I purchased Stoneware from Pampered Chef several years ago. I purchased the cookie sheet and loaf pan and sheet cake baking pan and they are so great to bake with I have had my Pampered Chef stoneware for a long time and in the last few years have really been able to use it alot. I am retired and now have the time to really look at receipe books and make things that look good to me. I make the cookies, breaikfast type pizza and more on the cookie sheet. I use the loaf pan for meat loaf. My husband does the dishes now and he said the pan is very easy to clean. Remember no detergent and just warm water and use the scrapper that you get with the stoneware. I also have the cooling rack and the ice cream scouper, which are great. I have used the stoneware baking dish for Texas sheet cake and it came out so nice and moist. You may pay a little more for Pampered Chef, but it lasts so long and everything tastes so good when you bake anything in the stoneware..
...

AdventureQueen says "COOL baked goodies with your Kitchen Living cooling racks!" about Kitchen Living Nonstick Three Tier Cooling Rack

Baking is something I truly enjoy (and eating the scrumptious finished goodies is even better); usually cookies and muffins, and because we just downsized from a house to an apartment and there is not much counter space where we live now, I purchased a set of Kitchen Living nonstick three tier cooling racks. So far I have only baked cookies and the racks cooled wonderfully stacked up. Next I must bake some muffins or cupcakes to see how well they fit on each rack while they are stacked. The legs fold under for easy storage when not in use (a plus due to our lack of storage now), and they are dishwasher safe (though we no longer have a dishwasher). They measure a generous 15 inches by 9 inches with 2 inches of clearance, so cooling 9 inch round cakes or pies on the racks would probably work as well. The reinforced nonstick coating released the cookies I made easily, and clean-up was simple. They are remarkably sturdy and were very reasonable priced at $6 for the set, and I would recommend......

AdventureQueen says "Small measurements are easy wirh Anchor Hocking's 5oz measurer!" about Anchor Hocking 5 oz. Measuring Glass

We recently moved and in the process the glass 4 cup espresso carafe for our Krups 872 Espresso Bravo Plus espresso machine was broken. A replacement carafe costs $25, which is more than I wish to spend at this time, so I began looking for something different which would work and found an Anchor Hocking clear glass measurer with red markings on the side showing; one to ten tablespoons, three to thirty teaspoons, fifteen to one hundred fifty milliliters and one half ounce to five ounce measurements along the sides. It cost less than $3 and fits well under the espresso filter holder. The lid to the broken carafe does not fit the Anchor Hocking measuring glass, so as the espresso empties into the measuring glass there is some splattering that is easily wiped up off the counter. The ounces are the measurements I use when making espresso; we enjoy lattes a minimum of five days a week and we like a double shot (two ounces espresso per person) in each. The markings on the Anchor Hocking 5 oz measuring...
...

Years ago, I got rid of all my aluminum and non-stick pans because of the possibility of toxins leaching into my food. I switched to glass and stoneware. I much prefer stoneware! This pan is perfect for just about anything you can make -- from pizza, to oven fries, to cookies or brownies. It is large enough to make a very large batch in no time. I actually have two, and use them both frequently! I use them so often, I don't even put them away. They stay in my oven at all times. It does take a while to heat up the bar pan, but retains its heat for quite a while. It also didn't take a long time to season at all. I used higher fat items the first few times, and now I never have to grease the pan at all. The few downsides are that it is *very* large -- I have to quadruple my brownie recipe just to meet the edges of the pan. And it is very heavy. It can be difficult to remove from the oven because of the size. But those are the only drawbacks. I love this pan!
...

ewilson says "These are standard in any kitchen." about Pyrex 10-piece bakeware set

This bakeware set is something my wife adores. She uses at least one piece every day or two and raves about how reliable they are. The glass itself is tempered... so it can be baked in the oven at high temperatures. Because it is glass, you can see whether your food is done from the bottom.

This particular bakeware set comes with the very trusty measuring cup. I think we have 3 of these in our house and would not have it any other way.

My wife brings these when she is going over to a friend's house and we often throw these in the dishwasher and there's never any problem. We've even dropped them on the ground and they never break. Durability is very imporant, and these are quality products.

They're such a great price that it's worth it to invest in the sets that come with tops. This way, you can store the food item in the refrigerator for leftovers with no problem on covering with foil or saran wrap.

Excellent buy and quality for your money!
...

I purchased the Pampered Chef Pizza Stone and removable rack holder as a gift for my husband several years ago. He is a pizza fanatic and had always wanted to try cooking pizza on a stone. Needless to say, he was thrilled with the gift and has used it many, many times since receiveing it.

