I took this pill in the summer of 2007 (for 3 months) and I lost 50lbs. I would get severly nauseated if I took this pill without eating. To curb that I began taking the pill with a glass of milk. It curbed my appetite and I had extreme amounts of energy. But, if I took the pill too late into the day I would tend to be fully awake during the night. I found that 1 pill would last me the whole day. I also found that if you are constantly taking diet pills in general, then they are not going to work because your body becomes immune to them. If you are currently taking a diet pill then I suggest going 3-6 months without any diet pills before you start taking a new one. Also, I took the Mega-T Green Tea pills that were in the bottle.

I've been taking Adipex for only a week. I just finished my first week today i got them at a doctors office and they gave me 2 weeks supply of adipex, one week supply of vitamins and fiber, and over a month supply of "water pills" to make you sweat, and trust me they make you sweat!

Anyway, I love adipex so far I have so much energy. I do so much more stuff around the house and i can honestly say im eating alot less. I was told to take half a pill an hour before breakfast and half a pill an hour before dinner. As soon as i take the pill i feel full and when i think of food i feel sick. I feel and look like i lost some weight already. but im gonna wait another week before i do that.

Side effects that i noticed are: fast heartbeat, dry mouth, diarhea, using the bathroom alot, trouble sleeping and mood swings.

But to me, they are all worth it!

Feb 2008 I had turned 40. I had gone to Vegas to celebrate my birthday I had a good time really enjoyed myself. When I came back from my trip I had looked in the mirror and I asked myself " Ok You just turned 40..What are you gonna do?" I said to myself looking in the mirror" I am going to lose weight" Feb 9th 2008 I decided to go on a diet. My results were wonderful the only problem was my weight was doing the yo-yo affect lose 5 gain 10. I got tired and frustrated with doing that. I was sitting on my couch looking at the Alli advertisement.

After I watched it, I did some research online visited alli's website. A friend of mine was on it and told me about Alli and the treatment affects. now, I was a lil hesitant on trying alli in fear of the Treatment affects. I decided to purchase the 60 pill starter kit to see if I will like alli.

June 16th was when I started Alli. July 5th was my first treatment affect. 4th of jully I had BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese....

I have loved trimspa since i first tried it about 6 years ago. It worked amazing for me and i am a total junk food junkie. i lost about 23 pounds my first go around with it which totally put my faith into it. I first tried it because i saw what it had done for anna nicole, i mean it seemed to work a miracle for that woman, you know? now, my poor flabby body is in need of some trimspa beacuse i have had 2 kids in the past 3 years!

I am going to give it a second go around here in the next couple of weeks. i need to lose80 lbs that i gained from my daughters! I am hoping that it will help me as well as it did last time. my only real gripe is that after a while it can get hard to remember to take it. i am horrible at remembering pills. but if you can remember to take it, it will work wonders. it fills you up because you have to drink a buttload of water with it, but that is a good thing i guess. so youre less hungry and more tempted to exercise rather than eat.

So in the past month and a half i've gained about 15lbs due to medication i was on and was recently taken off of them but of coarse the weight has yet to go. I'm orginally 130lbs but have ballooned to 145lbs. I exercise and eat healthy being a vegeterian but i needed an extra boost of energy while working out which these pills have given me. I just started taking the pills today (6/5/09) and they seem to be working i haven't been craving anything but water. I think this is a great and affordable product and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been dieting for over a year now, and lost about 70 pounds. Eventually, I wasn't able to lose weight anymore. I started to fight with anorexia, desperate to lose the last 20 lbs, and I was very much in need of a way out. I began taking Mega-T diet pills, not really expecting them to work. Along with an extremely strict diet (since I'm getting over anorexia, its very very low), and exercise, I lost 4 pounds in 4 days immeditately. Mega-T will hopefully continue working for me, and I would reccommend it to anyone. The boost of energy is noticeable, but not overwhelming. I've never noticed any appetite change though.. I am still hungry all the time. But that would be the pills only negative, so far.

