So it's the day before Thanksgiving - lots of last minute errands to run, appointments to keep - and I get in the car to discover I have a flat tire. But, as it turns out, after driving to Duxler - my trusted tire repair store - (Yes, I said I drove on the flat... These "exotic" cars have to have some redeeming qualities) - I learn it's more than a flat: I need a new wheel! #$%@ pot holes!

Anyway, within three hours the wheel had been located and "shipped" to this location, the tire repaired, installed and balanced! By noon on the day before a holiday I was behind the wheel again, albiet $2,000 later. Exotic cars... what can I say?

What I can say is this place - with its good people, good service - is #1 in my Blackberry!

I went to DR. LUBE and the tec. that worked on my car was Mike. He is very good with what he does. It took as little as ten minutes for him to change my oil, and check all my fluids. He is conciderate and very well spoken. The last time that I took my car to have the oil changed, I was told that I did not need a change. How many places will do that? Some of the other tecs aren,t as good, but all around, the DR. LUBE will always get my business. Mike has even stayed a little later to take me in, when I arrive just befor closing. I have had my oil changed at several other places through the years, but I did not care for them as much as I do DR. LUBE. I have reccommended them to my whole family, and all of my friends. It is nice to have a business that really cares about the quality of their business, and passes that down to their costumers. I hope that the next time that you need your oil changed, you will concider getting it done at DR. LUBE

These guys really know their stuff about BMW's. Have had four different mechanics in the past 8 years until my bmw broke down in Sept 09 when AAA tow recommended Euro Auto Spot BMW Repair Service on Miramar, San Diego. I talked to the Master Tech Shane who was very friendly and attentive to my needs. He called me in an hour with estimate and repaired my car the same day. I priced checked his invoice with 4 other independent bmw shops. EuroAutoSpot not only came in at a reasonable price but used factory parts also. I later found out that this repair establishment has been touted as the best BMW service facility in San Diego through online BMW forums. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I was looking to trade-in my 14 year old car for a pre-owned 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe. Browsing through eBay Motors, I found one with the exact specs and price in the ballpark I was aiming for being sold by Continental Honda. Although I don't reside in Illinois, I was staying nearby on a business trip, so I looked over and test drove the car after scheduling an appointment with Mike Chowaniec, one of the salespeople in charge of eBay purchases. I was offered a fair value for my out-of-state trade-in car and after some negotiation a reasonable reduction in price on the Infiniti. When I came back a week later to purchase the car and bring it home, the agreed deal was honored with no discussion and Mike was very helpful in sorting out the final details of getting the car's title quickly so I could register the car as soon as it was brought back to my state of residence.
Overall, it was a no pressure experience. I did pay in full, so there was no negotiation on financing required. I was offered...

I just purchased a Santa Fe last week. This is the second vehicle I purchased at this dealership. I had no problems with the first car, but this time they really gave it to me. We agreed on a price "WITH THE TRADE IN". They threw in the roof rail cross bars, a cargo net, and they were even nice enough to get me a 0% financing. Little did I know, I was supposed to get them anyway. After their expert mathematicians ran the final numbers, with confusing tactics using sticker prices, taxes, trade in, rebate, tags, fees, and more fees you never heard of, I realized that I paid the price of the car, PLUS the trade in. I was too late because I realized this after I left the dealer. The next day, I went there, and they denied any wrongdoing. They are [violative content deleted]. They refused to cancel the transaction. I will contact Hyundai, and consumer affairs. And I can't wait to get my hands on the survey!!!!

Amazing customer service and Cars!~

I can't say enough great things about this place. The cars were in exceptional shape and really top of the line.You could tell they were very selective about what they sold. You can't find better cars at better prices. They sell at the auction price s and not suggested retail, AND THERE is no haggling or back and forth.It was so nice to just be able to look and ask questions. but not feel like you were being pressured or followed constantly.The owner , Larry Craghead and his associate are the two of the nicest guys you will ever meet and will really bend over backwards for you. I would recommed them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.I LOVE my new car and It was a pleasure to give them my business!

