A friend of mine showed up at my house one morning and he had lost a lot of weight, when I asked him how he had done it he told me that he was taking hydroxycut so of course I went out and bought the first bottle that I could find. I thought that they made my heart race a little and I didn't like it so I stopped taking it. He continues to lose weight but then started bleeding when he urinated. We thought that something was wrong with that so we took him the emergency room and they instructed him to stop taking the pills immediately, he did and eventually the bleeding stopped and the weight came back. So I would say that these pills work but you have will have to endure a racing heart and thepossibility of bloody urine. I am glad that I did not continue with this product because the issues that my friend went through were very scary, he hasn't had any complications since then and it has been about three years so its your choice I just thought I'd let you know my experiences.

I've been taking SlimQuick for a few weeks now. I'd been trying for almost eight months to lose weight through diet and exercise. I walk about 45 minutes to an hour a day and exercise at home 2-3 days a week and I watch my calorie intake, trying to maintain between 1200 and 1400 calories per day. How many of you can say you are busy? If there is anyone here who can say you are not busy, please let me know how you do it. I used hydroxycut awhile back in an effort to lose weight and get myself to workout on a regular basis because I was having trouble with energy and motivation. it definitely gets me motivated to workout because of the caffeine but I felt jittery all day long and tended to get a little emotional every evening when it was wearing off. I had trouble sleeping for the first few weeks and I would get worn out in the evenings after the high of the caffeine had worn out. I did manage to work out a lot and get in better shape but if you stop taking it you are very hungry and its hard to keep up the previous schedule because you get very tired with the caffeine withdrawal. I guess it depends on what you are willing to deal with in order to get in shape. Personally, I think there are better ways to do it but I cannot dispute the fact that the caffiene makes me feel less hungry and more motivated.

These pills have not worked for me, other than to give me the shakes. I tried a new pill to see how I'd feel afterwords. It wasn't that I had more energy as much as I had nervous energy, my hands shook, and I could not think straight. To take 3-4 of these a day would probably kill me. 1 was too many. There is extremely too much caffeine in the pills, and I don't recommend them for anyone who would have high blood pressure. DO NOT TAKE with coffee or caffeine.

Many diet pills have worked, but these are to be taken at least one hour before a meal! I can honestly say I didn't want to eat as much on these pills, probably because I was shaky. They are easy to swallow, come in a little plastic covering, and have tiny red and yellow "seeds" in the capsule.

The pills are impossible to get out of the packaging. Normally someone can pop the pills right out, but these are child and adult proof. I had to use a knife to get each pill out, and then sometimes the knife stabbed the pill, breaking it open....

The Total Cleanse product did not work the way you would expect from the advertising. They don't really tell you the potential charged you will incur if you don't cancel in the time allotted. I used the product as instructed while using the Acai Burn product and I lost nothing. All it seemed to do was give me constipation. This is not a product I would recommend to anyone. When I think of a total cleanse it should clean out your system instead of stop you up. I would like to see more openness in the advertising of these types of products. I don't believe it really works for anyone after my experience. Don't waste your money even for the shipping with the free trial. Their customer service is not that good either. I bought the SlimQuick weight loss supplement pills to try and help lose the rest of my baby weight from my pregnancy. Slimquick claimed to increase metabolism, reduce appetite, boost energy, all that good stuff that other weight loss pills claimi to do as well. The first week you take 1 pill every six hours on an empty stomach and then it increases to 2 pills at a time the second week, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. The first week I was naseous and sick to my stomach after taking just one pill. No wonder it decreases appetite, I couldn't have eaten if I wanted to! It left me feeling bad, but it was tolerable. I did lose two pounds that first week, but I felt terrible the whole time. The pills also made me shaky and jittery. The second week when I tried taking two at a time I felt even worse. I just stopped taking them altogether after that because losing ten pounds wasn't worth feeling the way I did.

When ever I want to lose a little weight I use the Mega T fat Burner pills. I have used them off and on for the past couple of years. I think they work like a charm. It cuts my cravings for food down so I do not eat when I am not hungery. That is where I put all my weight on cause I want to eat all the time when I am bored. I bought this product sometime ago with the intention of trying to lose weight. It was suppose to help curb your appitite and help control your hunger. This Mega-T product did not do what it was suppose to do, instead of controlling and curbing my appitite it made me more hungry than when I was not taking this product, so I quit taking it. Plus I had to quit taking it because it would cause my heart to skip beats whenever it was not suppose to. If you are on any type of medication, especially prescription medication, seek your doctors advice before you attempt to start taking this weight loss product, because what works for some people may not work for other people.

I suffer from hypothyroidism and four years after giving birth to my third child, I was done. I work 40+ hours a week leaving me too tired and too busy to exercise.
