Since then, I've been very careful to get my children in to see kinder and gentler dentists. That is exactly what I've found at Athens Dentistry for Children. They are simply wonderful with children. Even my 2 year old sat in the chair and let his teeth be cleaned without a peep. Of course, not all children are as comfortable, but I've watched them deal with even the most difficult of children. The assistants, xray operator and both dentists have made me actually look forward to taking my kids to see the dentist. —  The office is designed so that everything is very open.  You are not closed off in a room by yourself waiting on the dentist to see you. I have not yet seen the room in which they may do more extensive work, but the cleaning area is a very fun place to be. He is really thorough, gentle, and fast. I was afraid of the dentist until I started going to Dr. Lomago. He really cares about his patients. He is also very good at using numbing medication. You will feel no pain. He used tpo teach dental students how to give novacaine injections. I have been through chemotherapy and as a result often have chipped teeth that need immediate attention. Dr. Lomago always gets me in for an appointment right waya and takes care of my chipped teeth before I can develope any other problems. I would not go to another dentist. I tried to go to another for insurance reasons and ended up getting an incorrectly filled cavity tha then ended up needing a root canal. eedless to say, I will not go to another dentist... When I went back with my daugthters for thier 2nd cleaning with thems, she was pushing for sealing my 8 yr. old daughters teeth (she had this done by our previous dentist) and while she was cleaning my 4 year old daughters teeth she was suspecting the Dr. was going to say thier was 2 cavities and told the dentist the teeth numbers really quick.  Now keep in mind at the beginning of the appointment my 4 yr. old daughter was given X-rays.  So yes the Dr. (Dr.Mihaela Popa) sure enough said she had 2 cavities and wanted to fill them the same day.  Scheduling told...
