I have been going to Pilgrim Park for years, the staff is very helpful and nice. I have a hard time believing in the princesses statement that she AND her family members were misdiagnosed - Multiple times.

From her points it sounds like SHE has the issues. I want a physicians office who will break legs at the insurance company to get paid you know why? Becuase if the insurance company won't pay then I have to.

The best thing about this place is that it functions as a walk in clinic, you don't get appointments at 11am and then wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room and then 30 more minutes in the exam room. IF you walk in and there are 10 people there, leave and come back later.

Dr. Grande is a real person, not some stiff, uptight, "Your lucky I am wasting my time on you" type of jerk that you see all too often. If you need attention you will get it here. The doctor will talk to you like you are a person.

They do multiple procedures right there in the office as well. ......

I always enjoy a visit to Dr. Hardy's office. His staff are professional and reliable. Although sometimes there is a wait because he is helping at a birth, they always try to accomodate your needs and give you the right information.

Dr. Hardy himself is one of my favorite doctors, and I've had a few! He's always happy, positive, and genuinely glad to see each of his patients. He is sensitive and kind when it comes to medical matters. He checked on my quite often (compared to other of my friends' doctors) while I was in labor and has a great, calm bedside manner.

When I was pregnant and had some possibility of complications, I was getting worried because some people kept telling me all the things that could go wrong. When I told him my concerns he jus smiled and told me that we would deal with them if they came, and that in the meantime there was no reason to worry about something that hadn't happened and that there was a very good possibility everything would go just fine. ...

I've been here 4-5 times to get moles removed for medical reasons. The staff is incredibly friendly, Dr. Gurney is exceptionally professional and has great "beside manners." I've recommended him to other family members and friends and everyone has been very pleased with the results. ...

Dr. John C. Kagan is a great choice.
I'm a tennis player (3-4 times a week). At the tender age of 47, I started having pain every time I played: my shoulder would kill me, and it began to hurt to hit a forehand shot. Then I noticed that it hurt to lift a heavy bath towel with my right arm, and simple movements were causing me anguish. Uh oh. I'd heard great things about Dr. Kagan and had interviewed him for an article I wrote on orthpedics. I really liked his down-to-earth nature. He is not one of those holier-than-thou doctors.

Great credentials
Dr. Kagan has been the orthopaedic physician for nearly all the major sports teams in town: The Minnesota Twins (during spring training), The Fort Myers Miracle, the Everblades, even the U.S. Swim Team for a few years. He's the go-to guy for athletes. He even has his own physical therapy center, adjacent to the Fort Myers office, and everyone who works there is fantastic: friendly, compassionate, relaxed. ;-) ...

Dr. Harbour is amazing! My family of SIX has been seeing him for almost 5 years and we have never had a bad experience.

His speed of service (you can get in that day), accuracy, care and concern make being sick a little easier to cope with.

Dr. Khattab is a pretty decent doctor. Problem is if your kids are on Medicaid, you never get to see him. Instead you see a PA, who, in my opinion needs to go back to school. My daughter was sick every other week so she say oh its allergies, allergies, and allergies. Again and again the same song and dance. Finally after being fed up with her I asked her to refer my daughter to an allergist. Upon doing so we found out that she was only slightly allergic to a couple of things. None of which would explain why she was sick constantly. Let just say, if you are on medicaid, don't bother with this doctor because you wont see him. If you pay cash, or have a good insurance company, go ahead, he will fix you right up....

I found Dr. McIntosh when I was pregnant. I was interviewing doctors (both family practice and pediatricians) for my soon-to-be newborn. My husband and I were both really comfortable with him from the beginning. He's great with my daughter, who is now 2 years old. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful....

I LOVE DR. JONES!! She is the best and BEST of all she can relate to my family because we both share a Military background. She always gives my son a kiss and calls him by name. I AM SO GLAD THE WAITING ROOM DOES HAVE ALL KINDS OF TOYS FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY WITH THAT IS SO NASTY. And, isn't that your job as a pparent to entertain your own child, bring your own entertainment. I love the office staff they are GREAT! So sweet and loving. ANYTIME I call for an appointment they do their best to get him in. I mean you wouldn't stay after you 5 o'clock work call to accommodate a client...so don't expect someone to do something you aren't will to do. They have family and other things to do besides tend to children all day. The rooms are very vibrant, I love them. Each room has a "theme" instead of other doctors office..."please go to room 1." Dr. Pelsor is one of the most caring and considerate doctor. He not only treats the child, but the whole family. We went through a time of cancer for myself and he made sure the kids were doing well with what all was going on then as well as their future. He takes the time to listen. He is not one to push medicine unless it is needed....

