Monisha says "Alli Diet Pills - great to lose weight" about Alli Diet Pills

Alli Diet Pills is the first FDA approved pills to loose weight. I know a friend who has used these pills and has lost lots of weight. However, One thing one needs to keep in mind is you need to add healthy eating and exercise along with these pills to get successful results.

One of the side effects for this pills is that you will have to use the restoom lots of time and one wil have sticky butt when you use the restroom and will also experience lots of flatus.

However, this is experienced only by few people. I think that this is a great pill to loose weight....

china-cat84 says "You have to do your part!" about All brands - Diet Pills Opinion

I think the biggest problem with diet pills is that people seem to think that they can just take a pill for awhile and magically they will lose weight and look perfect. This is not the case people! You can't just sit on your butt, pig out, and think that the pill will still help you!

Another problem is that diet pill companies capitalize on the fact that people are desperate to lose weight - and the fact that many of us focus on a certain area of the body such as the stomach, hips, or thighs. Anyone will tell you that even with exercise you can't just target one specific area to lose fat. You can target an area to tone muscles but not for fat loss. And if you can't do that with exercise, what makes you think a diet pill can change things?

Also, the FDA doesn't regulate "supplements" which is what many of these diet pills fall under - nonprescription ones, anyway. What does this mean? Well, look at the big ephedra scare back a few years ago. Since the FDA doesn't regulate these substances,......

marieKey says "I like it a lot!" about GNC Burn 60

I decided to try Burn 60 after reading a bazillion positive reviews from different websites.

I'm a little over 5 feet tall (pretty short) and I'm also top heavy (big boobs). I just really want to shed 10lbs or more. I'm in the area of 137 and would love to see myself around the low 120s. At my heaviest I've been 152 and at my smallest I've been 131 all within the past 2 years.

I've tried medical weight loss, personal trainer's, gym memberships, diets for dummies, slim fast, to lean cuisines. So needlest to say I am the QUEEN of FAD diets/ weightloss tricks.

I started taking Burn 60 about 3 weeks ago. The 1st time I took 2 pills around 7:20pm before an evening workout. It was the biggest mistake of my life! My heart raced when I worked out my body got extremely HOT and I felt dizzy a couple times doing my cardio. I also tossed and turned ALL NIGHT from all the caffeine. 2 pills = 2 cups of coffee.

Don't get me wrong I like the supplement! Lol Now I only 1 or 2 pending on how I feel in the morning...
...

So I am 5'3 and 125 but feel like I needed to tone and lean up.

My target in to lose 10 lbs and so far it's great at giving me energy and making me feel full. I am working out 3 times a week and I am patient. I don't think this product is good for people who want to lose tons of weight but rather keep the weight off or drop a couple pounds. It definetely works but you can't be eating crap all the time.

It's probly gonna be harder and take longer to lose the wright but this product is very helpful and makes me feel like I'm not hungry at all. Mission accomplished.
...

unknownsoul5 says "It didn't work." about 72 Hour Diet Pill

So, the 72 hour diet pill. Many people have heard of it, some have tried it. Bottom line, I tested it out. The pill is supposed to help you 'lose 10 pounds in 72 hours'. You take a few pills twice a day with meals and a full glass of water. I did as instructed, and kept my exercise routine the way it normally is.

After 3 days and 30 pills, I stepped onto the scale to reveal I was the exact same weight as before. At first I was angry, but then realizing that no pill is magically, I got over it. A few days later I looked at the scale again and I was 2 pounds lighter. I'm not sure how it fell off, but maybe the pill did help.

Personally, I think exercise, small meals, and lots of water is your best bet. The 72 hour diet pill is a hassle for no real reward. I wouldn't reccommend it.
...

Flowermaker says "I lost weight without being hungry." about FORM FORM

I heard of this this product call FORM from a doctor I work with. Its a capsule that when taken with water 1/2 hour before a meal, turns into a gel to help you eat less. So when decreasing your food intake when dieting, it helps you stay full for up to 4 hours. It does not have any side effects nor interfer with medications.