I did the 30day trial of the Acai Berry Edge product from GNS(notGNC). I went into this trial open-minded. I started taking them on a monday. I followed directions and took two in am. and two in pm, with food and water,as directed.by the first evening i had problems. I had such maiodorous gas that my hubby threatened to make me sleep on the couch! I had such bad diarrhea i was in the bathroom every 10 minutes(no exaggeration!). I thought it was just temporary. It got worse ! By that friday i stopped taking them and almost went to the hospital due to rectal bleeding!!After only 5 days! my doctor said if it got worse or didn't stop by monday to go to emergency room. It has stopped yet. i have a doctors appt. for tues. I returned the product for a refund. I would suggest no one try this product, the risk outweighs the benefits.

I've been talking Alli now for about 3 months or so and I have lost 45 pounds so far! It is a simple program, you don't eat anymore than they recommend and you are fine.. no "treatment effects". If you do have an event or meal that you go over your fat grams just don't take the pill, it's that simple. I keep track of my calorie and fat intake with an online calorie tracker and that has made it so simple and has really made me accountable for what I'm putting in my mouth. With a good diet and some exercise Alli definitely helps your weight-loss to be faster and more successful.

I have been having problems with my weight since I was diagnosed with cancer several years ago. Even though I had not changed my eating habits I was gaining weight like crazy. I tried weight watchers and tracked every bite of food I ate on their web site stayed within my points and was still gaining. I then tried this really cool software but it too was based on calorie counting and nutritional value so it was not successful. I thought about diet pills but was leery due to the fact that I am very sensitive to stimulants. I learned about Alli and researched it. I thought it would be worth a try. I asked my doctor and he agreed and said it is the only product he ever consents to his patients using. I was already maintaining a 1,000 -1,200 calorie low fat diet so I did not need to change my eating habits. I started taking the pills and to my amazement I lost 2 pounds the first week over the course of the next 3 months I lost 20 pounds. I took a break for about 2 months...

I bought Alli after I had my baby. I weighed in at 158 I started Alli,dieting and little exercise and got down to 136 in a span of 3 months. I have currently put myself back on Alli to loose some more weight and get back down to what I was. I have not been as determined this time in leaving the bad food alone and getting commited to my diet and Alli. As some of you may know Alli holds you accountable for the things you eat so I just dont take it when I feel weak for my bad food. I would reccomend this product to anyone willing to put what it takes into using these pills, it take alot of dedication to make it work and not get the side effects.

I started Slimquick extreme on Tuesday 5/5/2009. I am getting married in October 2009 so I am trying to lose 30 pounds total. I started at 176 on 5/5/2009; I am now at 172 on 5/8/2009. I haven't really changed my eating habits and I have only exercised once this week. I can actually say that I noticed a difference the next day or so. My pants are a little loose now (waist area). All of my weight gain is mostly in my midsection and my stomach has noticeably gone down, it's prob just water weight loss at this point, but I'll take that. It hasn't suppressed my appetite, but maybe I am just greedy..but I can say that this pill will not let you over eat or you will feel miserable and probably vomit. I have noticed my energy has gone up. I tried taking two pills in the morning and the other two mid day, but it was a little to strong and made me a little wacky. I am back to taking one in the am and one mid day. I am reading mixed reviews on this supplement, maybe it depends on your body's chemistry...

I began Alli to lose weight that I could not seem to get off after exercising and trying to watch what I ate. In the beginning I had diarrhea after eating foods higher in fat. After about 2 weeks the diarrhea stopped and began to feel better about the choices I was making in my food intake. I stayed with the program for about 12 weeks and lost 8 pounds. I was very pleased with the results and recommended it to several friends and family, whom have tried it too. They too have been pleased with the results of Alli.I think this product works and will be around for a long time to come.