I own a 2004 Chrysler Sebring that recently requires some extensive work. I took my car to Goodyear Auto Service in Robinson and have been nothing but happy with the work they did. Being a woman, it's hard to find a good service center that cares and won't take advantage of you. My car required a new windshield due to a crack/chip. They don't do that kind of work there but they recommended someone that does and that they are familiar with. That glass service came to the shop and installed the windshield without me having to be there. Goodyear also replaced brakes/rotors, a new engine thermostat, did an oil change, cleaned the back brakes, inspection/emissions and new wiper blades.

Dan was super nice and called me a couple times while my car was there to keep me updated on what was going on. I never felt taken advantage of and will always take my car back there.

The only complaint I have, which is probably true for any car repair shop, is that the labor for all the work done cost more than...

On August 11, 2009 I took my vehicle to Aamco of Miamisburg due to the check engine light being on, I was given a diagnostic code of P0455 and told the repairs would cost $410.00, needing my vehicle immediately I did not take the time to research other possibilities. To my dismay two weeks later my check engine light came on again, I returned to Aamco and my vehicle was diagnosed again, "surprise" the diagnostic code was P0455, with repairs costing $512.00. This time I put the repair off to research other possibilities, I called the Dealer regarding cost of parts and found that the parts totaled $211.00, Aamco quoted $385.00 for parts, I then called several other shops and was quoted a price between $311.00-$331.00 for parts and labor. I then called the Customer Service Manager to ask why he was charging me $174.00 more then the dealer. His reply was "We mark up the cost of parts 40%, and that this is a democracy and he did not make the rules". I then bid him a nice day. Remember...

I've only brought my car there a few times, but my impression is that they're honest and not pushy. Recently, I brought my car to my regular mechanic because steam was coming out of the hood. He replaced a hose connected to the radiator and then told me I needed a new radiator as well. I thought it was a bit much so I took my car to Checkers for a second opinion. He said the radiator was not an emergency but would probably be needed soon. And his quote was about $100 less. I also brought my car there after it failed inspection, and he fixed the problem very cheaply.

INSTEAD I RECIEVED A CALL FROM DAVID SALISIDO THE GM OF ALL THE DEALERSHIPS WHO WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND POLITE GENTLEMAN WHO RESOLVED MY ISSUES IN MINUTES AND I HAD MY CAR AND WAS HAPPY. UPON DELIVERY THERE WERE A FEW THINGS COSMETICALLY WRONG, (DING, DULL AREA IN PAINT) ETC AND WAS TOLD THAT WHEN I COME IN FOR SERVICE I CAN GET THESE RESOLVED. WELL 3 MONTHS LATER I CALL AND AM TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE IT THERE FOR A DAY OR SO FOR THE BODY WORK AND ASKED FOR A LOANER CAR. MIKE P HAD APPROVED IT RELUCTANTLY AND WE WERE SET. If it wasn't for the deal i got in price i would of left the car there!

First of all I felt being a women i already was at a disadvantage. They were asking me about color and how much I wanted to pay not the bare bones of negotiation. Being in the legal field I don't care as much as extras im concerned about contract.

After I got my price i wanted (which took 2 hours and they REFUSED to send over the manager when I asked them too) they showed me a car on the lot. I didn't love the color and for the thousands of dollars I was throwing at them i wasn't going to settle for something i didn't love. It was implied if not directly stated i was being crazy. I was asked well why does the color matter after 2 hours the color didn't matter. Well, my friend it matters now. I wanted the important things done first! But I let it go because the guy seemed some what new in industry. Not to mentioned i priced the car at a few other Nisan dealers and i couldn't get this price anywhere...

Thank you for taking care of my car repairs for me. I know that this is not your primary business but I really appareciate your help.I also appreciate you trusting me to leave without paying for the work.

My daughter was here this morning and she was impressed with how the bumper looked like new. The Air conditioner works better than new.I normally had to keep the fan on high to really get it to cool. Yesterday we left c3automotive , I cranked it on high and by the time we were half way to K ave. I had it down on 3, then 2 and finally 1.

