i got my kitchenaid for a b-day gift, i have been wanting one for a while...i just thought, well that is a lot to spend and i have an ok mixer...well i wish i would have bought one a long time ago!

i have not made a whole lot of things with it, but what i have made gets great reviews! everyone thinks i am the best cake maker ever... well the mixer does all the work! i just add the ingredients and turn it to mix, then 4 and wahla...perfect cake! when i cheat and use a box mix, my kitchenaid makes it more fluffy...a big difference!

i have made cakes, cookies, icing, and mashed potatoes...i will soon be trying breads.

i highly recommend this for anyone who likes to cook and even those starting out!

I had been wanting a stand mixer for years, but hesitated to spend the money. They can be a little pricey. I saved my Christmas and birthday money and bought myself a KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer. This is one of the best investments I have made! I use it almost every day and it saves so much time. I love it! I had to return my first one because the bolt kept vibrating itself out, and the service people were wonderful. They sent me a brand new one right away and I boxed up the old one and returned it in the packaging they sent - they even paid the postage! I love my stand mixer - I don't know how I ever got along without it!...

Okay, the mixer does sound like a power tool, but it works like one, too. I have made many a cheesecake with this mixer (and a whole lot of other stuff). It really is a power tool for the kitchen. It's easy to use, sturdy, and easy to clean and reasonably priced. I have had mine for 15 years and it's still going strong. What more could you ask for?...

I love my KitchenAid Professional 600 mixer! I waited a long time to get it after graduating French Pastry School but I saved and the wait was well worth it. I did look at other mixers but I kept going back to my KitchenAid and I am so glad I did. It is now part of my family and is kept very busy especially with the up coming Holidays....

I absolutely adore this mixer. I don't know how I lived without it. I bake all the time, and my son loves cookies. I can't tell you how many mixers I burned up with cookie dough before I found this guy. I have yet to find anything to slow it down. Even my super thick shortbread dough. Kitchen Aid has made a real gem here. This mixer is fantastic. It even makes mashed potatoes in no time flat....

I love my Kitchen Aid but I probably should have gotten the pro version, I use mine to make bread, cookies, pizza crust, garlic butter in large batches so I can freeze them for later, it seems to really get bogged down when its doing the pizza crusts and the butter. I really fill mine up! I have back problems so my sig other has to get it out for me, its a little on the heavy side....

KitchenAid Stand Mixer- Artisan

I bought this for myself last year for Christmas baking. I love it. I could no longer hold my old hand held mixer which is why I bought this one. This mixer does everything, I even make homemade bread now.

I Have used Kitchen aid mixers seen 1960 as a cook / baker it the Navy. My first ship was Ike's Presidenal flagship. When I married I bought one from my Home. We used it until a year ago, when my wife gave it away and got a smaller Kitchen aid mixer....

My bridal purchased my Kitchen Aid Mixer for my bridal shower. I use it all the time. If mine breaks..I will need to purchase another right away! I have had it for over 6 years now. One of the things I really love about is that you can mix something and walk away for a minute. It is very easy to clean after using too! It leaves your cookies, cakes, etc. well mixed without any effort on your part..just a click of the switch!...

I absolutely love my KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I received this as a Christmas gift last year and I love it. I mainly use it as a mixer for cakes. But recently started using it for mixing dough. I am saving to purchase for the juicer attachment and the meat grinder attachment. This mixer is so sturdy and very well made. I would recommend this mixer to anyone....

I love my Kitchenaid mixer, but it does have a few faults. Little things keep breaking...it lost a "foot" at the bottom, and now rocks when I use it. Also, the knob in front for attachments broke off.

One other thing...if you mix something heavy, like bread dough, the bowl often stick when you try to remove it and it is a major undertaking to get it out of the stand.

My standard kitchen aid mixer has been a major helper for about 30 years. It is sturdy and practical, reliable, and efficient. It is also easy to clean, as the bowls and mixer blades go right into the dishwasher. I have several special recipes I make that would be difficult and time-consuming without this machine. And, I can still get parts. I bent the bowl base, ordered a new one, and fixed it myself.

Every serious and wanna-be serious cook should own one of these.

I was at a thrift shop and spotted a SUNBEAM electric mixer. It was the same model my Mother used some 40+ years before. It was priced at $5.00 and they were having a half price sale that day. I needed this appliance and for $2.50 I figured what do I have to lose? Now 10 years later I am still using this mixer. I bake 2 - 4 cakes a month. It seems that SUNBEAM appliances are built to last. I cannot vouch for todays products but given my personal experience I would say that if one is in the market for a kitchen appliance SUNBEAM is certainly a brand worth looking into. {:^)...

My KitchenAid Classic Mixer has been the best investment in years! It lets me do everything from baked goods to breads. It has proved invaluable when I make several dozen deviled eggs at a time. It smushed the yolks so I don't have to! Every time I use my mixer I fall in love with it all over again. I will have a KitchenAid Mixer on my counter until the day I die....

The KitchenAid Stand Mixer works so well! Cookies that I have made with many different mixers never mixed as easily as they do with this mixer. I would have to use a spatula to get all the ingredients to mix completely, but with this mixer I don't need to do that anymore. I usually don't need to use a spatula at all even to scrape the sides. The large bowl makes doubling and tripling recipes much easier than other mixers I have used. It's also very easy to clean. Food wipes oof easily. If you love cooking and baking as I do this is a very helpful appliance to have....

i previously has a wolfgang puck mixer from hsn. I receved it as a gift therwise i would have returned it pronto. this kitchen aide artisan was %100 better in performance. The blades scrape all the way to the bottom. it was very easy to use and i use it alot. This kitchen aide artisan even handled big batches of cookie dough without slowing down....

My Kitchenaid is my favorite small appliance. I can prepare so many delicious items with it, I consider it a food processor too, it does so much to making cooking easier.

The attachments are easy to use, the whole model is great looking and it just might last through my lifetime!! I don't mind it sitting on the counter it is great looking.

My family appreciates my kitcheaid too, they are getting a lot more homemade items and with today's economy, it is a real cost-saving appliance!!!!

I live in a small apartment and space is premium. Of course I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer because I make bread (Sourdough), but I really needed a small, hand held mixer. When I saw the Hamilton Beach hand mixer with snap on storage case - it was just what I was hoping for and didn't know it. Now I'm thinking this is a great Christmas present for the women in my family (okay, and the guys who cooki!)....

The Artisan Kitchen Aid mixer works so great for making cookies, cakes or whatever. The mixer can do the complete job of cookie mixing. It is easy to clean and the red color looks great in our kitchen. I've owned other Kitchen Aid products so I knew before I bought it that it would be the best choice. I love my Kitchen Aid mixer. The added attachments have allowed me to make pasta, shred and slice many veggies. I love the hands free mixing and it has allowed me to make larger doughs.

Definately worth the price....and the space on the counter!
