Jolie says "I'm an adult and I take these childrens chewable calcium pills!" about Nature's Plus Children's Chewable Calcium

I really hate to take vitamins (despite working in a health food store in high school and knowing A LOT about vitamins). However, if the vitamins taste good and are chewable, I will make an exception.

That is the case with the Nature's Plus Chewable Calcium pills. They come in Vanilla shake flavor and they are soooo good.

I am only 5'2" and a lightweight, so I am a walking poster for osteoperosis. Taking calcium is critical and the Nature's Plus Chewable and Viactiv are my two stables-- since I dont love milk or yogurt. Cheese is a whole different topic!!!

Each capsule has 250 milligrams of Calcium (it also offer magnesium for aborbption) so I typically take 2-a-day. I can get them online for about $5 and they last me a month. Definitely cheaper than Viactiv!

p.s. You can buy them online at www.vitacost.com
...

Recycled says "It's impossible to believe that it's good for you!"" about Adora Calcium with Adora Dark Chocolate

For anyone who loves chocolate and needs more calcium in their diet, this is an awesome product. Each 30-caloriy chocolate disk (either milk or dark) is packed with 500 mg of calcium, plus Vitamins D2 and K1.

I read about Adora in the magazine 'Real Simple' as one of the best-tasting calcium supplements around. After trying the first one, I had to agree. I have given them to friends to try, and they love them. Even my husband, who is not a big fan of calcium supplements, savors one after dinner.

...

spammers-die-now says "Not bad if you are looking for an easily chewable product." about Citracal Creamy Bites Chocolate

Two of the Creamy Bites provide 100% of the daily calcium requirement. If you don't like dairy products or tablets, this is the product for you. It's also available in a lemon flavor (haven't tried it). This product is calcium citrate, which also causes less gas than the more common calcium carbonate products....

jusme says "great for diets, weight loss, thyroid problems" about Solgar Chromium Picolinate

Hi everyone.Just want to let you know that chromium from solar (I like the SOLGAR brand because it is suitable for e,also it`s sugar, salt & starch free)I try my best to treat my health conditions in a holistic natural way as I can.Chromium Picolinate (the label says elemental chromium )is good for lowering blood sugar.(I have diabetes ,it works good)and I t also shakes up your metabolism so you can lose weight. So,if you have low thyroid problems like me it will work great. If you look at a lot of diet products you will most likely see as one of the ingredients listed.I give this to my dog "Toby" who also has low thyroid problems & is overweight. It helps to keep his weight under control. It comes in capsule form and I sprinkle it in his food.I love the Solgar brand,in my opinion it is one of the purest forms of chromium that I have found.I also like the vitamin C they have.I buy mine at Whole foods and sometimes fruitful yield stores....
