Mega-T is a great Product compared to several other product I have tried inluding homeopathic and Fuco-thin. I have been using for a week now and I have more energy and decreased appetite, I have noticed an increase in using the bathroom though and I am constantly thirsty. I think this will defenitely help me in my weightloss, the only thin I have to warn is don't drink soda, it will make yoiu sick and my dotor told me that diet soday actually increases your appetite and so do flavored...

I started taking adipex-p around 2 months ago. I take the slow release ones so I don't crash hard when i'm coming off them. I lost 14 pounds the first month. I have tried all kinds of diet pills & I always quit taking them cause they make me jittery or you have to take a bunch. With adipex I take 1 pill in the morning and thats it! I waited 9 days to fill my script again cause I wanted to see how I would do without the pills. I ate a little more but still did real good and didn't gain any weight back. I am about to start taking them again. I am very happy with these pills. Nothing else has ever worked for me. I have always weighed around 130 pounds.. For the last 6years I have weight 200pounds. Also I want everyone to know I don't have insurance and I pay $28 to get a 1 month supply filled at wal-mart pharmacy. I would pay $100 a month (if I had it...lol). They are worth...

Xenadrine- this diet pill is not a winner. It raised my blood pressure over 40 points just in a matter of 15 minutes after taking it and not partaking in anything active. I believe it is deadly. My advice to you is to stay away from this one. I have also tried Hydroxycut which gave me the same effects as this one rapid heart beats feeling like my heart was going to jump out of my body along with the high blood pressure. My advice to lose weight would be to get on weight watchers. It has worked for me and it is truly a healthy way to lose weight. —...

I used Tahitian Noni Juice a year ago and quit. Recently I was visiting a friend. I had forgotten about Noni. She had an ad for Noni printed on her car. I remember how good I felt the first time I took it and asked her to let me purchase a few bottles. All I can say is , I feel better and will continue to take it (an ounce daily). I don't have the food cravings I had. It does give me energy, My arthritis pain is is gone so far and I am not suffering from after effects that some medications render.I know it does not cure everything, but it sure helps a lot of things. I also have high high blood pressure and am eating less because I am not craving. I don't take Noni at dinner time (Only once a day, in the morning) because it does give me energy and I would not be able to sleep. I have only been taking it for a week, I am not a crowd follower, I do what I believe is best for...

I have been taking Slimquick Extreme for a wk and have had no issues thus far. I put on several pounds over the past few months (though my girlfriends don't see what my issue is lol) and wanted something that would knock me down to normal size within a few weeks. — After wk 1, I'm already pleased. I don't deal in "pounds" so I use a Curves tape measurer to get my measurements. I have lost several inches overall and am well on my way back to a comfortable body size! — I read the entire pamphlet and followed the instructions RELIGIOUSLY, taking the amount directed in 6-hour, morning/afternoon intervals. I do cardio and strength sessions several evenings/wk. I watch what I eat and didn't drink much besides water - 1 cup of coffee first thing in the morning is my only caffeine. — I haven't been jittery ONCE, which is surprising considering other reviews - I had been expecting it and nothing. Anyway ...
I used Alli for two months and it didn't really help me with losing any weight. It will cost you about 50 dollars a month and all I received was symptoms of gas, constipation runny stools. I feel the best way to lose weight is by exercizing more and eating fewer carbs. And I don't mean Dr. Atkins. You should be able to lose weight by limiting your carbs to 50 grams a day and that should do it. Also try to eat at least half of your calories before 9 am. That spikes your metabolism to help you lose weight. Drink coffee at least once per day, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and a small amount of whole grains. Up your fiber intake. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Especially cold water. That will use up 50 calories per day. Taking pills is not the natural way to go. Its not really good for your body, costs too much, and you can't take a pill forever. Walking is the easiest exercize plan you can...

First I'd like to give you a background on my knowledge of "Supplements" this is not a diet miricale pill. None of them are. I see alot of people thinking that, taking any of the supplements think they dont have to eat right, drink water and exersice. That in conjunction with a supplement is how someone is going to lose the weight. I have worked for a dietician and my mother in law is a dietician. —

As for SLIMQUICK with HOODIA. It is a energy booster and a fat burner.
— It has WORKED FOR ME. I was 140 before I had my child 10 months ago I put on 90lbs in my pregnancy maxing out at 236 I am 5'6. I was 220 when I bought slimquick. I just started taking slimquick with hoodia " FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS" 2 1/2 weeks ago in conjunction with a sensible diet plan.( I use one similar to the grocery store diet.)
— I only do a 15 minute low impact cardio (belly dance) and the work out in the little pamplet that comes with it. I have lost 12lbs!!! and 9.5 inches!!!...

One year ago I started a new program in life called Isagenix-my friend had lost 25 lbs in 6 months and Fox News in Tucson had just done a bit on the cleanse portion. I was at 220 lbs felt a change was needed and of course nothing seemed to work. Well I signed up. I thought about the beginning cost of $400 for the 9 day cleanse and the 30 day program and the fact that you would need to pay almost $300 a month for the rest of your life, but I jumped in anyways. It was the best thing I ever did. — The 9 day cleanse was really hard at first. They have you do a basic 3 days and then the grueling 9 days begins. You drink a cleansing product 4 times a day and can have 6 almonds, a little salad, or these chalky snacks that they give you. You do this for 2 straight days. The chalky snacks actually grow on you and you end up savoring them. After those two days you have a shake in the morning 600 calories of food during the day and...

This is an ad that usually affect mostly women and I think that the public has the world bent on instant gratification. If you want to lose weight the noble thing to do would be to watch what you eat! You can not have honey buns and donuts with bun-buns on the side and wonder why the world should feel sorry for you because you are the size of 3 mamouths and a baby elephant. Being lazy is how you end up gaining weight to begin with....eating and then sitting or sleeping...Thank GOD for Richard Simmons and Sweating To The Oldies.....yall better get with it and stop looking for the easy and quick way...

I haven't been to Weight Watchers in a few years, and hopefully it has improved, but I never made it to the maintenance level any of the numerous times I joined. One time I won an award for losing 10 pounds, and when I was up in front and everyone was clapping I blurted out that I had actually lost 100 pounds! The leader looked at me funny, and I quickly added, that I had lost the same 10 pounds 10 times! Which was very true. Then I joined Weight Watchers online a couple of years ago, and after I paid my dues, and logged out, I never logged back in. I'm hopeless. But I want a healthy weight eating lifestyle, that lets me eat a few yummy things...