I was sceptical at first, thinking this was just another diet product. Now I have to say it works! I have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. This product has helped me finally stick to a diet. A great aid in weight loss.

I found it at thegelpill.com if anyone wants to try it.
...

I started taking Alli because I had recently put on some weight. The greatest thing I can say about this product is that its the only diet supplement I've found that doesn't use stimulants. Ive tried other pills that made me jittery or kept me up all night, so I needed something that was caffeine and stimulant free. This does have side effects, but I think that Alli may have gotten a bad rap as far as that goes. In my experience I've found that if I don't eat large amounts of fat I don't get any side effects at all. If I screw up on my diet and eat a lot of crap, then I do. I think for me this is the best thing about Alli. It gives me the willpower that I don't normally have. Knowing that I will get those side effects keeps me from eating the foods that I shouldn't be eating anyway. I know this isn't a long term solution, but my hope is that this can be used as an aid while I become accustomed to eating right and generally living a healthier lifestyle. The bottom line......

So all these pills say that they will help you lose weight, bull! I have tried numerous types of weight loss pills and do you know what I found to work the best? Good ol' fashioned exercise. I didn't drop any weight with diet pills and to be honest the only thing i gained from them was energy because most of them containe caffeine. I stop taking diet pills and started going to the gym daily and lost 25 pounds in 2 months...now that is the real way to lose weight!...

I have say with me being a busy college kid not really needing to lose weight but it gave me that full feeling when taking classes all day till i could get my break to go get food then i'd take my second one for the day and be ready for the next 6 hours of classes so i don't have to buy junk food. I gave me more energy without stopping my normal eatting habits good or bad. While i don't want to lose weight it took offer that 5 pounds we could all stand to lose my clothes fit better but most most of all i feel better. I would say that if your a college student and tired of eating junk food till you can get to real food use this product after you eat breakfast then after your lunch but no close to when your ready to go to sleep it has caffine in it so it keeps you up. It does give you that "i'm not hungry feeeling" and most of all it's cheap. You do have some side effects but nothing that you can't handle a minor headache and a tender stomach for about a week but it does work.
...

Ok, I have been taking Adicor for 3 days now and have lost 4lbs. I am trying to look skinny so I can look hot again! lol, I haven't changed my diet and I don't exercise. My job is sitting only and it does have Hoodia in it for appetite suppressant. And it WORKS! Despite negative reviews for Diet Blog users I tried it anyways and it does work. My husband also has not changed his diet and does not exercise and after day 2 lost 2 1/2 pounds. Yay for us! I will review again in a couple days to insure that it keeps working for me. Also I have a heart condition mitral valve pro lapse and have had NO side affects. More energy yes, and I love it. Not crackhead kind of energy either, good I can get through my day energy.
I started taking adipex-p around 2 months ago. I take the slow release ones so I don't crash hard when i'm coming off them. I lost 14 pounds the first month. I have tried all kinds of diet pills & I always quit taking them cause they make me jittery or you have to take a bunch. With adipex I take 1 pill in the morning and thats it! I waited 9 days to fill my script again cause I wanted to see how I would do without the pills. I ate a little more but still did real good and didn't gain any weight back. I am about to start taking them again. I am very happy with these pills. Nothing else has ever worked for me. I have always weighed around 130 pounds.. For the last 6years I have weight 200pounds. Also I want everyone to know I don't have insurance and I pay $28 to get a 1 month supply filled at wal-mart pharmacy. I would pay $100 a month (if I had it...lol). They are worth it!!!!!!!!!!...

Xenadrine- this diet pill is not a winner. It raised my blood pressure over 40 points just in a matter of 15 minutes after taking it and not partaking in anything active. I believe it is deadly. My advice to you is to stay away from this one. I have also tried Hydroxycut which gave me the same effects as this one rapid heart beats feeling like my heart was going to jump out of my body along with the high blood pressure. My advice to lose weight would be to get on weight watchers. It has worked for me and it is truly a healthy way to lose weight.
...
