outdoor handsome cat Moe was found by a neighbor of mine looking like he'd been hit by a car. He looked terrible, and had no strength what so ever. It was around 9 at night so I wasn't sure if Bayview Animal...

Although the prices at Best Friends Veterinary Center may be a tad bit higher than another clinic down the street, it is WELL WORTH IT. Not only is DVM- Nan Boss amazing so is the rest of her staff. They are all trained for a year's period on every thing regarding the veterinary feild. Dr. Boss is the owner of the clinic. She has a very high set of standards for preventive care and also diagnostic care. She offers oodles of handouts and information on conditions on your pets.....you will never leave there with any questions, but if you do the staff will be happy to take your call and help you out. Usually if it requires the vets attention they will call you back personally within that day. What a wonderful and caring place. I love Best Friends Veterinary Center!...
