I think this product holds up well to the name brand fever reducers and is at least ninety percent as effective at roughly half the price. Ordinarily I do not recommend skimping to save cost when dealing with medications, but this product is comparable to other similar products at a fraction of the cost! When my kids (twin girls, age ten) take this stuff they get better fast. And they don't seem to get jittery or "hyperactive" though sometimes they will go to sleep soon after administration of the recommended dosage, I don't think the medicine "knocks them out" any more than name brand ibuprofen products that are similar. If I were to need a fever-reducer/pain reliever this product is among the very best I could choose. It even comes in flavors that my kids like and is tolerated quite well. It seems to work just as well as any other product similar that we have tried and is much less expensive and is very easily obtained. Good stuff!

Biofreeze Roll -On it really works good. I like the idea that you can bring it with you anywhere plus it's no messy when you use it, and when I rub on it the roll-on serve as my massage tool too. It feels good the cool sensation at same time trying to loose my tight muscle. It relieves pain after few minutes and sure it is handy . This brand has reputation adn very good quality ,very much reccomended by my physical therapists and chiropractor, even my massage therapists use it on daily basis on her patient. The roll-on biofreeze is a money saving since you cannot over use it ,it gives you the right amount every time you use it. The price of this product is quite a bit. Availabilit wise is not common since I couldn't find it on anystore somewhere except on those therapists only. I wish they make this availalble in store nationwide so that there's competition on price wise adn more promotion. One roll I would say would last longer than the one in the tube. I have been plagued by horrible headaches my entire life. It runs in my family and my mother usually experiences migraines at least once a month. And not just bad headaches, I mean, can't see, can't get out of bed, can't eat, can't move, sick to your stomach migraines. Both of us have been to the doctors and have been prescribed prescription pills that do work for us. But at over $10 a pill, it is just not practical for the amount of headaches we get, as well as the pills not being good for you.

As soon as I started using Excedrin, I noticed a huge change in my quality of life. I would wake up with a debilitating headache and instead of calling off of work or missing classes or taking one of my expensive prescription drugs, I would take two Excedrin, drink a whole glass of water, wait about 30-45 minutes, and immediately start feeling better. It is my miracle fix, I tell everyone I know about Excedrin and would recommend it to anyone who has headaches.

Excedrin Extra Strength is a wonderful product, as is, all Excedrin products. It works fast, and with the added caffeine, my aches and pains DO NOT slow me down. It takes away the pain and allows me to get on with my day or night. I get headaches and minor aches and pains far to often and to treat those symptoms I always know I can trust Excedrin Extra Strength to make sure those symptoms are quickly eliminated so I can go on with life. Knowing there is such a dependable over the counter pain medication out there is such a relief. I do not need to buy a different pain reliever's for each symptom, my back pain, leg pain, tooth aches, or headaches. Excedrin Extra Strength will take of all my aches and pains, and keep them away!! Although Excedrin makes over the counter pain relievers for your individual symptoms, Excedrin Migraine, or Excedrin Back and Body, Excedrin Extra Strength will stop the same aches and pains. I have been diagnosed with Chronic Migraines, and I cannot take Imitrex or the other prescription migraine medications because they have horrible side effects on me. So I have been taking Exedrin Extra Strength Migraine when I feel one coming on. It is the best! I'm a full time student and I cannot let a migraine slow me down. It starts working fast, has no side effects, and it gets rid of the migraine, it does NOT simply mask it. I'd recommend this product to anyone who suffers from migraines. It's inexpensive, and it is absolutely fantastic! Five stars from me!

Advil liqui-gels are one of the few pain relievers I have tried that actually work. I have a back problem that flares up periodically, and about two years ago it got bad enough that I went to see a doctor. He recommended that I take the liqui-gels-he said they work faster and better. I pretty much laughed it off...I mean, all Advil is the same, right? Wrong! The liqui-gels worked wonders on my back pain, and so I started using them for all of my aches, pains, headaches and also for my occasional migraines. While they don't completely knock out the migraine pain, they are the best medication by far I have ever taken for regular headaches, and I've tried a lot of different medications (Excedrin, Tylenol, the powders, etc). They work so much faster than traditional tablets, and I really find they relieve my pain better and for longer too. A minor plus they have is that I find them much easier to swallow because of their texture and shape. I haven't had any stomach trouble from them either....

