KaciOhio says "I grew up on these, my kids are growing up on them too! " about Flintstones Vitamins

Flintstones Vitamins are very cute and easy to chew up. My kids love these things as I did when I was a kid. Now that I'm grown I don't like the vitamin taste but still chew one every once in awhile. A multivitamin with Vitamin A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Sodium and Carbs and Sugar. Chew 1 tablet a day adults and children over the age of 2. My 2 year old son LOVES these and wakes up every morning wanting his vitamin which is great! He won't let me forget. I love that the little bottle has a child lock lid so they cannot try to open it and get into them. It is possible for these to hurt your child if they do have more than the recommended amount. So keep them up high and give your child one daily for a better immune system. :) Love your kiddo's.
...

Goddess10 says "Vitamins "never " tasted so good & they're good for you too!" about Flintstones Vitamins

Flintstones Vitamins are some of the best tasting vitamins ever created. One reason is they taste really good, almost like candy. They are also fun and dandy to eat and to look at. That's because they're design is just plain adorable. You almost hate to eat them because they're so cute. They are crunchy in a good way of course, making them all the more marvelous to eat.
Oh, and let's not forget that they are really good for you, as they have the main essential vitamins. I like the design on the containers and the way the product looks inside. I also think that the price is reasonable for what you get. The containers they come in are the right sizes also, because you can take them anywhere you go. I don’t think they’ll ever be a day that I’ll get sick of these vitamins, because they truly are delicious! I also like the fact that these vitamins are not fattening. What I mean by that is that they don't have calories like some other vitamins do.

...

OK I've always had a problem with regularity every since I was small. I've tried everything increasing fruits, veggies, fiber, bran, and the doctors say I'm fine and healthy and not to worry about it some women are regular as others. Ex-Lax works the best for me but I don't want to use that daily because it does have chemicals. Well I tried recently a couple of products from GNC, and I have to say they don't know what in the world they are talking about.

It was recommended to me to use the NEW Garden GreensTM Global FruitsTM 2-Day Juice Cleanse in combination with 500 milligrams of Magnesium, and I would feel so much better and it would kick start me to become more regular. I have been using the 500 milligrams of Magnesium for over a week with minimal results, and 2 days this week I used the Garden GreensTM Global FruitsTM 2-Day. This stuff is so nasty that it tastes like rotten pineapple juice, and it did nothing absolutely nothing and it cost me $25 dollars for no results. ...
...

My son had to withdraw from college last year because he got so sick that he fell behind in his classes. Once he was sick, it seemed like he couldn't get better and seemed to catch any germ that came his way. He went to a few doctors and they ran numerous tests including tests for scary stuff like mono and chronic bronchitis. The tests all came back negative. He went to an allergist who also ran tests. They found allergies, but nothing that would necessitate medicating. Frustration set in and the nagging thought that I needed to find a way to boost his immune system. I didn't know how to go about it.

I was introduced to Sambucol Original Formula, a clinically tested supplement made from elderberries. The anti-oxidants of elderberries helps combat the illness and regular use could be taken as a preventative measure. I am no stranger to using elderberries as a homeopathic medicine. I make an elderberry jam that I mix into nettle tea for colds and upper respiratory sickness....
...

I like a lot the Flinstones, my first flinstones vitamins, cause they rock, and they get you out of trouble with the little ones. I recommended to my little nephews instead of other ugly and bored and bitter ones, because with the Flinstones, since they see the picture on the box, they kinda get excited to try it, the first time, and the second one, is true, they even ask you to give then their flinstones diary dose. It is practical, and you don't loose time triying the babys to take it. And of course, get you good memories, of your childhood.
...

NSI Magnesium Capsules contain 500 mg of magnesium in each easy to swallow capsules.

I suffer from hypo-magnesium and have tried several brands of Magnesium supplements and by far the NSI Magnesium has been the easiest to swallow and to digest. All the other brands of Magnesium that I tried came in large, hard pills, that would start to dissolve as soon as you put them in your mouth, making them very hard to swallow. I take 9 magnesium pills a day, so this was a huge problem for me along with them making my stomach upset.

I didn't have any stomach upset with the NSI Magnesium, and as far as keeping my magnesium levels up, it worked great. My magnesium levels are monitored weekly and they have been in the normal range. They are easy to absorb and a good quality magnesium

Price wise the NSI Magnesium is cheaper than most that I have tried. Even if I had to pay more for it, to me it would be worth it since its in an easy to swallow capsule. Even though I had a prescription for...
...

I started giving these to my toddler at age 2 at the recommendation of my pediatrician. My daughter is now almost 2 and 4 months. The pediatrician stated any flinstones for toddlers will do. I didn't see the gummy ones at my local Raindew. I purchased these chewable ones instead since they said my first flinstones and she had never had a solid chewable vitamin like this before. She takes them with no issue and asks for her vitamins in the morning. They taste like candy and she keeps asking for more but of course she only gets one a day. I tasted one just now just for old times sake and mmm it was a yummy red one. These are good for children age 2 and 3 who are starting to take their first chewable vitamin. ...

My husband told me about this and he works in the health field. It tastes really sweet so I have no problem getting my 2 year old to take it. I really think it works since I have used it with my daughter. She used to get sick a few days after going to the babysitter who had other little children of her own. She got sick twice this way. I decided to give her this before going to the babysitter and she didn't get sick. i don't know if it's really this or her immune system got better over time. She likes taking it though. For daily maintenance children can take 1 teaspoon daily and adults take 2 teaspoons daily. For intensive use adults take 4 tablespoons four times daily. Children take 1 tablespoon two times daily. I've only used this for intensive use. It's only 4 oz. and won't last long if you are following the daily maintenance intake. I would have also have liked a dropper instead of it having none. It would make it easier for children to take instead of......

My significant other suffers from high blood pressure. He also loves salt. The result: something had to give.

He loves salty foods, and I swear he could live on pepperoni, hot dogs, sausage and other high sodium foods. He salts his fresh tomatoes and slices of watermelon. Short of going on a very restrictive diet, there is not much you can do about processed foods. You can, however, take a step in lowering your sodium intake as far as the "salt" you add to your meals.

That's where Cardia Salt comes in. It has real salt taste and contains 54% less sodium than regular table salt. It comes in 4 ounce shakers and is very convenient to place on the table. I don't even buy regular table salt anymore. The product also contains potassium and magnesium, which are essential minerals. Because it contains potassium, it should not be used by persons on potassium restricted diets unless approved by a physician.

Cutting hubby's sodium intake by 54% on the "extra" salt added to cooking...
...
