today there is a lot of stuff out their for weight loss but i must tell you from experince the most of it is genuine (HYPE) everybody wants to sell you every thing under the sun hoping you will belive you can loose weight by buying there product. well let me tell you of my wife and mine experince,we tried about every thing and considering she is a dibetic we were pretty desperate until oneday we were sitting at home and it hit us. we looked at our weight problem as if it pertained to our jobs. ( i know) but think about it a minute, when you are doing your job don't you have to stay focused on it to do it right? same applies to weight loss if you focus on it you will do it.(example) when eating as soon as you start to feel full stop and push your plate back away from you and do this every time you eat and eat anything you want and the weight will come off and of course take your vitamins and excerise light. by eating this way your workout doesn't have to be so hard. i hope you will trust...
...

AnnaBanana says "It may not exactly taste like Fannie May, but HEY!" about Viactiv Calcium Chews

We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving feast today at my friend's house in Brookfield and afterward, as I was chatting with my hostess in her kitchen, I noticed a box of Viactive Calcium Chews sitting on a countertop. I had been curious about this product for a long time and as it just so happened, I had forgotten to take my morning dose of my usual CVS Pharmacy Calcium 600 + D Supplement so I waded right in and asked my friend for one of her Viactiv Calcium Chews.

I won't lie to you and say that these chews are as good as Fannie May caramels. They aren't but they are delicious just the same with no hint of an aftertaste or calamitous digestive side effect. I thought they were QUITE chewy and I suggest -- unless you really have 100% confidence in your teeth and fillings -- that you suck on a Viactive chew to soften it a little instead of chomping right down. Viactiv Calcium Chews come in an assortment of flavors including Milk Chocolate, Caramel, Mochaccino, Raspberry and Orange...
...

bidu says "Really a good product for healthcare" about One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets

I used 'one a day women' for 1 years. It is a quality product to be used for healthcare. Once we take it we need not take care of how many vitamins we took in today's food and the best thing is that it contains minerals also. It can be compared with centrum. But it is specially made for women. It contains special vitamins for breast care and approved by cancer association. Unless someone is facing some other health problems like severe deficiency of any special vitamin, it is best to care your daily needs. But if someone has iron deficiency or vitamin B deficiency, it does not help. For such cases separate suppliments are required. It is general dietary suppliment not to cure any kind of problem like skin, hair or eye. it does contain vitamins but those works for healthy person. For example, we go out with friends and forget about our schedule for taking food or menu items, we just eat what all agrees on. That time we look at taste not at the calories or vitamins. So a tablet at bed...
...

I always wanted to find a multivitamin that will have all or at least most of the stuff I need. I tried many different brands: centrum alive and others. All the multivamines I've tried had either bad taste or did absolutely nothing for me. I wanted a multivitamin that I could feel the effect. One of my friends that is a high school athlete said that he takes Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins and it gives him extra bost of energy. So I said why not what do I have to lose. So I bought this multivitamine and the effect was so obvious that my whole houshold saw the difference righ the way. I could'n beliebe the difference. The mornings are the worst for me I always feel sleepy and slugish but not after taking this.
luvsknives says "CVS, a GREAT place to get good vitamins" about CVS Brand Vitamin D 1000 units

CVS brand Vitamin D 1000 units rocks! I often go to CVS to pick up my prescription medications. The prices are good, and I trust the people and pharmacists there. They seem to know exactly what I need to feel better.

The other day I received a call from my doctor regarding my prescription medications he prescribes me. I have hypothyroidism and am taking 2 different medications. According to my doctor, he said that I would need to start a Vitamin D supplement as my calcium levels were borderline abnormal, and my weight has increased considerably in the last 2 years.

I'm not sure if you know this, but Vitamin D helps to regulate calcium levels in your blood and in the tissues. It also has an indirect relationship to weight. If you are at optimum Vitamin D levels, your weight should be about normal for your height. Also, the more fat you have in your body, the less chance that Vitamin D can do its job.

