      <description>&lt;p&gt;We have 2 cars that we purchased at Mcgrath.&#160; I can't say I am really happy with them - the new car is ok and we have had regular service with them.&#160; They take a little longer than usual but eventually get it done, although at a price.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;I also bought a certified pre owned MDX from them last year and have had nothing but problems with it.&#160; I purchased the extended warrenty and they are not honoring it and I have had the car in the shop 6 times in the last 12 months.&#160; Overall I cannot recommend them for purchasing and they will try to get you to spend money on things that are not needed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please choose another dealer - but there are none in Chicago...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I have talked to Infiniti however they can not really do much other then have my complaint.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I first called them because they had a black 6MT for a pretty good price however i live far away so nothing was set. Then i am told that they just got in a 06 6MT with everything (had NAV) with less miles and only 1.5K more. So i set up the trip (3ish hrs) &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I called the day before to make sure they had the cars and i got "yes we still have both i will have them ready" when im almost there i get a call, the 06 sold last week. i was like wtf you told me about it 3 days ago. anyway that is when i should have ran.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; but i went anyway to see the 05. it was nice had a few spots in the paint and stuff but other then that it looked good. Now i understand that it is a used car but i thought there was a reason to go to a certified Infiniti dealer.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; skip ahead a few hours.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; im in love and have my new baby (05) by the next day every light on the dash was on.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I call and all i get was its under warranty take it to...... </description>

      <description>Gold Coast Infiniti my butt...More like FOOLS GOLD Coast Infiniti...Where do I start???&#160; They charged me $250+ for a key fob (Note to self...NEVER lose an itelli-key.) While my car was there for that, they scraped and dented by fender (but didn't tell me.) I had to drive it BACK (150 miles) to them to fix and they gave me a loaner, compleete with dents and scratches and gouged wheels...with NO gas. (I put in $82 which Nissan USA reimbursed to me...they are good, Infiniti GC is not.) I called to check on my car and was told that they would "text someone over there" and have them get back to me.&#160; When they called the next day and said my car was ready and I could pick it up, I suggested that since I had already made ONE trip to Chicago on their account, THEY could drive MY car to me and pick up THEIR loaner. ("Not our policy but I'll check"...never heard back.)&#160; I called Nissan about all of this and they agreed that this sort of treatment really isn't listed under GOOD customer service....... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;This place made me so mad. This is the dealer that financed our cars we bought from Tri Star. While my husband was changing his battery (read the review from Tri Star) I had to run over to Westphal with the baby&#160;to sign the financing papers. A lady approached me and asked if she could help me. I told her I was looking for Dan. She asked my name and I gave it to her first and last. She came out of Dan's office and asked me if he was expecting me. When I said, yes, that I was there to sign some financing papers, she said that he was on a call and would be with me in a minute. Then his name came over the speaker for another call and she laughed and said, "okay maybe a &lt;em&gt;few&lt;/em&gt; minutes". So there I stood in the middle of the showroom waiting for Dan, holding my 12-month baby. The showroom was warm and I was sweating from holding this wiggly little baby and rocking back to transfer the weight so my back doesn't give out. Keep in mind there were 4 guys in the showroom that would look over at us every...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

They didn't tell hiim they didn't have one until all the papers were signed and we were about to drive off)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;the gas tank on my van was completely on "E" (the display said I had 7 miles before the car died)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;they don't have financing (have to go through many different banks)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;they have a small selection of cars (about 12)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&lt;strong&gt;GOOD PARTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;they were very friendly&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;MY car was clean and in good condition (if you don't count the gas situation)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cheaper than most big-name dealerships&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;... </description>

      <description>After the battery in my Volkswagen died it was somewhat of a process to figure out exactly why it had failed. I eventually figured out that it may have been a problem with my trunk, which wouldn't shut (causing the light to remain on and drain the power). I brought it into the Fletcher Jones Volkswagen and mentioned that it &lt;em&gt;may or may not &lt;/em&gt;be the trunk that is causing the problem. They told me it would cost me $200 to diagnose the problem. This amount didn't include any servicing to my car and to fix the problem it probably would have been about $300+.&#160;Since this seemed to be a huge rip off to me I told them not to do anything to the car and took it to a small auto repair shop. They fixed my trunk latch for $45 and tested the battery to be sure that it was in fact the trunk causing the problem! If you are not under warranty stay away from this dealership!... </description>

      <description>My Honda was on it's last leg after owning it for 11 years.&#160; I ended up at Automart Superstore and purchased a 6 month old Nissan Maxima with 15,000 miles.&#160; The pricing was great...when I got home I checked the dealer value on it and saved about $6,000 at the Automart.&#160; The staff is friendly and very down to earth, plus they know cars.&#160; I was actually looking at a different vehicle that was more expensive and after chatting with them, they felt that the Nissan is a better match to my lifestyle.&#160; I have had no problems with the car that I have owned for 1.5 years now and have referred my mother and my sister to Automart.&#160; &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Their service department is great too.&#160; I had gotten a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation from a big name company and after the service was completed, they told me I had two cracked belts.&#160; They wanted $140 for parts and labor.&#160; I called the service department at Automart and brought the car in.&#160; They replaced the belts and only charged me $55 for parts...... </description>

