jeesasmom says "Weightwatchers is a good product" about Weight Watchers Yogurt

Although it's been a while since i have had the Weightwatcher yogurt it is good but it's amazing the amount of sugar that is in a low-fat yogurt. We usually try to read our labels all the time, one day when my daughter was in the store with me and we really try not to have too much sugar in our healthy lifestyle. We were looking at the sugar content in all of the yogurts on the shelf, we actually found the store brand to have the least amount. Weight Watchers is good and every once in a while i do treat myself to my favorite flavor... I think i would recommend but i would make sure the person is aware of the sugar content in the product. —...

Weight Watchers Strawberry Yogurt...It is tasty and it makes counting points that much easier. Just as good as other light yogurts out there but less points! May be a little pricey, but if you have the extra money, it is definitely worth it to buy this or any of the WW...

I can't quite imagine myself enduring the humiliation of group weigh-in and so will probably never attend a real Weight Watchers meeting -- but I've got to hand it to this outfit for coming up with some good ideas about food. They realize that even a person who is concerned about his or her weight really wants to have a piece of cake now and then. One solution is Weight Watchers Caramel Cake with Caramel Icing. — First, a reality check -- this is NOT the kind of caramel cake I used to bake when I was in high school during the Eisenhower years when most of us had never heard of cholesterol and my idea of a single serving would have been much more generous than that defined for this Weight Watchers product. This product is also a little drier than home-made cake would be (which seems to be a problem with most commercially packaged cakes). Aside from all that, I really enjoyed Weight Watchers Caramel Cake, there did not seem to be...

As a vegetarian it can be a little more difficult to get the necessary amount of protien in your daily diet. I tried the Southbeach protien water and didn't really care for the flavors or texture (its really hard to dissolve it in a glass of water.) Next time I bought the special k protien water, its a little more expensive but tastes a lot better! My favorite flavor is the pink lemonade. I would recommend the Special k protien water over the Southbeach. —...

I'll admit it: I weigh more now than I ever have in my entire life. Two kids, stress, death of a close relative and hormones have all played a role in it. There's no way around it. — I really have tried many diets: — 1) Atkins - lost 10 pounds, stopped, gained 15 — 2) Slim4Life/Diet pills - Not a pleasant experience — 3) Weight Watchers - lost maybe 5 pounds, just not for me — 4) Jenny Craig - not really into the prepackaged meals — Like I said, I know diets left and right. What has worked, and I'm 15 pounds lighter in 2 months, is journaling. — Here's how you journal: — 1) Grab a notebook. It doesn't have to expensive or one made for food journaling. Just a regular Meade notebook and a pen really is all you need. If you want to journal your work outs too, grab a second notebook - it works easier than to have both stats shoved into one. I've noticed that when I included my work out in the same notebook, I would end up...

Oh man is the taste horrid. That is all I can say. I cannot barely get through a cup of it. My theory is it is so awful tasting that you puke yourself slimmer. Or like another reviewer stated poop your way thin. The moral of the story is, it taste bad and makes you poop and that is about it. Eat fruits and fiber that taste good, then you will still have healthy bowel movements and you might enjoy the intake...

The NutriSystem program is amazing! The food is convenient and if you follow the plan and exercise you will lose weight. However, the food is not good at all. I think the advertisements are misleading with the quantity and quality of the food. They show 2 helpings on one plate and the color is completely different, it actually does look good. But when you peel back the plastic cover over your meal you see something completely different. Losing weight does not have to taste bad. NutriSystem is a great platform in helping with weight loss, teaching you portion size and label reading. If you go to the web site and view what others are saying, most of them say the same thing, its gross! But they are losing weight. —...

I started using Isagenix about 6 months ago. I did not have any weight to lose, but wanted the benefits of cleansing. Wow - am I blown away by these products. I've never had so much energy since I started using these. I feel great, don't get colds or headaches.

Fiber One bars are awesome. If you weren't told they had fiber, you wouldn't know it. They taste just like junk food should - but they're good for you, and relatively healthy. The chocolate chip version is better than the other flavors, but it's also the first one to go when they are on sale. They taste sooo good, it is easy to forget that each bar has 35% of your daily fiber allotment. Which you will discover the first time you eat one and go back for a second. Now you're at 70% of the recommended fiber intake, and since today's processed/fast-food culture makes us lucky to hit 50% RDA, you WILL experience gastro-intestinal upset. It would be in your best interest not to enter a crowded elevator. :) — ...

Many of my friends tried IsaGenix Cleanse, some did well, some had little or no results. Because I had just finished some medication that made me feel unlike myself, dry hair, skin and added weight, I thought I would give it a try. Even without the weight loss it would get rid of the after effects of the medication, right? The program was hard to follow, I felt ill most of the time but was told this was normal because of the toxin release. Then, about 5 days before the end of the cleanse I broke out in hives, badly, and had to stop. (After going through extensive food allergy testing it was found this was the cause.) All in all felt like not worth...

Weight Watchers Blueberry Muffins are my breakfast of choice! I eat one pretty much every weekday morning at work. Being only 3 points per muffin they cost me fewer points then other things I crave in the morning and are individually wrapped making them portable. I love how big they are so I am full after eating one and they are so moist they seem like they just came out of the oven. You will not believe they are a Weight Watchers product once you try them. One of my all time favorite breakfast...

Since I am on Weight Watchers I love to eat their foods. This way I know exactly how many points I am using instead of guessing. I am a huge sweets eater and am always looking for a cookie or chocolate to snack on. I found the caramel cake to be a great little snack. I love that it is sweet and actually taste like a cake not an imitation dessert. The only bad thing is that they don't have a very long shelf life before they go stale so you have to use them pretty quick. I like to have a snack in between breakfast and lunch so I don't over eat at lunch and these cakes work great. They are just big enough to hold off major hunger until I can eat....

One year ago I started a new program in life called Isagenix-my friend had lost 25 lbs in 6 months and Fox News in Tucson had just done a bit on the cleanse portion. I was at 220 lbs felt a change was needed and of course nothing seemed to work. Well I signed up. I thought about the beginning cost of $400 for the 9 day cleanse and the 30 day program and the fact that you would need to pay almost $300 a month for the rest of your life, but I jumped in anyways. It was the best thing I ever did. — The 9 day cleanse was really hard at first. They have you do a basic 3 days and then the grueling 9 days begins. You drink a cleansing product 4 times a day and can have 6 almonds, a little salad, or these chalky snacks that they give you. You do this for 2 straight days. The chalky snacks actually grow on you and you end up savoring them. After those two days you have a shake in the morning 600 calories of food during the day and...