So anyway, back to my review. I went to CVS to buy a Vitamin D supplement. ...
...

A few years ago my bone density test showed a disparity between the two sites tested. After going to see an Osteoporosis specialist I was told that I was osteopenic. My doctor prescribed Evista and instructed me to take daily supplements of calcium and vitamin D. She explained that the vitamin D helps the body absorb the calcium so they needed to be taken together. Little did she know that I HATE taking medicine, including vitamins. I vowed to turn over a new leaf and purchased a bottle of calcium and a bottle of vitamin D. I took them whenever I thought about it- which wasn't very often.

Later, I found Vitafusion Gummy Calcium with Vitamin D-3 and decided to give it a go. I am so glad that I did! They taste great and easy to take. It is almost like popping a couple of candies into my mouth. In fact, the ingredients are similar to candy. The first two ingredients are glucose syrup and sucrose so they aren't for everyone.

The gummy calcium bites are swirled with fruit flavors and covered...
...

LoveisJoy says "Weight Smart: Metabolism Booster with Vitamins and Green Tea " about One A Day Weight Smart Vitamins

I wasn't able to find these vitamins during my last trip to the drugstore, and now I realize how much I miss them. One A Day Weight Smart Vitamins seemed to help me keep my weight in my self-imposed target zone. Now that I've been without them for a couple of months, I can feel the difference they made for me.

Weight Smart contains the essential ingredients you would expect to find in a vitamin/mineral supplement. In addition, One A Day also delivers Vitamins C, B6, B12, E, Chromium, and ECGC to help "enhance your metabolism." Otherwise known as a natural green tea extract, ECGC has been reported to show significant benefit in helping to safely rev up metabolism. .

In my experience, Weight Smart is not a miracle, magic weight loss pill that will slim you with no effort. However, since I've not been using it I have added back a couple of pounds that I had kept at bay for over a year. I haven't made any other changes, so I credit Weight Smart with having a tiny role in my...
...

LoveisJoy says "One Pill A Day Supports Heart, Bone, and Breast Health" about One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets

When shopping for a multivitamin, it's easy for me to get overwhelmed by the choices. I don't want packets of vitamins to ingest throughout the day. I simply want a supplement to help balance out my (usually) healthy meals. Currently, I'm using One-A-Day Women's Multivitamins because they provide a complete daily regimen of vitamins and minerals without overdoing it.

One A Day Women's caught my eye because they support the issues that women face. With twice as much Calcium and Vitamin D as Centrum, the One-A-Day tablets provide better support for breast and bone health. I do get a good supply of daily calcium through the foods and dairy I consume, so the 45% Daily Value of the calcium in One A Day means I don't have to take an additional calcium tablet.

One A Day Women's Multivitamins support health in the following ways:

Bone Strength: Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamins D and K, Copper, Manganese

I'm always low on energy, a lot of days I wake up and just do not feel like getting out of bed. I'm anemic so being low on energy is something that I use to but the older that I get its getting harder and harder for me to deal with it so knowing this a friend of mine picked me up a bottle of Centrum Performance now I must admit I'm not really big on taking pills I do not like medicine at all and taking one on a daily bases is something that I find very hard to do but I made up in my mine that I was going to give these pills a shot and see just how well they work. So I started taking them about three months ago and I must say that these pills do exactly what they say they do. I have more energy and has even started back exercising while using them and has lost about about fifteen pounds as well. These pills provide me with the energy to actually get through a full workout and then be able to wind down afterwards without having that jittery feeling. I would recommend these Centrum Performance...
...

I have bought Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins for many years. I am a firm believer in taking vitamins. I buy this brand, cause there is a store in the area here, that offers them as buy one get one free. In this economy that is a great deal. So I have used many types of vitamin b, as well as vitamin e. I have also used black cohosh, and evening primrose. I did not care for how the last 2 made me feel. But the vitamin e was a life saver. I was going through menopause, and it helped me not to have night sweats, nor hot flashes. But as far as vitamin b goes, I can tell the difference if I do not take them, mentally. I am very grateful for these vitamins. As someone else said, I feel they have saved my life as well. i will never be without these vitamins. They have helped to make my system be on an even keel. Kept me in balance, emotionally as well as physically. I recommend them to anyone. For health's sake they are worth the money spent.
...