This review is fairly neutral results for a diet pill taht I bought at Wal-mart called Lipozene. I was really excited about it when I first bought it ( as with the start of any new diet), and at first it really seemed to work to control appetite and increase energy. There was no real crash to the Lipozene, in the first two weeks I had lost almost six pounds. However that was where the effectiveness ended. I continued to take them for an additional month with no real results. They are made by the Dietary Research Institute and claim to be clinically proven to help reduce weight, help reduce body fat and be safe and effective. They are fairly inexpensive compared to most diet pills and you only take 2 capsules before each meal (3 times a day) with an 8oz glass of water. The main ingredient in Lipozene is Amporphophallus Konjac (from konjac root) and the only real warning about taking it is to be sure to drink plenty of fluid or you could experience swelling of the esophagus...

I am a mother & grandmother, I have dieted all my life, I find that pills have far worse side effects than Alli. Alli is an excellent aide to your diet program. It teaches you quickly what you can have and what you can not, by unpleasant side effects. You will see results within a week and it will double the weight you would normally loose by taking Alli.

It is convenient if you do eat things you are not suppose to because you will not keep all the calories. It gives you an extra boost to your diet when you go off your diet it helps you get right back on.

Target has gift cards available for Alli purchases. You also do not have to pay for a Doctor visit or prescription. You need to take it at home until you know what it is going to do, such as loose bowel movements.

Some people cannot take diet aides because of blood pressure, this does not effect your blood pressure only your weight. I think it is a great product and am glad you don't have to have a prescription any more.

slim quick intense was such a great product it helped me so well that now my daughters are both trying it and they are loving it as well.

it helps you control your appetite it taste great too. it is well worth the price and not as expensive as other products i have seen out there. it works so smooth that you don't even realize that you're cutting down.

i am not at all rich and this fit into my budget just fine. i lost 30 lbs taking this product. i would recommend it over and over again. everyone around me saw the results on me....

When I started taking alli, I was 235 lbs and in less than 5 months, I lost over 35 lbs. Besides taking alli, I did exercise and monitor what I ate, but by no means was I being very strict. I would try to exercise for at least 30 minutes about 2-3 times a week and do stretches in the morning before work. I still indulged in the foods I loved on the weekends (like pizza & chicken wings), but during the weekdays, I would try to limit my calorie intake to 1500-2000 calories a day. Yes, if I hadn't taken alli, I still would have lost weight, but it would not have been as much.

Remember, you have to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1.0-lb (or eat 3,500 calories to gain 1.0-lb), and your body will burn between 2,000-2,500 calories a day depending on your age, weight, height, and sex. Therefore, if you watch your calorie intake and do some form of exercise (anything is better than nothing), then you will lose weight.

The benefit from taking alli is that it will help reduce the amount of calories...

I started taking hydroxycut about five weeks ago. I noticed after the first few days my stomach felt slightly flatter. I am a full time student and i also work, I don't have much time to worry with my weight. With hardly any time for homework, working out is on the bottom of my to-do list. I have noticed an increase in my energy level, but sometimes it almost feels like I need to take my hydroxycut because my energy level is dropping. Like so many products out there, Burn 60 seems to affect everyone differently. I started taking it 5 days ago on the reccomendation of a friend who loved it. First of all, I have to say ALWAYS follow the instructions when putting any pill into your body! I noticed a few reviews that mentioned adverse affects when they take it in the afternoon or evening. It says on the bottle to take 2 pills before breakfast.

As far as my experience, this pill has made me feel very naseous. I've yet to be able to bring myself to work out because I feel like I just want to vomit. However I do feel more awake and alert than before. The second side effect I noticed was mood swings. I had been in a great mood up until I began taking Burn 60. Alli Diet pills - this product did nog work at all. I purchased it at walmart and found out that after a 2 weeks, this product was not helping loose weight at all. I had no accidents as it indicates you might have. I did not feel any thing unusual, but did not feel good either. It is FDA approved, but I think this product should only be used if you have a lot of weight to loose. I only needed to loose about 15 pounds. It was a little pricer than other products. There was a website that I also joined to further help with using the product and followed the suggestions listed on the site, but still found nothing to assist me in loosing the weight. I think it was a little misleading with all the informercials and talk about this product. So it might just work for some people, but it totally did not work for me at all. After I was done using this product, I gave it to my husband and it did not work for him either even after following the plan. So I would not recommend this...