My top choice for pain medications has always been ibuprofen because of its effectiveness. This product works quickly to get rid of my symptems whether it be a headache, back ache, muscle ache, or even menstral cramps. I take this medicine and within fifteen minutes the pain is all gone for hours at a time. I used to use Tylonol but changed to ibuprofen because I found that it works quicker. There is nothing worse than being in pain for a long period of time and having to take many pills to get rid of it. Ibuprofen is also much, much cheaper then name brand products. This is very important for me as the only income my family has is from my husband and we are on a fixed budget. The only problem that I have noticed with this product was when husband was using it for a while. He alsmost always uses Extra Strength Tylonol but started usin g it for a while. Excederin Extra Strength is a must for every medicine cabinet. I've used it for headaches mostly but have used it safely for everything from back ache to tooth ache problems. I was a nurses assistant and have also done home health care as well. This was so hard on my back that I would almost cry from the pain. But after taking my Excederin Extra Strength I would be a whole new person and have recommended it to other co-workers and friends as well. Now that I no longer work and no longer suffer from chronic back pain, I find this is still the best product for head aches. My husband lifts and carries things all day at his present job so he too, is a big fan of Excederin Extra Strength. When he comes home aching and complaining of pain, I simply get out Excederin. It's a life saver and also great for the aches and pains associated with a cold and flu as well. We have several bottles of medicine in our cabinet but it seems, the Excederin is what we reach for most!

Tylenol PM is one of the best pain relievers I have ever used. It also is a good sleeping aid. I have used this type of pain reliever and sleeping aid for a long time and I am not addicted to this medicine. The other night we had run out and didn't have any to take, so I fell to sleep right away and didn't toss and turn trying to go to sleep. We then didn't get to the grocery store to pick up a bottle for several days and I still was able to sleep every night. I take the all day Tylenol pain reliever during the day and this helps all the arthritis pain. I will have to say that when we run out and if Tylenol is not on sale, we do buy the store brand and they work well too. The prescription arthritis medicines are so expensive and do not seem to help me as good as the TYLENOL tablets do. Tylenol PM also helps me feel better in the morning after a good night's sleep. You have to try these Tylenol PM tablets to see if they work for you.

tylenol is good at relieving minor aches and pains, but it will not help severe pain. for severe pain you will need a prescription pain killer like vicodin. these strong medications like vicodin are not available over the counter, however, which i feel is extremely unfair. do you know how difficult it can be to get a doctor to write a script for vicodin??? i have been trying for a long time and still do not have one. tylenol works for minor pain, but it is just not good enough for my back pain. i have scoliosis and tylenol just does not cut it. plus, taking too much tylenol can cause liver damage. i take tylenol frequently, but it always leaves me wanting more pain relief. also, vicodin and the like provide not only pain relief, but can also be mood elevators. i wish tylenol could do that. attention makers of tylenol: add codeine or hydrocodone or something strong to your product!!! you will triple sales and have many many happy customers!!!

Tylenol PM is really great for nighttime aches and pains that can cause restlessness or disrupt a good nights sleep at some times. It is jsut like Tylenol in that it definitely takes the edge off of pain, and it works pretty quickly. It is mild on your stomach and doesn't cause any of the discomfort that Advil and some other OTC pain pills can cause at times. It really does help you fall asleep without totally putting out of commission until noon the next day like NyQuil and some other products do. It gives me a restful sleep but I do not wake up groggy or not feeling like myself the next day. One piece of advice that I would give is to take the medicine an hour or two before you want to go to bed. At least for me, it takes a while to kick in so if I take it right when I want to go to bed it won't work quickly enough. I also think that taking it a little early helps me not feel groggy in the morning because it has more of a chance to work its way through me.

I have never heard my wife recommend anything as much as Biofreeze. She suffers from Degenerative Disk Disease, Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. At times, she hurts so badly, and is so uncomfortable, that she would never be comfortable or be able to get any sleep at night, if it weren't for Biofreeze. She has also recommended it to several people with Rumatoid Arthritis, that have told her later Biofreeze was the first thing they had ever used to help their pain. Getting me to use any kind of medication is not an easy task, but she has even convenienced me to try it. Now, when I have sore muscles or have hurt myself at work, I reach for the Biofreeze. Biofreeze can be purchased in several different forms, such as gel in a tube, roll-on and spray-on, but we have found that the gel in the tube works better and last longer. It isn't a product that can be bought just anywhere, but check on line or with your local Chiropracter. You won't regret it.

I discovered regular strength Percogesic shortly after surgery to remove a brain tumor. I am allergic to many of the prescription pain medication and tried tylenol by itself with no relief. My doctor suggested I try regular strength Percogesic and I have never used anything else for pain since.

It is a great product in that it is primarily Tylenol but instead of an antihistimine it adds an adjuvent (phyenyltoloxamine) that makes the Tylenol work better. It can cause drowsiness so I don't recommend driving or operating dangerous machinery until you know how it affects you.