I am the picture of health - I make very good choices when eating, I am athletic and slender. My doctor did an annual CBC plus cholesterol as I was approaching 40 years old. He called the following day to tell me I was anemic and I had high cholesterol. He suggested taking a daily vitamin and omega 3s.

I immediately went to the pharmacy and asked which one the pharmacist recommended. She said Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins. I have never cared for taking any type of supplements so it was a big decision. She also recommended I pick up some Nature's - Flax Seed Oil. I do not particularly care for the fish "burp" that comes with fish oil.

I have been on these products for a1.5 years and I have never felt better. My cholesterol is under control as I was already on a low-fat diet. My cholesterol was due to genetics and the flax seed oil helped like nothing else. Most importantly, the vitamins gave me energy like I had not had in some time. I had no idea that I was missing out on many...
...

Target's Womens Prenatal Vitamins are excellent. They are very inexpensive for a huge bottle. I wish I had found them sooner. I had been trying different samples from my ob and then getting prescriptions for prenatals filled every month which was taking my time up and it was expensive. Someone told me about Target's brand and I tried them because the ones they were prescribing me changed somehow. Many of the other kinds messed up my system, but the Target brand prenatlas were easy on my stomach and my entire digestive system. They are easy to swallow, small and don't have a bad taste to them. I also took them while I was nursing, and little when I stopped. I have yet to find regular women's vitamins that compare to those prenatals. The big bottle saved me time by not having to go, drop off a prescription, wait to have it filled each month, and it saved me lost of money as I just paid for one bottle instead of a small one each month. It saved my digestive system as it...
...

When my midwife told me I needed to start taking a fish oil I went to my local vitamin shop armed with a list of product suggestions she gave me and did a taste test of different fish oils. The first thing that I realized was that taking actual oil while pregnant was not going to happen for me. I don't mind fish oil by itself when not pregnant, but the slimy aftertaste of the oil just didn't work for me in my more sensitive state.

I found that having an orange flavored oil in capsule form was the best plan because there will be the inevitable 'burping up' later, and now that I am further along in my pregnancy this is occurring more and more often. I am very grateful that the taste I'm repeating is orange, rather than fish.

I LOVE Viactiv calcium chews! Since I was younger, I've absolutely hated taking any kind of vitamin. I thought that vitamins only came in pill form, and that they were disgusting. My mom was always trying to get me to take different kinds, but they ones she always got me were huge and smelled awful - they made me gag! Ever since I've stumbled upon Viactiv, it's like a gold mine! I am not a milk drinker, so it's really hard to get my daily recommended dose of calcium. I was always worried that my bones would turn out brittle and I would be feeble because of it! These chews are amazing. They taste just like chocolate, and I can't taste any kind of vitamin at all. I feel like I'm eating candy instead of taking my vitamins. I'm also looking into taking the multivitamin form as well, because I need help with getting my other daily recommended doses of other vitamins. I would definitely recommend Viactiv to anyone who asked me about them, because they're great!
...

If you can't afford anything better, this will suffice, but unless you know where the source of the fish they are extracting the omegas from...well, it doesn't do you any good. It's best to ingest omega's that are free of heavy metals and thorough screened. Also, this product does not contain the gamut of all the omega's - 3, 5, 6,7 and 9. Having a comprehensive compound will give you better benefits including better absorption by the system. If you can't afford anything else, this will give you minimal benefits, but at least it's something and something is always better than nothing in terms of improving your health, but in my opinion, you will not get the same bang for your buck! You get what you pay for when it comes to what you put in your mouth and what you feed your body to keep yourself in optimal health!
...

Even though I think hte pills are kind of big, they easily go through my throat with a large, cold glass of water. THe pills are tasteless, so they are good, as long as you don't pop the capsule.