The owners of the shop actually work there! They are honest, knowledgeable, really take a personal interest in their customers, and they make sure their staff does too. I was taken care of efficiently and completely, and I never felt like they were trying to "up-sell" me on products or services that I didn't need. While I was waiting in their clean, air conditioned waiting area, I watched one of the owners kindly inspect an older woman's tires and put air in them and refused to take money for the time he took. You can hardly find a gas station anymore that offers free air for you to fill up your own tires! I will gladly drive the extra miles to Bob's Auto Repair for my car maintenance because I know I will receive personal, reasonable, and complete service.

I recently bought a 2008 car off of their used car lot, needless to say I had a concern with it less than a month after having bout it, was blown off told it was normal so I let it go. Another month and a half down the line the issue is there and worse - so i took it to a dealership and told my steering rack is going out, they tried to help me to get it covered under warranty but because the dealer misrepresented the vehicle as a lease return and come to find out it used to be a rental they wont help. I go back to Dodge of McKinney to be treated rudely by Manny the used car manager, he sends me off to speak to someone in the main office who offers no assistance. Then the salesman takes me back to the used office where manny wont even come out to talk to me. He sends the sales man to say they wont help me. I have been taking my car to Bob Lee Automotive for smog checks, auto repair, tires you name it. They do such a good job with my car and the customer service is outstanding I actually don't mind getting taking my car for service. If my car is going to be at their shop for a few hours Bob Lee Automotive offers to drop me off at home and pick me up at no additional charge. Even with gas prices getting so high they still offer free shuttle service to all of their customers. I would just like to recommend Bob Lee Automotive to anyone needing auto repair service or even a smog check you can't go wrong with Bob Lee Automotive.

I called this location yesterday to advise of a problem I was having with my alarm system that was installed there (mind you, they've had to fix it 2-3 times since it has been installed because they do a poor job). The elder man that works there told me they open at 9am on Saturday. I advised that the car would be brought before 10am. Upon my arrival, the instant I opened the door, I was looked at with the most angry face by this elder man. I made my way to the counter and advised about the phone call the previous day. He immediately raised his voice and started yelling at me that I had a 9am appointment, which I did not. He pointed to the window and says "What am I supposed to do? I have all these cars here! You were supposed to be here at 9am!" then continued on and on about how much of an idiot I am. I don't know if he did this because I am female, but I've never had a man yell at me and berate me in a place of business like this in front of two other customers who were sitting...

Yes you have to wait outside in the rain, in the cold, in the snow and in the heat. But you will not care when you get his prices. I have heard horror stories about the owner and I will say he has been nothing but very nice to me on every visit. I just purchased a set of Goodyear Wranglers for my Yukon for an amazingly low price. I called a manager buddy of mine at Discount Tire and his cost on the tire was more than what Tim sold them to me for. I saved about $400.00 on the set verses Tire Barn or Discount Tire. Disount Tire will charge you $25.00 for mounting and balancing each tire. Not Tim, in some cases he did not charge me at all. To insure any type of unpleasentness, when you call or go in make sure you know your size and what you want. He will give you his best price up front. Make sure to go to Leo Tire.

I have had lots of problems with cars (Murphy's Law is permenatly attached to my behind in this area) and this place is the end all be all of service centers. They do cheepie full 25-point inspections when you go in for an oil change before 9am (they open at 7am Monday- saturday which is really convenient...you can go before work and drop it off or wait....). They can handle just about any problem- and if they can't they will tell you where to go for it so you don't get ripped off. They actually sent myu friend to the dealer when they found out that the car was still under warenty rather than just charge her for the work....

Didn't appreciate not being shown a sticker price, ad or something with a posted price. This is my own fault also for not researching better, but after buying the car I found their online ad offering the car for $2,000 less. The ad, like most, is conditional, but I could have met those conditions or at the least had another bargaining point. The process from sale to getting the paperwork signed and plates on the car was about 4 hrs. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, such as a free oil change, something for the trouble. I came away with a negative impression and will not return. However, their conduct was no different than any dealership. Read car buying advice online and *follow it*. If you stray from your script, you *will* get ripped off.

I found that the Owner Ralph Asmad was very considerate for the rights, and feelings for the others, a measure of humor,a desire to be useful. I also found in the Manager John De Leon that he was a very cooperative human being. Someone who shows cooperation, along with accuracy and is an asset to the company. All of the other mechanics had the willingness to listen and perhaps do more...
