I ordered Postcards from Gotprint.com and couldn't have been happier. It was my first time ordering from Gotprint.com and they exceeded my expectations. The pricing and quality is at its best comparing with other companies. They also have great customer service that is friendly and curtious. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family who has printing needs....

I have to tell you since I've never ordered from gotprint, I was quite nervous about what I would get. When I opened the box and took out a card I was surprised! The quality of the card gotprint printed for me far exceeded my expectations. I LOVE it! I will use gotprint again without question. I will also recommend to friends and family.

I love All Around Gymnastics Academy. The classes they offer are just wonderful. They have Preschool Gymnastics, Progressive Gymnastics and Competitive Cheerleading. They also offer Private Lessons. The staff there is excellent and they know what they are talking about. Gymnasts compete in many competitions and have even gone to Niagra Falls to compete. The Cheerleaders compete all over and have been to competitions in Chicago, Virginia and Pennsylvania. They offer wonder programs and you should check them out!...

our service tech, jim, drops in for a quick visit monthly to check and make sure no "unwanted visitors" have invaded us. jim is great. he's friendly, informative, and professional.

luckily, we haven't had any problems *knocks on wood*. however, if we do, we can rely on the west's best to solve pest problems.

UPS

UPS means Usually Poor Service. The one thing that really gets my crawl is that if you send a package to a serviceman overseas they charge 3 to 5 times more than the post office. UPS does not like to deliver to APO addresses. They actually charge more to discourage shipping through them. Shame on UPS!

As for their regular service - I refuse to use them. I have gotten numerous packages split open and busted delivered to my front door. They just leave the broken box on the porch, knock and run to the van. The company puts so much pressure on the delivery people that they don't provide any customer service what so ever. The are in a hurry to get to the next house and don't care if they deliver a package in one piece or not.

I went to the actual service center once and the clerks were rude and in a hurry to move on. When I asked how much to send a package they quoted the highest price they had. When I balked at the price they told me that it was for next day service with repackaging. I just...

The scheme appears to be to be a case of bait and switch. They take your application for used cars, your down payment and find fault in it (no fault of the customer), take the car on the 30th day and keep the down payment. They will try to make it seem to be your fault. They are very rude and will treat you in an inhumane fashion. The owner stated that he had no time to listen to a customer's complaint and travels extensively, and stated that he is busy. So buyers beware....

Macintosh is a great laptop. Great for music, and websurfing. Also great to keep your photos organized. The built in webcam is a great feature, and also has a built in mic so there is no need to buy one that needs to be plugged in. I use this everyday, especially for my music. Time machine is a great feature so you will never lose a file, as you can go back and retrieve it at anytime....

I'm a design student at the Savannah Collegr of Art and Design, and I needed some postcard mailers and business cards printed. Gotprint provided good prices, with quality prints, but the process was seriously frustrating, and online service is flawed.
This started when attempting to upload files in Firefox, and Safari and after a few hours of frozen processing bars, discovering that their uploading system only works successfully with Internet Explorer, which most people don't use anymore, especially Mac users (The last version of IE for Mac came out 7 years ago). The fact that this only works with Explorer is mentioned nowhere in their instructions on uploading or preparing files. When I asked them they said they are aware and working to update the system.

It would be nice if it worked on Internet Explorer 100% of the time as well. Almost half the time the bar froze, and with further attempts, the files became corrupted somewhere along their system, and finally somehow doubled......

I hired this company to install a wood burning stove in order to lower my heating bill on February 14, 2008. I gave Joe Van Ness a check for $1900 to buy the materials and he told me that the job would be done in three weeks. It is now May 3, 2008 and the man will not return my phone calls and I have the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General trying to retrieve my deposit. BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS HAD 18 SIMILAR COMPLAINTS IN THE LAST THREE YEARS AND 13 ARE TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM HIM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Seriously kids, don't use Kinko's for anything other than your calendar for Nana, or copies of your kids artwork. If you need to have business documents printed and or shipped try using Mimeo.com. I was so fed up with Kinko's and our Kinko's sales guy kept making promises that his store could not meet and this lady called me from Mimeo to offer me to try them for free. Ok well I did, and HEY! there is a better way. Skip Kinko's, Staples, Office Max (yes I have used them all) and try Mimeo.com. I get everything printed and I never leave my desk!!! Trust me...try it! It has saved me so much time that I want to tell EVERYONE. Try Mimeo.com!...

I am the owner of a graphic design business and after placing multiple print orders wtih GotPrint, I no longer recommend them for anything of value. I certainly don't expect perfection in every print run (especially not at the prices they offer), but a good-faith effort is essential, and respectful, consistent, and professional customer service and communication are absolute-musts. I found none of these with GotPrint.

There is definately value to be had if you use them, but I would advise limiting orders to business cards, postcards and throw-away items. If you are interested in quality service and products you can be proud of, you would be better served with a reputable local printer. They might be a bit more expensive (although mine will match prices) in the short-term, but it pales in comparison to what you will save in lost time, money, and client relationships if you make my mistake of trusting GotPrint.

Initially, I was pleased that GotPrint provided layout templates in several formats......

Our UPS driver is very courteous. He beeps to let us know he has a package for us. He checks to see if we are home. If we are not home, he takes extra care to make sure our package is safe and protected from the rain. He always gives our dog a treat. So far my experience with other UPS employees including the UPS Store has been positive as well....

My project was not only completed a week in advance, but it was also under budget. Throughout the entire process, IstarMedia kept me informed of the project. They are great communicators, letting me know where they are at every step of the way. They were also very creative and designed a DVD cover for all of my newly DVD's. They went beyond what I required and made a very specail DVD cover especially for my wedding videos! Their graphic design work and DVD reproduction were flawless! In december my husband and i bought a new computer, first off they gave us the wrong information when we asked about the one we were buying, they sent us a broken computer, replaced it, we had to acll to get it replaced 2 times the first time the person didnt do it right and they couldnt even find the confermation number that i was givin but its been 2 months and im just now getting a prepaid slip to return it though i have called about 4 times and emailed 2 times. They keep calling us telling us our account is past due even though i paid in full 2 weeks ago, come to find out the order didnt get placed correctly and it will have to be paid again. its awful service and i will never buy through them again!

I had an older Gateway computer that had a hard disk crash. I had family pictures and other information that i could not lose. They had to install a new disk drive. They somehow retrieved my photos and all other information i needed from the dead drive and put it on the new one. I am very happy with their repair service....

As someone who regularly shops on-line, I've had my fair share of experience with shipping companies. By far, UPS is the one I trust the most. Using their on-line tracking system, I can be sure of a delivery date. Their delivery people are friendly and helpful, bringing any problems with a package to my attention right away. They may be slightly more expensive than some of their rivals, but their attention to detail makes it worth the extra cost.

I do have one small issue with UPS, however. Their basic service. Because I am located in a rural area, items sent by basic shipping are actually delivered to the post office, and then delivered to my home by a postal worker. This does occasionally cause a delay in delivery, but not usually by more than a day.