I personally think it works well, but I also have used aluminum pizza sheets that seem to work just as well to me. I dislike cooking stones, as they are not really made to be washed thoroughly, and I definitely like to scrub my dishes clean using very hot water. I have the scrapper that you are instructed to use to remove any stuck on food from the stoneware, and that does work well. However, sauces and oils just are not able to be removed as easily. (I have tried cornstarch or lightly flouring the stone before baking, which seem to improve the amount of food sticking to the stone.)

Overall, a good piece of kitchen equipment, but perhaps not totally necessary.
...

I've been using Pyrex brand dishes for over 10 years and I love them. I love the convenience of using them to mix then bake and then store with. I have never had a problem with them bursting in the oven or anything like that. They are also very easy to clean which is great. I think my most favorite thing about them is the look of clear glass on the table or for a countertop buffet. I also love that I can re-heat food very easily. Plus, the price of these dishes are moderate for the years of use you will get out of them. I buy them for gifts and will be using this brand for the rest of my life. They are fantastic.
...

Le Creuset Stoneware Baking Dishes

Le Creuset Stoneware Baking Dishes aren't your grandmother's casserole dishes! My Grandmother's cooking is fabulous, and I think I am a pretty good cook too but one thing I have going for me is my Le Creuset Stoneware Baking Dishes.

I have Le Creuset rectangular baking dishes that are perfect for:

Thanksgiving stuffing

Casseroles

Sheet Cakes

I have Le Creuset smaller oval baking dishes that are perfect for:

side dishes

downsizing left overs

appetizers like crab dip

I have Le Creuset small rectangular baking dishes that are perfect for:

gift loafs of zuchinni bread

rice pudding for two

small sides like cranberry sauce

And oh so much more. These are just a few examples to get the wheels turning.

Le Creuset baking dishes come in a variety of colors. I have deep reds, bright blues and classic pea greens. (I am sure Le Creuset has their own fancy names for their colors. This are just my own take on the hues.)

Betty Crocker Cookie Sheets would make a great Christmas gift for the baker in your family because of how loveable they are. Betty Crocker Cookie Sheets would also make a perfect Christmas gift because they are quite easy on your wallet and you could afford to buy a whole set for someone or buy a few to pass out without hurting your holiday budget at all. My oven is not the newest or the greatest and therefore my cookies usually come out with burnt bottoms before the cookie is fully cooked through. However with the Betty Crocker Cookie Sheets, I have not encountered this problem especially since with a little cooking spray the cookies just slide off of the sheet. This cookies sheets also bear the Betty Crocker name, a name you can trust, so you know that they will last quite a long time. Clean up is a breeze because they are dishwasher safe, but in my own experience I just let them run under water to clean them.
...

The Pampered Chef Pizza stone is the best stone I have every used. I have 3 of them so that I always have 1 available as the others are being used. After seasoning this stone, I never had 1 thing stick to it. It would be very difficult to even burn something on the stones because it provides even heating. They are so easy to use. Just scrape them off and start using them again.

I would say the only drawback to the product is that you must always have a trivet to put under them or it will scratch your counter. I always have trivets, so it's not a big deal to me.
...

From braids to cookies to pizzas, this is a versatile flat Baking Stones and I use it for so many items! Ths is anh everyday favorite in my kitchen!. Classic Round Stone evenly bakes biscuits, pastries and bread doughs. The size is great bisg a full 13-inch in diameter. These stones are reasonably priced. Typically you will find them easy to clean (once properly seasoned). They only get better with time and use! They come with a guarantee. Pick one of these up (and they do come in many shapes and sizes) and throw away those old metal easy to burn cookie sheets. Your dish will be a wonderful golden brown when done and evenly cooked through out. I use mine for cookies, tarts, baked apples and more! I love the easy clean up - usually nothing more than a little water adn rubbed down thih small scraper that comes with it and it is clean and ready for the next use. The only drawback is that it can be a bit heavy - but well worth the effort when you see how wonderful your dish will turn out!...
...

Growing up mother canned every fall and I would assist with the food preparation and filling the Mason jars, and my sister would help with the actual canning. Though I never learned that part of the process and do not use it today, I do use quart size glass Ball jars almost everyday. Whenever possible I purchase food in bulk; this is usually less expensive and I can bring my jars and fill them directly from the bin (I just have a clerk pre-weigh the jars and they write the weight on a sticker on the lid where I'll put the code, and the cashier deducts it at the register). These are great for storing dried fruit, nuts, coffee beans, spices, and bulk tea among other things (and make a beautiful display and you always know how much you have on hand). My favorite use for them; they work wonderfully for steeping tea and when camping in the fall or winter I'll put the jar of hot tea in the foot of my sleeping bag to keep my tootsies warm, and in the morning my tea is the perfect temperature to...
...