I found a great value in a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander and was impressed with how quickly I was contacted. The sales rep, Spencer Williams, &#160;was a wonderful help and&#160;let me know he was available if I had any questions. He didn't bug me or hassle me. He quickly answered my calls and was not pushy in any way. The deal I got was fantastic, well below the market value. I brought the vehicle back in to be detailed and it was done well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Don Jackson Mitsubishi. They have a great inventory and are very easy to work with.... </description>

The finance guy, Vic, lied to us about the Gap insurance. He said we need it to purchase it unless we have money down on the car. Pretty&#160; much saying that if we didn't purchase it, we can't take the car home. The next day, I called where we financed through (American Honda Financing) and they denied it. It was an option and not required.       <description>I heard an ad on the radio for this dealership last week saying&#160;they would approve all credit applications even if you have been turned down for credit before or think you won't be approved&#160;they will approve all credit applications until 8pm on Saturday.&#160; My sister was in the market to purchase a used car and I told her to go over to this dealership because her credit wasn't up to par.&#160;&#160;Once she got there and completed her application the sales person told her that they&#160;would not approve her credit even if she put $5,000 down on a car.&#160; What a bunch of liars they are to lure people into their dealership thinking that their application WILL BE APPROVED when in fact it wasn't.&#160; I will never recommend this dealership to anyone again no matter what I hear on the radio or elsewhere.&#160;... </description>

Also, had two friends purchase from there and they are very pleased as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a great truck for a great price.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It is a shame that the squeaky wheel gets the oil, because if those who had experiences like mine stood up and spoke out, this dealership would get excellent reviews.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Oh, and I LOVE my truck!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;They burned me.&#160; The posted a price of $12,977 and then increased it to $13,977 after I test drove it.&#160; They claim the price was never that low, but I know it was and I have witnesses that saw it at that price.&#160; This is apparently their tactic for drawing people into the store.&#160; They used this same scheme with someone else I know.&#160; He was fortunate enough to have saved a print out of the ad and they then were forced to sell it at that price.&#160; Buyer beware.&#160; Sutherlin Nissan is out to cheat the public.&#160; They have conducted&#160;false advertising and completely wasted my time and decieved its very own customers.&#160; What a shame to bit the hand that feeds it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I bought a new&#160;08 CRV from this dealership.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I drove 350 miles to pick up this car. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The following day I noticed that the front wheel well trim is defective. A piece of the trim (5x5 inches) was cut out. I took the pictures and e-mailed them to Kim, the Internet Sales Mgr. She never replied. After multiple calls to the dealership one of the sales people told me to take the car to the local Honda dealership. A service rep. at the local dealership said that this defect was not covered under the Honda's new car warranty since it was very obvious that a piece of the trim was cut out. He called the Hennessy&#160;Honda&#160;and asked them to&#160;cover&#160;$211.00 for the repair. Eric, the New Car Sales Mgr said that they needed to see the pictures before&#160;they could authorize any repairs. I re-sent the pictures the same day.&#160;After more than 20 calls I finally got a service manager on the line (4 days later) who&#160;told that they were not going to pay for the repair&#160;because I&#160;should have caught this when I...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>Well, it started out ok.&#160; I went in for an oil change.&#160; The man at the customer service desk was great.&#160; I still feel he did an excellent job.&#160; Unfortunately, it only went downhill from there.&#160; I left my vehicle there for an oil change.&#160; When I went to pick it up, they had washed it.&#160; I did not ask them to wash it.&#160; After looking over the vehicle, I noticed a dent in the front end and that the paint was scraped off as if the car had been bumped or bumped into something.&#160; On the back bumper, there were lots of scratches in the paint.&#160; I spoke to the service manager, named Joe, he denied all responsibility for the event.&#160; He said, he has worked there for years and this type of thing doesn't happen there.&#160; Yeah, right.&#160; It happens everywhere, we all know that.&#160; After several minutes of face to face discussion, I got nowhere with him. &#160;I did not yell, as I knew an argument would get me nowhere.&#160; I asked him if he was going to do the right thing.&#160; He didn't, he just stonewalled...... </description>

      <description>I was in the process of buying a vehicle from dealer,I negotiated a price was advised by sales lady Denille the the deal was 100% done, we could have the vehicle in a couple of days,i put&#160; $ 2,500.00 deposit down.Wheni called to make arrangements to pick up vehicle i was told it was sold,to make matters worse i 'am still having problem getting my deposit back,i think the next call will be to the Attornry Gereral's office.Buyers beware this is a terrible dealership to do business with.... </description>
