In March I was a winner in one of their free giveaways. They sent me a free Wal-Mart gift card for $100. I was happy as a little kid in a candy shop. </p> <p>I have been a member since then and I plan on being a member for many years. In my opinion, it's the best resell rights and affiliate marketing club I've found to date - and I've seen tons. They give me live phone support whenever I need it. Chad Timothy and his coaches have taught me a great deal about Internet Marketing and as a result I have made over $7,250 since June. All I do is advertise my custom sales page to sell memberships and the website does all the selling for me. My plan is to create a substantial monthly residual income stream using their resell system. I have also used their niche products to generate money as well but I've had the most success using their SBC affiliate program....</p>... In reality it is a US company and all it does for a fee is give you a list of 30-40 websites for you to sign up for youself.</p> <p>They offer a 60 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. When I went to claim my money back as only half the links they have on there actually work, I have to send the refund form by post to CANADA to be processed. They won't accept the refund form by email or fax...</p> <p>I have cancelled their charge with my credit card company and I suggest that you steer clear of these people as they are not what they seem!</p>... I want  gotprint's folks to keep up the good work,  they  have been doing with my orders thus far. I was a fool to give this sorry excuse for a company the benefit of the doubt....My order was incorrectly printed due to their vague proof and instructions, so upon receipt of the items I contacted customer service the response I received said that they only print what I submit and they can take $15 off my next order. I proceeded to call customer service, I was told that there was nothing they could do because I approved the order...so I ask to speak to a manager who rudely  also tells me there's nothing he could do... so I call again this time pressing random extension numbers to reach anyone but their so called "customer service" ..I reach accounting who then transfers me to QC...I get connected to the rudest agent I've ever encountered (George Kelly) who proceeds to argue with me for the next 5 minutes and then escalates to yelling at me repeatedly....after...</p>... In the past six months, someone accidently used my account number with UPS and pulled money out of my paypal account to pay for their shippment.</p> <p>The first time it happened was about six months ago. A company in another state, used over night shipping to ship a product with my account number. It took almost week to get my funds back into my account. I made several phone calls at that time to get this resolved. UPS did not offer to change my account number or help me cover the loss of my money.</p> <p>Then it happened again on Sunday. I called their 800 number which is worthless on a Sunday. I couldn't see who was using my account. I tried to sign on to UPS to see what was going on, and they didn't reconize me having account with them. But when I looked at my debit card account, there was money gone! $34.15 of my money!</p> <p>This morning when I called to tell them, they said they were sorry, nothing they could do about someone putting in the wrong number...</p>... This year I learned that many locations of this company were closed. I should link it to the degrading quality of their work but I did not and was catch by their terrible service.</p> <p>     The quality of prints were so terrible that I barely could recognize them. Everything was in grey and brown colors only. They use automatic machine but never implement correct color filters and adjustments.</p> <p>     When I asked the sales person to take a look at my pictures she refused saying that it's company policy to pay first. I asked what if I would not like the quality and she said that they will reimburse me for it. As stupid as it can sound.. She probably already knew that the quality of their prints are terrible and all her goal was just to collect money. When I looked at pictures and show her she started to defend the company and refused not just to reimburse me for the bad quality but even to provide me with info about their license,...</p>... "THE MANAGER" as he called himself.  He completely didn't care what the customer had to say, totally stood in the wrong and made himself look stupid by saying he listened to the conversations but then didn't know things.</p> <p>This company has a bad reputation for a reason.  I am an optimist... They rent/buy a location and hire people to work there. So if all these are equal, what is the bloody difference??? Well, there is enough difference to make people hate or adore their printers. They have different needs and different priorities. A graphic designer will look for certain qualities in a printer.
