One Touch Blood Glucose Monitor is very essential equipment who have diabates. You can monitor your blood level after eating food and you can make a note of regular blood sugar. I think it is a beautuful and essential equipment for diabatics patients. I personally, have that one and I am really happy to check the blood sugar every time and I can control my eating habit and I can control my blood sugar level also. Previously, the diabatics patient has to go to the clinic after every three months or less to check their blood sugar level, now the One Touch Glucose Monitor is in your home so it is a very helpful instrument and give you a accurate level.

I hope, every diabetics patients should have One Touch Blood Glucose Monitor and I am confident that everybody like this machine. This machine is really easy to use and carry. This is a great mini meter. Why drag along an older giant sized one when you can carry this one in your pocket or purse? Most meters seem to have lots of the same features, fast read outs, small amount of blood, the meters come in fun colors. But I like the size best of all here. When I am out in a restaraunt and need to check, I feel comfortable and confident that I can do it right at the table without other people noticing what I am doing.

It is hard enough being a diabetic, so any thing new and inventive and makes my life simpler is so very welcomed.

I would add my Ya Hoos to the others who already have given thier opinion as to how nice and easy this meter is to use.

My husband received the Contour USB Blood Glucose Monitoring System to try out for another online website.

This is a really modern slim unit that has a USB port at one end. It doesn't look like any other monitor I have seen.

It has an on/off switch at the side. After putting the test strip into the monitor it shows the largest figures, and you won't need glasses to read it.

I was amazed at the small amount of blood you need for this to work. There is no coding to worry about. It gives results in just 5 seconds.

This is the first meter, I have seen, that is charged up either through the USB via your computer, or with the plug in wall charger, that comes with it.

The autolog allows you to choose before, and after meal times.

It comes with the software so that you can review everything on your computer. It also has data sharing so that you can keep results for your doctor.

We tried this out against the machine that Len has had for 4 years now, and the results were within 5 of one...

A very dependable insulin pump!!! Great customer service as well

I am a type 1 diabetic and have been on this pump for 4 years and Iknow many many other people on this pump as well. It is very dependable,comes in a variety of colors and the company behind this pump 100 percent! It has regulated my diabetes with more accuracy than the shots. I am a very brittle diabetic with lowes down to 24 and highs over 1000 and since on the pump have not had these issues. it is awsome behond words to desribe the freedom of wearing a pump. You can snck as apposed to the shots where you can only eat every four hours. the company will help with trouble shoot any problems and even replace the pump if it seems not to be working correctly. they provide excellent education about the pump and how to opperate it.they answer all questions as well. I would never go back to shots now that I have has the pump!

would highly recommend!!!!

Okay so everyone knows testing your blood sugar is no fun. Period. But if your like me (I am diabetic) you know it's something you have to do to stay healthy. I found that when I first found out I wsa diabetic I never tested because it was painful to poke my fingers over and over again. It was frustrating when I would get some blood on the test strip but it was not enough. I knew it was bad for my health not to test but I just could not bring myself to do it. Then I saw a the one touch ultra mini meter advertised on T.V. I have to admit that what first caught my eye was the fact that it came in different colors. (I have mine in pink and green) When I got it I was suprised how small it was! And the display is pretty big for being a small meter. Easy to read and code. That is the one draw back is that you still have to code the meter. But you only have to do that after you finish a vial of test strips (normally 50 per vial) so that really is not bad. Anyways I...

The One Touch Ultra Mini Blood Glucose Monitor is a very good monitor. Nice compact size doesn't take up much room in a handbag. You can discreetly test yourself without having to lay out a lot of artillery. It doesn't require much of a blood sample and comes with a test nozzle for use in obtaining forearm samples but it usually is less accurate than a fingertip. You can obtain software for about $30 that allows you to upload your readings into the computer and you can generate reports that show your trends on a daily, weekly, monthly, etc. basis.

You can also print these reports and bring them to your doctor as part of your overall management program. You can usually get the monitor for very little or even at no cost. The test strips are the costliest feature of this monitor as with a number of others. You will need to set the monitor to the code given on the test strips otherwise it will not analyze the sample properly. All in all, a quality product.

At the doctor's suggestion to monitor my blood glucose on a regular basis due to medications/family history of diabetes/current weight (too high)...I decided to pop into the local pharmacy to see what they had. What they had was shelf after shelf of blood glucose monitoring systems...which to choose?....which would be best for me? So many choices, so little time! Soooo...I did what I did when I chose my blood-pressure monitor...I chose the most attractive (and pink) :-D

I have used the OneTouch ultra monitor for eleven years now and would not switch to any other. It is fast, convenient and always accurate. I have never had trouble getting supplies or upgrading monitors. It is used by almost all of my diabetic friends and I have given it to my family members to keep them on their toes about diabetes. You can't monitor your blood sugar enough and it is easy to use, easy to take with you and easy to read....

This new meter in the One Touch lineup is the smallest I've ever seen. It only requires a tiny blood sample and gives you results in 5 seconds - no coding required. It fits in the smallest purse or a pocket - great for having with you at all times. Available in several nice colors, with new ones coming soon as well - so if you feel like matching it to your outfit, you could even do that ;-) Quick, practiacally painless and stylish - now if only the strips were cheaper ;-)...

Diabetic Tussen is a cold cough medicine for people with diabetus. It works and is very efficient in helping to control coughs and cold symptoms. But the taste is awful and it makes it very hard to swallow. They need to make things that are good for you good tasting so that they are easier to take.

This moniter is very easy to set-up and use. It seems to be very accurate. It is conveinant to take with you. The test strips are a little expensive to buy but all in all it is a good product. The mete it self isn't expensive. I like my meter very much....

This is a good addition to the One Touch family of meters. This meter uses the standard test strips, it is easy to test, requires very little blood for the sample, and it is compact and fits everywhere. This meter is available in 4 colors. The only drawback is that there is no port to connect the cable to the meter for loading information into a computer....

I got this for my mother- and I must say, i've never seen her happier to use a prouct such as this! It's easy to use, and it doesn't involve too much pain. The greatest thing is- you don't always have to use the tips of your fingers. You can use your forearm or around the finger. With only a little blood needed, you can see your results in no time!...