I believed Dr Hawruk to be great for the first 2 years or so I was in her care. After that I realized that she was just plain too busy and overbooked to really concentrate on me as a patient. From the beginning it was the norm to wait at least 1 hour (after my scheduled appointment time) to get in to see her, with not one apology ever!!!, and then be given approximately 5-10 minutes tops and that was usually interrupted by some staff member/phone call. I believe Dr. Hawruk is very smart but has become arrogant in her care and while she may still be very good with some patients I would not become confident that she always has your best interests in mind due to her many distractions/overload. When I told Dr Hawruk I would have to look for another doctor due to the way her practice was run, she quickly became snippy and it was a real chore to get my records from the staff that also become very cold (colder) and unprofessional. I got the impression Dr Hawruk considered herself above......

After going to an OB/Gyn for 3 years, and not getting any help with my infertility problems, I found Dr. Gardner. During the first visit, she pin pointed exactly what the problem was & helped me get things straightened out right away. One year later, i was pregnant with what she called her miracle baby! I will never forget her kind words of encouragement, or her patience with the situation. I only wish she was a primary care doctor, so i could see her more than just once a year for my well woman exam! LOL...

I just recently met Dr. Duran and became a patient of his. I was astonished at his awesome bedside manner. Not only is he wonderful in his unique ways of treating your symptoms and problems, but how he treats you as a person as well.

After the initial meeting with him, we found out that we attend the same church! As so does his receptionist. This explained it all to me! He has the love of Christ in his heart, which radiates through his words, his hands and his care for you. He even went as far as to call me after my second visit at home to see how I was doing! To me, this was far above my expectations. I only heard of this kind of doctors when my grandparents use to tell me those "back when I was a kid" stories.

I have never been to a Chiropractor until this meeting of Dr. Duran. I was always leery of this sort of practice. Boy was I ever wrong! The meeting of Dr Duran came though the death of my youngest daughters, friend's baby boy. They didn't have any life insurance and any money to...

Dr Vaiu preformed back surgery on me in 2005, I had a prosthetic disc replacement at L5-S1. He was wonderful, took the time to give me great care, cared to explain things so that I would completely understand the procedure. He and his staff are very professional and efficient! Oh and did I mention he has a wonderful beside manner. I would highly recommend his services for any type of orthopedic matter....

Dr. Gabriel Jaffe is so well-spoken of by other doctors, I have never been to any other doctor who has not told me how fortunate I was to be one of his patients. He is a Vice-President at Doctor's Hospital in Lanham, and has the responsibilities of the hospital as well as his own practice, but his attention and devotion to his patients is exceptional.

when he needs to refer a patient to a specialist, you know that the specialist is at the top of his field. I feel well cared for and protected, having Dr. Jaffe for my personal physician. I would have no other.

Like most people these days I had to choose a doctor by looking at a long list of names and locations that were on my companies insurance plan. Nothing like choosing a doctor based on whether you like their name. At any rate a friend at work went to Dr Kelly and mentioned that she liked him and his staff. He was fairly close to where I lived at the time so I decided he would be the lucky one.

When I originally became a patient he was at a location in Suwanee and has since moved to a larger location in Duluth. Even though this move meant it would be a farther drive for me I decided to stay a patient based on the service I had received so far. I have to be honest and say that in the 8 or 9 years I have been with this office I have only seen Doctor Kelly a few times. In those few times he was friendly and had a good bedside manner. The majority of all my other visits have been with Physicians Assistant Wrencher. She is always friendly and like doctor Kelly she has a great 'bedside' manner,......

Dr. Moen and his associates are the best pediatric group around. I haven't heard any negatives from anybody about them. They've been our family pediatric group for 16 years now and I have complete faith in them. When we leave the office, all my questions are answered and I know what we are dealing with along with how to help my children feel better. Even when we haven't needed to see a doctor for a while, Dr. Moen always helps them feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Moen and his associates to everyone. I wouldn't feel uncomfortable about it at all. I know they will get the same treatment that we get and they will have the same peace of mind that we have when we are dealing with a sick or hurt child. ...

I am definitely not the type of person that gushes about an experience or a purchase, but my recent visit to the dentist prompted me to search Google and spend some time to thank my dentist, Dr. Bonnie Rae, for her amazing work and bedside manner.

I recently had to undergo full-mouth reconstruction, when I could not take the throbbing pain from the 8 teeth in my mouth in need of repair. As it sounds, and as you can imagine, it was both painful in the wallet and in the mouth, but Dr. Bonnie Rae, made the experience about as good as it could be.

When they say, I'd rather go to the dentist, this was definitely the one time, I would agree in a non-sarcastic manner!

Dr. Bonnie was an ace with the sedation, so while I was in the office, and when I went home, I really never felt any pain. Around the same time, the sedation was wearing off, I received a call from Dr. Bonnie Rae, much to my delight.

All in all, I was so pleased, I wanted to share this and inspire others to know, going to the dentist,...