There are many vitamins, many of them essential to your health, included in these pills. I take one eveyr day before eating dinner, and it has become a habit for me. This pills are not that expensive.

And the good thing it that Nature's has this program where you can type in the codes on the side of the bottle onto their website and then you can get points. With these points, you can use them towards rewards, such as coupons for future purchases of Nature's pills or CDs or food bars.

These pills are a definite recommendation for those who need to boost their health and need more vitamins in their body form the lack of vitamins from not eating other food, such as meat, or vegetables.

KaciOhio says "This Vitamin B chewing gum gives me energy right away!! " about Life Fitness Rapid Energy Spearmint Chewing Gum

Life Fitness Rapid Energy Spearmint Chewing Gum helps boost energy fast with 300% RDI Vitamin B-12 patented formula and Gluten Free plus Sugar Free!! This has 5 calories and 2g Carbs. I have very low Vitamin B levels and have had to get those pesky shots in my bum many times at the doctors office for a pick me up and to get my levels back to where they should be. I bought this gum from CVS for about 4 dollars a pack and I love that it gives me a boost. The flavor is great for the first few minutes then it starts to taste nasty and leaves a gross flavor in your mouth that I hate but it goes away fairly quick and then you really do get a great boost of energy for hours. There are 12 pieces in a pack, they look like little rectangular hard coated pieces of gum, kinda like chicklets but a pinkish color. They do work, and do taste great for a few minutes. If you are sluggish and need a pick me up during the day try this gum. It's great for me.
...

blueuniform911 says "Won't Accept Paypal? Lost my business!" about Puritan's Pride Vitamins and Minerals

Their vitamins are good, but they won't accept Paypal for payment. Few businesses these days don't take Paypal for payment. I simply refuse to give out my c/c, check account, or any personal information online anymore. Paypal is great because it gives immediate payment to the merchant, and gives them none of my personal information. It is a win-win all around. Puritan's Pride lost the sale to me because of this. I will only order from a company that accepts Paypal. Puritan's Pride's products are good, but their business sense is bad.
...

onlinebizkj says "Tasty- Chewable- Great for you!" about Sunkist Vitamin C Chewable 500 mg

With the onslaught of the flu bugs swarming our neighborhoods, schoold, malls and homes, I knew it was time to break out the ole' Vitamin C.

I prefer the chewables because they're easier to take (no water required), okay for the kiddos (who think they're candy) and boost our immune systems to ward off the germs.

To me, they have a "sweet tart" taste in an intriguing orange flavor (they have a berry flavor available but I prefer the orange). The dosaging varies from 1 chewable tablet 1-3 times a day. There's typically 120 to a bottle, so they last for 4-5 months, depending on how many you consume.

Did you know that Vitamin C does more than just boost your immune system? These miracle tablets support normal development and maintenance of your bones, your teeth, gums and cartilage. Isn't that cool?

So want to beat the winter flu this year? Grab a bottle of Sunkist Vitamin C Chewables today :)

onlinebizkj says "Yummy vitamins- tastes like candy : )" about Disney Gummy Chewables Complete

I've found that any of the Disney brand gummy vitamins have been very satisfying for my kids (I snuck one the other day and it was good- tasted like a gummy bear- no wonder she wants them like candy :)

There's usually 60 to a container- they're pleasing to the eye in bright, fun colors and in kids' favorite movie characters. My daughter has taken the CARS ones and looked forward to mornings just to take her vitamins- didn't think I'd ever see that! She's currently on the "Finding Nemo" gummies (these ones are coated in a light sugar), but there's many varieties out there like "Winnie the Pooh", the "Princesses", "Hanna Montana" ... I'm about to introduce the gummies to my 2 year old as well, since he's at that age where he's starting to get sick.

There's regular sales on these vitamins AND I often clip a coupon here or there for $1.00 off, so check those weekly flyers and Sunday papers!

Finally, Disney has solved our problem and created a vitamin our kids WANT to take :)
