I have tried many weight maintainene and weight coontrol product within the past couple years and it is not from being overweight it is for weight maintainene. This Hp Green tea product was sold at a health food store in the Bronx and you can hardly get new products in the bronx. The packaging suggest something that has been around for a long time and that they know exactly what they are doing. It gives the interpretation of standing above the rest. Well I drank this green tea drink for a month and I really did not notice any diffrence or it had the same effect as drinking 2 glasses of water with your meal. If there were any health benefits it was probably just to my health and I won't notice that until later on in life anyway. The green tea plant has many documented and commercialized advantages,but I would not buy this product if I was looking to loose weight. Maybe you could just put this on your grocery list as part of a healthy eating regimine.

I was only impressed with Curves for maybe the first week of my membership. During this time there were tiny girls in there working which motivated me even more to come and work out daily to get the weight off. After that, there were women in there that were larger than I was working. How do you work in a fitness center and you are overweight and out of shape? What does that say about your program?

To top that off I was not allowed to bring my daughter with me while I worked out. I understand that those thirty minutes were for me but I am a single mother who was trying to squeeze in some time for working out.

To add insult to injury I could not use my membership at every Curves as promised. I was told that I needed permission from my "home" gym to go and work out at a Curves across town.

I would recommend Curves for the older woman who has time on her hands. It is very slow paced and just enought to get your heart rate up without working up a sweat.

I have belonged to Weight Watchers several times over my lifetime. It really does work and it is easy to add up the points and record them on the computer web site. This also takes time to track these things and I found that this kept me from eating during this time as I cannot eat and work on computer at the same time. The key to any diet is eating less and the right foods. The receipes that Weight Watchers has on their web site are great and very easy to make. They taste soo good and are healthy foods too. I have made my own cook book of receipes and I use that each day for each meal we have. We are senior citizens and I have more time to look at receipes and make them, now that our children are grown up and gone from home. They have excellent receipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts. My favorite receipe is Cherry Chocolate Cake. You put a can of lite cherry pie filling into a box of chocolate cake mix and bake. So moist and good.

Wow! I joined Curves knowing little about it other than it was a place for women only to use exercise machinery. Little did I know I was opening up a whole new world for myself. The Curves that I use is conveniently located which is only part of the benefit for me. I have little spare time so this location definitely encourages my use of Curves but the real benefit is in the community of women. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt this was different from other exercise facilities I have tried in the past. The owner and one other employee were so encouraging and inviting, I felt as if I was meeting with old friends. The attitude and friendliness of some of the other partrons is wonderful. It feels as if I am at a reunion with old friends of loved family members. Oh, sure, it's hard work - exercise does NOT come natural to me but the encouragement of others is most helpful. The knowledge of the equipment of the employees is also a huge benefit.

I've been using Acai Berry Slim Acai. I've found it works great to help control my appetite with no side effects. It also gives me a great, long lasting energy boost. The YMCA has great programs for everyone they even have low income programs for low income families they really work with the community. i play softball there with alot of my friends and i can even invite friends to play and they dont have to pay or anything extra. i love that the freedom of having a place to go hang out excersise and have fun while doing it. there are alot of other programs out there that anyone can join but i have reviewed many places and had done a lot of research before i funally fouund the perfect price and they had so many programs for the entire family i really did not find a better deal any where esle. they even have yoga. i think that the YMCA has really bettered my life health wise and has really had a positive affect on my children and my family instead of hamily game borad nights we have softball matches or we have aerobics classes and that is how we bond and stay healthy and feel great.

A few years ago, a thyroid problem cause my weight to skyrocket to over 400 lbs. Even after treatment for the thyroid problem, I still couldn't lose the weight. I developed sleep apnea and high blood pressure and could barely walk from my car into a store without getting out of breath. None of my clothes looked good on me, and I was tired most of the time. Then, I had gastric bypass surgery, and within a year, I had lost 150 pounds. The sleep apnea went away, my blood pressure returned to normal, and I get compliments all the time about how I look. Not to mention the fun I've had shopping for new clothes! The only "side effect" I've had is that if I eat too fast or eat too much, I throw up. And starchy foods like rice & pasta make my stomach hurt, but it's pretty easy to simply avoid them. I'm still hoping to lose a bit more, but I feel great, look a whole lot better than I did before the surgery, and even if I never lose as much as I would like to, it was definitely "worth it!"

This patch not only doesnt work it burns your skin. I was so willing to try it but It only made me sorry for even trying it. I dont think that this company even cares what it has to do to sell its products.

why sell something that does not work and that only causes You to feel like a failer. There is nothing right with this product. Maybe its only me but I havent gotten any good use out of this product. if someone does get a good service out of this than I am glad for you. But If not then you know what Im talking about. I am a very frustrated Mother of two boys and losing the weight after them has been very hard for me so when I see a product that is advertised that It can help you on your way to weight loss and It seems beliveable than I am willing to give it a try. Un fortunately for me many of the products geared this way dont work they pray on the sad and very unhappy. I fell into this category .

Does IsaGenix work? Yes, in fact it does. Is it the healthiest weightloss method you could do? No. There were about 20 people that I work with who decided to do this program together. It was a mixture of starvation for the detox portion as well as not very tasty syrup that you had to mix wth a ratio of water and drink every couple of hours. This program also comes with a powdered shake, snacks, and some cleansing pills. I personally tried this program myself but couldnt make it longer than three days due to the taste of the detox product I had to mix with the water. There are few different programs you can choose depending on how many days you want to do the detox. For a 30 day supply the cost is around almost $400.00 and for a 9 day supply the cost is almost $200.00. A little pricey on for both products in my opinion. You could almost buy a piece of workout equiptment on ebay for that much money.

My coworkers and I love this program. We are doing the "Biggest Looser" at work and we use this as our workout 2 times per week. We have only used the Kempo at work, but at home my husband and I have used the others. I feel tired but great when I am finished with a workout. It is just enough to make you think you cannot possibly do another thing and then it changes up so you can continue. I also love the warm up and cool down stretching at the beginning and end most of your work out tapes do not include this and it is so important. I also appreciate the fact that the people on the work out CD's look just as tired as we all do this is very inspiring not like so many where they don't even sweat and you feel like a drowned rat watching them!! I also like the idea of having a web site to go to, to get more ideas on nutrition and workouts. I recommend this to everyone I know and many of them have purchased it.

I am had gastric bypass surgery March 5, 2008 and have had wonderful results. I couldn't be happier! I have lost 95 lbs. I was 220 lbs at my heaviest on a 5ft. 2in. small body frame. My joints ached and my body hurt all over. I had suffered through 5 knee surgeries.

My knees still give me some pain but nothing compared to before the weightloss.

I would recommend this procedure to anyone who feels that they have tried "everything" with no success in getting their weight to a healthy level. It has truly been a blessing in my life!!!

I have tried the wulong tea, I have got to say it filled me up drinking it iced all day. It will not make you lose weight but it did keep me from gaining anymore.

There is no such thing as a miracle weight loss pill or drink, I have tried them all. The way they all work is to give you a small boost but you have to cut down your calorie intake and exercise and if you drink enough of the tea it will keep you running to the bathroom and that is where the exercise comes in and you can't eat while you are on the pot. lol

over all it does not work or ohpra would be really thin.