Someone bought me the Wilton 18 Piece Easter Cookie Cutters for my wedding shower. I kept them even though I had already gotten the 100 Piece set (which contained some of the same shapes) off of my registry.

While the 100 Piece set is plastic, the 18 piece set is made of tinned steel. The benefit of this is they have sharp edges so they cut easier, but the downside is that you have to make sure they are clean and don't get rusty. Also, the sharp edges may be a little too sharp for kids. If you plan to bake with kids, the 100 Piece set is safer because it's plastic.

I would have never gone to buy this set since I already had the 100 Piece set, but since someone bought it for me, I used it. The cookie cutters came in handy on Easter a few years ago, and more recently they were great templates for cutting out photos from my Easter Holiday for my scrapbook.

I received that Calphalon Muffin Pan for a Christmas gift. I have purchased many cheap muffin pans thinking that a pan was a pan. I was wrong.

This pan is nonstick and I have never had an issue with my baked goods sticking. It is also very durable and DISHWASHER SAFE. I have no rust spots on this pand from being in the dishwasher. It looks as new as the day I got it.

It is very important if you have a busy schedule or love spending time with your family instead of doing dishes to have dishwasher safe durable bakeware. I think the extra money you spend on the bakeware will pay off when you are spending more time with your family and letting the dishwasher do the dishes.

Calphalon stands behind their products, so if you ever have an issue with a Calphalon product, I would drop them an email and let the know. They care about making their products look good and making their customers satisfied.
...

However, I also tried making a casserole in this little pan. Not a good idea. It's made of silicone and I wasn't really thinking when I did it, however, it was extremely tough to get that out of the oven without spilling. The silicone is extremely flexible so it would flex and liquid came running out into my oven and onto the floor. NEVER AGAIN will I try that. However, it works great for dessert, definitely worth the price I paid!! (haha)
...

vivasuzi says "A cheap option to avoid losing tupperware at parties" about Durable Foil Bake & Take 13" x 9" x 2" Cake Pan With Lid (Set of 2)

When I had to make Deviled Eggs for a potluck, the first thing I thought of was how would I get them there? I only have a few big sized tupperware, and I know these pot lucks are always all over the place so I was worried I'd lose my tupperware. That is when I found Durable Foil Bake & Take Cake Pans.

The Durable Foil Cake Pans are 13" x 9" x 2", therefore the perfect size for almost anything you need to bring to the party. The lids add another 2" to the height though, which I think is a bit higher than is needed. However, this means you have 4" of space to stack whatever you are bringing.

The pans come in a set of 2 and the reason I choose to buy the set (instead of just one) is because the second one ends up being great to keep my dish on ice! I bring both to the party and since they are stacked it's not a big deal to carry both pans. Then when it's time to serve, I can fill the empty pan with ice and put the other pan inside of it.

The set of 2 costs about 3$ depending...
...

maliaq195 says "Kitchen Aid Silicone round cake pan is fantastic" about KitchenAid Silicone Round Pan

I love the Kitchen Aid Silicone baking pans. They cook in less time then your metal or glassware products. You don't need to grease the pans and you won't have to replace your pans like the metal ones. They take up less space than your other baking pans. You can fold them and they are fine. You cool them for 30 mins.and pop your cake out without having to spray Pam or grease with butter and flour. Actually if your tempted to spray your silicone pan don't you'll discolor your pan. The first time I bought one I really didn't think it would come out without sticking. I sprayed and it not only discolored it but left a sticky feel to the pan....

stef42678 says "High Quality Baking Dishes" about Pyrex Bread and Cake Pans

I really love to bake in the kitchen, but I get so frustrated when I am baking and the batter sticks to the dishes or doesn't bake evenly in the oven. These Pyrex Bread and Cake Pans are perfect for all of my baking needs and works so great in the kitchen. I love that they are high quality and durable pans because they are a heavy glass material, but I don't have to worry about them shattering or breaking because they are heat tolerant and work great in the refrigerator for cooling dishes as well as bake up in the oven. I use these dishes to make casseroles which I love because the top always comes out well baked without burning the filling. The great thing about these dishes is that they look great so once the dish is baked, it is ready to take to a potluck or party. I also use these pans for cake and brownie batters because they are nonstick so I don't need to grease them with butter and the batter bakes up evenly, and never burns or sticks. This is a great pan to use for...
...