Best taken before bed because it does help you sleep and wake up pain free, I have used Percogesic after multiple surgeries over the last 8 years. I have had 36 surgeries, in fact, and never been given or needed anything stronger than the Percogesic.

It's great to go to bed at night and know when I wake up in the morning the chances are very good that the pain will be gone. I sleep more soundly...

I purchased the Tylenol Extra Strength Go Tabs in hopes that they would help my son with his headaches. You see he has had horrible migraine headaches since he was quite young and they often get in the way of activities for him. I hate to see him miss out on the things he enjoys doing, not to mention it is very inconvenient to be out running errands or attending an event and have to go home when he gets a headache. Back to the product, the Tylenol Extra Strength Go Tabs actually work quite well for his headaches. They are so convenient! I can carry them in my purse or he can even keep some in his pocket. They are chewable and do not require water so he can take one as soon as he feels the headache coming on instead of having to wait till we can get somewhere to get a drink. These Tylenol Extra Strength Go Tabs are very fast acting too. If he takes them and just rests and closes his eyes for a few minutes his headache normally goes away.

Tylenol Pm is a great night time pain reliever , whenever I have those pains at night Tylenol is the one. For someone who can't take any kind of aspirins, Tylenol is one of the only pill I can use. My tolerance for any type of pain is very low and Tylenol come to the rescue without the delays to other time sensitive medications. I always have Tylenol pm in my purse and desk at work. Iif I try anything it will be any tylenol products first before trying anything else. My family also uses tylenol whether is over the counter or prescription, Tylenol is a household name with my family and friends. Buying Tylenol is worth the price you pay for it and for me I don't need to take 3 or 4 at a time one pill for me will do, until it comes back, as for sleeping I never noticed it as a sleep aid because I'm already in bed for the night. Tylenol will never be away from me at home or at work, thats how much I depend on it.

I love Tylenol. It's for mild to moderate pain.It is acetaminophen. I always have a bottle in my purse . I use it for any pain I get have from a head ache to musle ache. When get the flu it's what I go to Tylenol for my aches and fever.It works great and fast I have use it for years. When I work out to hard and leg musels hurt I take it. They are easy to swallow there small, but you shouldn't take more than 8 in a 24 hour period. Tylenol contains no asprin so it will be unlikely to irritate your stomach. You can take it with or with out food and take it either way when I use it and it works the same. I have usually take it with other medications with out a problem. I've used it since 1991. I use it the most for my menstrual cramps. I used it recently when a got a cold and it worked on my fever and my aching body. I recommend it to anyone that has aches and mild pains even for a toothache.

When we get a headache in our house we take Excedrin. It simply works. It also is good for body aches and minor pain from dental work and even minor surgery. A lot of people do not like to take asprin or caffine containing products but when I have a headache I want something that works. Why bother with the other products? My husband suffers from cluster headaches and has found that this is the only medication that will give him any kind of relief. I frequently get tension headaches and can get fairly quick relief from this product. I know that it comes in several types of product such as Migraine, Back and Body, Extra strength - I do think that they are basically the same formula and that the different names are to entice you to buy the different types. I take which ever I have and have comapred ingrediants and found them to be pretty much the same. We do prefer the gel tabs or caplet form to the round white pills, they are easier to swallow. It is a very effective product.

I have always tried to eat and live healthy. I don't really like to use scripts because of all the possible side effects.In these times, with everyone watching what they spend, I am not opposed to using a possible generic product, but I have never found a store brand that can even come close to Tylenol PM. I use this product with confidence that I will wake up refreshed and not feeling groggy plus headache gone. I have not felt any need to use Tylenol PM over and over again, even when I have used it 3 days in a row when I had a touch of the flu last winter. When I stopped using Tylenol PM I had no problem falling asleep on my own. I did not suffer any side effects, and I found the brand Tylenol is a name I can trust, not just for me, but for anyone, including younger people. I suffer from occasional kidney stones. When they get large, or break up and pass, only a strong, prescription strength pain killer will ease my suffering. However, when they are just starting to come on, and I am feeling a mild throbbing in my lower back, I need something that I am able to take and continue working at my job and other daily activities. I normally take some sort of Ibuprophen, and that gets me through.

While working one night, my kidneys started to bother me, so I ran to a nearby grocery store and grabbed Excedrine from the check-out line display. The Acetaminophem and Aspirin seemed to work well by easing my pain enough that I was not bothered by it for the rest of the evening. It also seemed to work almost immediately.

The caffeine, while also kicking right in, had an unusual effect. I am not normally sensetive to caffeine, and orginally felt comfortable taking this product knowing that was an active ingredient. In fact, I looked forward to the benefit...
