I love this Fan. It is very powerful. I love the tilt feature the most because it fits any situation. I would recomend this fan to everyone. I also want to mention that the fan is priced very resonably. The first of the three settings is perfect for any person. The second setting you could say it kicks it up a notch. The third setting is so strong that you might have to hold on to something. I will always own a...

The Lakewood fan gives a great breeze. We have more than one. They help to reduce the frequency that we need the air conditioner to come on. At night, we usually raise the thermostat to 80 degrees or higher, turn on the fan and sleep comfortably. — This is a very sturdy, tough fan. Ours survived the flooding of Katrina in New Orleans. We were unable to use at least 98 percent of our household furnishings but the Lakewoods did like the old Timex watch commercials - they took a lickin' and kept on ticking. — They are inexpensive and yet work well. How many products can really say that these days? — If you don't have one, get one. ...

The Honeywell Super Turbo High Performance Fan is a little dynamo.
This fan, the Honeywell Fresh Breeze tower fan is one of the most creative ideas that I have seen to date. It is very small, so I am able to put it in many different places that are convenient for me. Also, it does a great job of keeping the room it is in cool, which is a big plus.

I really didn't think that we needed another ceiling fan in our home, especially in a breeze way, but I think that my husband has an addiction to ceiling fans. Or perhaps, he has a crush on the cashier at Meijer, where the fan was purchased. Regardless, we are now the proud owners of a Heritage 30 in. White Ceiling Fan. Even though it looks like some kind of weird orb from outer space, it's functional and was inexpensive. The regular price is $24.99, but my deal-seeking hubby bought it for a cool (pun intended) $19.99 on sale. — The fan has 6 reversible blades, and has 3 speed controls: High, Medium, and Low. We usually keep it on medium or low, due to the whirring noise that it emits. It's tolerable on the two lower speeds but is annoying when it's on high (think helicopter landing pad). If this fan was in my bedroom, it would be bothersome to leave it on all night.
JovialCougar says "This small fan is like a whirlwind" about Holmes Products Blizzard Personal Power Fan

I recently wanted to get a small fan to set in the window of my apartment. The windows are rather tall and narrow, so I needed a smaller fan, but not a fan that was so wimpy that it would not pull in enough cooler air. Luckily I found the Holmes Blizzard Personal Power Fan, which is great for moving lots of air and also fits in the narrow window. — This Holmes Blizzard Personal Power Fan is Model # HANF76BLZ. The fan's claim to fame is that it is powerful, although much smaller than a big box fan. The fan has two speeds which can easily be adjusted with a flush-mounted dial on the back. The fan's blades are have a 7'' diameter and the unit will tilt somewhat to direct the breeze upward. — One unusual aspect of this is that it can be mounted on a wall. There are two holes in the base for screws, and the Owner's Guide even has a template for measuring. I have no intention of mounting it on a wall though, since I use the fan in a window or set it on a table near the...

We bought this fan last month because our A/C had stopped working. It was very inexpensive but has a lot of good attributes. The Galaxy oscillating fan has a very stable base, which is important because we have two little ones running around. I like the fact that it has 3 levels of air flow and can also be lifted or lowered to where I need the air to go. It does take up more space than the tower spacesaver fans, but it does the job and cools the air just fine. No remote, just manual, but we like it that way. —...
